17/10/2025: We stopped for dinner, and the guy was a total jerk. He had no desire to work. We proceeded to leave without eating anything.
11/08/2025: We stopped in this place for a quick bite to eat and found a rude and unhelpful waiter. This kind of attitude is unacceptable towards customers, who deserve respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, we're not surprised to see the place empty: with such unwelcoming service, it's hard to keep people coming back. I'd say he should change his profession!

22/09/2025: Easily accessible from any direction, I recommend it for the friendliness, warmth, and helpfulness of the family owners: yes, it feels right at home. Mirella and Luisella make you feel just that, offering simple menus every day, with fresh, local ingredients, expertly cooked for 52 years. A must-see, definitely worth a stop and recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and have an excellent quality-price ratio. Congratulations "Girls"
18/09/2025: The place is dirty and very old. Today I happened to stop by for lunch and ordered a tube of matriciana pasta. Inside, I found a piece of plastic. Of course, I pointed it out to the waitress, and she just smiled at me, not even apologizing for what had happened.
Of course, I didn't order anything else, paid for what I consumed, and left.
I'll never go back.

22/09/2025: Ordered via Deliveroo... Delivery between 7:30-8:00 PM... At 10:10 PM I had to cancel the order because it hadn't arrived! Ruined an evening with friends and made a fool of myself!
07/09/2025: The pizza arrived 20 minutes late, in terrible condition, cold and inedible. Obviously, what arrived was something completely different from what was ordered. The sales assistant was rude and presumptuous.

16/12/2025: The only positive aspect of the holiday was the Indian room attendant. He was extremely kind, polite, and professional.
The rooms were small and full of bedbugs. The mattresses were extremely hard and the furnishings dated.
The breakfast was poor, with low-quality pre-packaged products. Dinner was paltry, and the staff was rude and incompetent.
Even though we had half-board included, as soon as we arrived they tried at all costs to force a paltry menu on us that didn't suit our tastes, with an additional €20 per person. When we refused, the manager almost got angry because we were ruining his kitchen counters.
It's a shame because the place is worthwhile, but it's terribly managed.
11/12/2025: The food at Caritas is much better!!!!!!
The management of this place is awful! Very little and poor food, rooms with bedbugs inside and out.... I've traveled a lot, but this hotel isn't even worth a star!!!!!! How do these people expect to repay the money you leave them? Animals are treated better! For God's sake!!! They need to shut it down!!!!!

12/11/2025: I strongly advise against it, both because of the manager's unpleasant and arrogant behavior, even towards elderly people in difficulty, and because he is only interested in making money with exaggerated requests that do not correspond to the quality of the service.
24/08/2025: My experience at these establishments was terrible. The lifeguard, in just a few minutes, proved to be extremely rude, surly, and ignorant, incapable of communicating and, above all, inappropriate for dealing with children. He even dared to call my 4-year-old nephew a brat just because he interrupted two people playing ping pong. The adjacent restrooms are definitely better. Now I understand all the other negative reviews, which I completely agree with.

12/08/2025: A simple yet delightful place. I felt like I'd stepped back in time. Lunch included crescioni (a type of cress) and cheeses, followed by a delicious crostata. The patrons were local, and the lady who runs it was down-to-earth, extremely knowledgeable, and informal, yet with the authentic courtesy typical of those who live in these parts. Perfect for cyclists, motorcyclists, and hikers who want to break up their day with visits to the splendid Simone and Simoncello Interregional Park.
16/07/2025: We ordered delicious pizzas to eat at home. The staff was friendly and the order was ready quickly. The card machine wasn't working, but we were allowed to take the pizzas home and pay later – what trust and service! We ended up withdrawing money a bit further down the road. All the pizzas were delicious. Absolutely recommended!

12/09/2025: Great if you want to waste time and money. You can't go inside because they keep the air conditioning off, so everyone goes outside, surrounded by mosquitoes and smokers.
It took over an hour and a half for a first course and a dessert, both of which I'd give a solid 5.
Five stars for the waitress, who was very nice and kind.
09/09/2025: We had a quick dinner, little hidden place with some food options.

08/09/2025: What can I say? The ice cream portion is large but in my opinion it's a single flavor. You can order chocolate, strawberry, yogurt, etc. and you can be sure they'll have the same flavor (fior di latte). The whipped cream wasn't delivered, and the place wasn't very clean.

Very fair prices considering the surrounding area.
The girls are always kind and smiling during service, which is a significant asset in my opinion.

17/02/2025: Sconsiglio questo locale al limite dell'illegalità. Non espone i prezzi, al momento del conto hai la bella sorpresa! Vino pagato il doppio del valore! La prossima volta, se avrò modo, mi affaccio solo per chiamare la finanza. Subdoli anche perché non esiste un menù.
07/01/2025: Came by chance for an aperitif on Epiphany day. Absolutely stratospheric platter of typical Marche products!
The owner stopped to tell us his story as an artist. But when he took the orders he absolutely didn't show us a menu where we could read the prices (we were surprised by the price of a bottle of Lacrima di Morro d'Alba at €30 !)
nor were we able to see the list of allergens that should be declared by law and displayed in a place accessible and clearly visible to everyone!

Tempi di attesa per una pizza : infiniti (circa 1h40)
Impasto della pizza buono ma le fette erano troppo sottili e quindi il condimento cadeva tutto nel piatto.
06/08/2025: Non ci siamo, la pizza è anche buona ma i prezzi sono FOLLI, per non parlare del servizio, più di 30min per ordinare e quasi un'ora per far arrivare le pizze, per di più si sono scordati di portare due antipasti a alla fine hanno sbagliato anche il conto raddoppiando i coperti.
Mi spiace ma l'esperienza è stata terribile.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Excellent place for aperitifs! The drinks are excellent and the platters are generous, all at a more than reasonable price.
Plus, on Saturday nights there's also a DJ who plays live music, and people come here to dance and party.
Recommended place for the weekend!
