09/06/2025: Excellent beers, sandwiches for almost all the ingredients used were good, pity that the meat used for the hamburger seemed boiled rather than grilled and in the mouth it crumbled, resulting tasteless and unpleasant. Too bad.

25/06/2025: Many restaurants open and sooner or later raise the white flag because due to inexperience, presumption or the desire to make easy money they are unable to guess their winning formula. Uldergo, on the other hand, in Pesaro is a true "historical" institution, a friendly, serious, honest and competent person in his profession who has made fish-based catering a top-level culinary art... in the many times I have eaten at the restaurant and in the countless take-away dishes I have ordered he has never disappointed me... absolutely positive quality/price ratio from every point of view... Top-notch wine list... what can I say... a tourist or visitor to the city cannot leave Pesaro if he hasn't experienced what it means to eat quality fish at Uldergo!!

19/06/2025: Bar restaurant on the sea. The fish is fresh. The service is adequate. Unfortunately, some things were overcooked, such as the sole and the monkfish. We didn't like the mussels with tomato, they were very rich in oil and the tomato was out of place. The skewers were very good. The portions are abundant, however. The bathroom was absolutely unsuitable for a restaurant because it was dirty and untidy.

15/06/2025: Sautéed very good, both mussels and clams. Light grill, not dry at all. Good service even if a little slow. Honest bill.
