03/05/2025: Rustic atmosphere in a truly beautiful setting. Good food between highs and lows, abundant starter with very delicate 5-star coratella, shame about the grill being a little poor and overcooked.

05/07/2025: We were 45 people at dinner, they gave us the Ascolana olives as an appetizer, which weren't enough for everyone, then they brought the pizza slice, and that wasn't enough either, at that point we asked the owners to bring something more, they brought back the olives and pizza, but still very little and they didn't agree with our request. In the end we paid €30 which wasn't worth what we ate!! We certainly won't be coming back!!!

18/05/2025: We came again today to eat at Colombari because here we find the genuineness of the country inn, the homemade pasta and bread, the vegetables from the garden only in season, the free-range chicken that scratches in the yard. Here you can breathe the true country atmosphere. That's why we love coming here.

22/04/2025: There are places that travel confidently towards the future, with ideas, courage, enthusiasm and hospitality and others, like this one that sadly set off on the dead tracks at the end of the race.. It is useless to detail the reasons for this failure, you will find them condensed in all the other negative reviews that accompany the restaurant and which I fully agree with. You should have the dignity but above all the clarity (difficult to find when you end up managing a place alone...) to close, and perhaps sell to enthusiastic, kind and professional young people. Having lunch with all the tension (the table next to us is bordering on arguing just to have some bread on the table...), the aggressiveness and rudeness of the manager is the last thing you could want when you go out... A pitiful veil on the price/quality ratio: a mixed plate of cold cuts and cheeses for 2 which did not reach a total of 100 grams of food at €15...

20/06/2025: Historic place in Piazza del Popolo, after a conference we had lunch in the room on the upper floor, well-kept and well-furnished, frescoes, pleasant atmosphere, well-executed dishes... quality raw materials, excellent local wines... kind, courteous and very professional staff...

16/06/2025: It may be a historic and renowned bar but... a bartender who calls you back when you are leaving because he has to scratch your receipt, because according to him you could come back and drink another coffee for free... and of indescribable rudeness. I, in the presence of my friends, had to suffer this affront as if... the famous "Bar Meletti"... would have gone bankrupt for three coffees that I hypothetically could have drunk later by showing the same receipt. Dear Meletti, I am not the owner of such a luxurious bar, as people describe you, but I am not even starving enough to enter with an expired receipt to drink three miserable coffees. I do not know what kind of people frequent your bar but I will certainly never come again. I was passing by and I did you the honor of entering avoiding other nearby bars and you repaid me with this rudeness. Try to think about this unfortunate incident that perhaps few people notice, when you scratch the receipt, without knowing that you treat everyone like cheaters. Know, Mr. Meletti, that we all have an Honor and a Dignity and... by tearing or scratching the receipt you do not realize that you are offending your customers and even calling them back, when they are about to leave, is a real shame. Maybe because we live in a world where Honor and Respect are trampled on every day that allows you to treat everyone equally but I assure you that where this happens I will never set foot again and I hope that now that I point out this detail to you, many will understand the difference between Honesty and cunning. 19/06/2025: Bar restaurant on the sea. The fish is fresh. The service is adequate. Unfortunately, some things were overcooked, such as the sole and the monkfish. We didn't like the mussels with tomato, they were very rich in oil and the tomato was out of place. The skewers were very good. The portions are abundant, however. The bathroom was absolutely unsuitable for a restaurant because it was dirty and untidy.

15/06/2025: Sautéed very good, both mussels and clams. Light grill, not dry at all. Good service even if a little slow. Honest bill.

21/05/2025: Pizza leavened very well made with stone-ground Italian flour and very crunchy and light spelt, the flavors while maintaining tradition always have something that makes the flavors unique. The place is very nice, clean and welcoming and the staff attentive and kind. Absolutely to try super recommended

27/04/2025: Dinner with friends. Nice and clean place, impeccable service, short waiting times. Excellent dishes with quality ingredients that speak of the local territory. We're not quite sure about wines, I recommend bringing a bottle from home.
