15/10/2025: I went to The Cave pub and had a blast! On Thursday nights they host cabaret workshops, and it's truly a unique show. The atmosphere is cheerful and welcoming, with laughter from start to finish and a fantastic energy. A hilarious evening that I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to spend time in good company and have a good laugh!

30/09/2025: Welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly staff and fast service. The squid ink linguine was very good, the stuffed zucchini were excellent, and the baked potatoes were very good and tasty. The homemade tiramisu was really good and light, and the torta della nonna was also delicious! Positive experience. I will be back. Recommended. We returned after a year at the end of September, and the food was always good and the welcome was excellent. The price was fair. Excellent value for money.

The service is of very high quality, the dishes are very good and plentiful. As for the quality/price ratio, it is excellent! Don't hesitate if you want to eat in Pisa! 20/08/2025: This is my favorite restaurant for business lunches in Gallarate, both for its excellent value and the speed and courtesy of the service. I've been going there for several years, even before this latest management. It should be noted that this latest management has significantly improved the location, making it even more welcoming and refined, both inside and out. The lunchtime menu offers a good selection, with several options to choose from. And let's not forget the homemade bread and focaccia, a true delight! Considering the restaurant isn't very large, to be on the safe side, I recommend making a reservation, even for lunch, just to make sure you don't miss out... especially if you plan to arrive late for lunch.

10/11/2025: We had lunch on Sunday at noon. The restaurant was quite full, but the service was still quick and friendly. We had an appetizer and a pizza, so since we didn't order from Cucina, it's impossible to give a full review. The pizza selection, however, is good quality and very varied. The off-menu pizzas are also interesting. The whole-wheat dough is very good, rising just the right amount of time for a light, crispy, and easily digestible pizza.

09/11/2025: 2.5 ⭐ I'll start by saying that I frequented this restaurant for many years when I still lived with my parents—it was one of the family places we often went for dinner. Fifteen years have passed, and I've found the exact same place, for better or worse. The pizza is always good, although last night (which was a very busy Saturday) it wasn't the best. It's a well-known fact that on Saturday nights, all restaurants generally operate worse because there are too many people. That said, I found the service rather clumsy—waiters rushing around and dropping silverware, glasses, forgetting to bring silverware... in short, chaos. They're kind, but, again, almost improvised. The place was packed and chaotic. We could barely talk!!! It was a chaos of chaos for the entire dinner. Never again. I prefer places with fewer seats and a more intimate, relaxed atmosphere and service. I didn't like the dessert at all.

The quality of the dishes is excellent, carefully crafted and in keeping with the spirit of Mediterranean cuisine, with great attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and welcoming; special thanks to Matteo, always available and ready to offer recommendations from the extensive wine list. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Ideal for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. Highly recommended!

10/10/2025: I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and I've always had a great experience. I find it harder to find satisfaction here, where you get to see people reinventing themselves, changing, and taking on new challenges, than it is to evaluate a place you've only been to once (it's a hit or miss). Congratulations to all of you at La Mimosa for the passion and care you always put into it, and for your desire to always offer your customers something new and special.
