20/09/2025: I've only been there once, and I can only comment on that one experience. The place is tucked away, but once you step inside, you find a quiet corner. Beautiful location, good pizza, and attentive service. It's worth seeking out for a lovely evening.
14/09/2025: We went to this restaurant and had a great time! The starters were excellent, the dessert was truly spectacular, and the welcome was impeccable. The waiters, besides being incredibly friendly and helpful, were also kind enough to bring us Autan after a mosquito bit us: a thoughtfulness that makes all the difference. Highly recommended! 👌🍝🍰

28/08/2025: I've known this place for a long time...it's a beautiful beach resort. Inside, there's an elegant bar and an equally elegant restaurant...outside, there are sofas and tables for enjoying excellent aperitifs. Excellent service. Under the new management, we only had an aperitif, but we've already planned dinner, after which I'll write a review.

22/11/2025: A classic trattoria in the Marche mountains. Wood finishes lend a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Exceptional home-cooked cuisine. The fresh pasta dishes, rigorously handmade, rekindle memories of "grandmother's cooking." Ingredients are generally high-quality and locally sourced. Maximum capacity is about 30, so reservations are recommended.
04/10/2025: A tavern in a hamlet in the Marche hinterland, which I visited during the "Cameo dei Forti" (Walk of the Forts). I must admit, my expectations were more than met. The first course was delicious, and the second course was different from what I expected (rabbit in porchetta) but decidedly delicious. The cuisine is simple and appeals to the palate and the heart. The handywoman, Tiziana, welcomes you with courtesy and discretion. Excellent prices.

It stands out for its highly digestible dough and the quality of its ingredients.

The same style is found in the service and cuisine.
Delicious appetizers. Pizzas that combine quality ingredients, perfect dough, and perfect cooking.
I wouldn't call it a "classic" Saturday night pizzeria, but a place to enjoy a quiet moment and enjoy an excellent pizza.
An experience not to be missed.

09/12/2025: The pizza is very good, but the experience is ruined by the wait to get a table. This place completely loses the concept of reservations. Regardless of whether you reserve a table or not, if you go on weekends or holidays, you'll have to wait half an hour or more just to be seated. But don't worry, they have a solution: if you actually want to be seated at the time you reserved, you can conveniently PAY for a VIP table. It's ridiculous that they try to make money off of reservations. As I said at the beginning, the pizza and pinza are very good, and the place is welcoming. It's a shame they have little ethics towards their customers.
07/12/2025: Excellent pizza, great service. It's a shame they didn't offer Kamut dough at lunch, which we only told you about when ordering. Otherwise, the quality is very high! Well done!

29/11/2025: A very disappointing experience. The food arrived cold and tasteless, the service was slow and disorganized, and the place didn't seem clean. Considering the prices, I expected much better. I wouldn't recommend it.
10/11/2025: A very elegant venue with a high-quality architectural renovation. Excellent service, an intriguing menu that excites and confirms the palate. Excellent wines, delicate desserts that leave a lasting impression... what more can I say? Definitely worth a try, whether for a romantic dinner or a family lunch... kudos to all the staff. We'll be back.

06/10/2025: We're a family of three and we had lunch at Squisito Bar Ristorantino in Fermo and were completely satisfied! The amatriciana was tasty and well-balanced, the salad fresh and plentiful, and the pizzaiola with sautéed vegetables was truly tender and flavorful. Excellent quality ingredients, meticulously prepared and authentic cuisine, prompt service, and very friendly and helpful staff.
The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, ideal for both family and co-worker lunches.
A restaurant that combines good food, courtesy, and a pleasant atmosphere.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a restaurant in Fermo where you can eat well and feel at home!
