18/08/2025: We went to La Tresenda for the alpaca and llama experience, the animal visit, and finally for an excellent lunch. The food was truly delicious, the experience was delightful, the place was super clean and truly beautiful; the man who takes care of the animals and the visits is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and courteous, as is the rest of the staff. When we return to Livigno, we will definitely visit them again.

14/08/2025: My mother and I stopped for lunch to have sushi, as it's the only restaurant in Livigno that offers it on the menu. The waitresses were incredibly welcoming, and the food was impeccable. We've never had sushi this good in our entire lives. We'll definitely be back.

On a Livigno scale – the food is delicious! Each dish is refined, with fresh ingredients and flavors that stay in your memory. I wholeheartedly recommend it, a good place for a relaxing evening.

Compliments to the chef, a young chef with excellent potential for growth. Thanks to the waiter Giuliano, who was precise and very thorough in describing the tasting experience of the dishes offered! We will definitely be back.

30/07/2025: Magnificent!! is the first adjective that comes to mind, but perhaps it's not enough to describe our experience at the Cristallo Hotel. The room was perfect, clean, welcoming, and complete with every amenity. Good breakfast. Excellent dinner, high-quality food and cuisine, Lorenza truly superb. The staff was helpful and kind, attentive to our every request. And finally, the icing on the cake was Maura, the owner: AWESOME, KIND, COMPETENT, and THOUGHTFUL. She makes the hotel feel like a big family. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Tany and Angela

30/08/2025: We visited the Roxy Bar in Livigno and had a very positive experience. The restaurant is located right in the center, and the atmosphere is well-decorated and refined. The welcome was warm, and the service throughout the meal was friendly, professional, and attentive. As for the food, the dishes we ate were tasty and well-prepared with quality ingredients. Finally, the bill was good value.

24/08/2025: Never again!!! 1h waiting for a "pizza". That was not the name pizza worth. Too small, not so much garniture pore flavor. Sorry. Not even a koffie proposed or something to drink the time we waited. One big Chaos

11/08/2025: I was at a restaurant this evening. My partner and I had dinner, and everything was great until the pizzoccheri arrived. I immediately noticed a fly on my plate under the cheese, so I politely and discreetly asked for a change (I'm not used to placing things, etc.). After less than 30 seconds, another plate arrived, and both my partner and I noticed that the plate hadn't been replaced because it had the same cheese dripping on the edge. I assumed in good faith that only the contents had been replaced, and I didn't comment on that either. When it came time to pay, we weren't offered any apologies or any other small gesture to make it clear that every customer is very important. So, in conclusion, everything was very good (except for the fly), but what I personally look for in every business I visit is customer care right to the end, which wasn't there.

24/08/2025: We went for lunch, the pizzoccheri were very good, one of the least touristy and most traditional restaurants in Livigno. I will definitely return.

10/08/2025: I am an Athlete and this is the third time I have been to this particular hotel in Livigno for preparation. The hotel offers you everything, wonderful rich food, an excellent spa for relaxation, high-quality facilities ideal for athletes and for tourism. The hotel staff is always willing and helpful for whatever you need, as well as Mr. Donato, very hospitable and kind. You have easy access to everything. The place is charming. Thank you

08/08/2025: A week that started off on the uphill slope but continued almost perfectly. An absolutely positive and noteworthy strength is the reception and restaurant staff. They're young, extremely kind, professional, always attentive and ready to accommodate guests' needs. A truly fantastic human experience. As a very demanding guest, I can only be extremely grateful, starting with the infinite courtesy and thoughtfulness of the young woman who welcomed and greeted us at reception. As for the stay, I'd start with the restaurant. The breakfasts and dinners during our week-long stay were a constant and pleasant discovery. The breakfast and dinner buffets, while not huge, offer everything you could want. They're constantly replenished, so the quantity is impeccable. The dinners were absolutely fantastic. Every evening, you have a choice between three menus for first and second courses; the dishes are carefully prepared, plentiful, and of excellent quality. The idea is to be at the restaurant every evening. A truly delightful culinary experience with very enjoyable options. The only small flaw was the choice of only one dessert... But the ice cream as an alternative was delicious. For these reasons, we extend our deep appreciation to the dining room and kitchen staff. The hotel rooms are new, with great attention to detail, from the lighting to the fabric colors. They are clean. The wellness center/pool is small but pleasant. The pool water isn't particularly hot, but I was told this is due to the chlorine-free water purification process. The location is slightly outside of Livigno's city center, which allows for mountain views but requires either a bicycle or car to reach the center. In conclusion, an excellent week. Thank you!

11/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Livigno, housed in a historic chalet. It offers a few seats on the ground floor and a dining room in the basement. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent, traditional dishes are also available. A children's menu is also available.

21/08/2025: A top-notch culinary experience. The attentive and courteous service was enhanced by the sommelier's expert advice. The quality of the food was excellent. The place is very pleasant. I recommend it if you find yourself in Livigno.

07/09/2025: While hiking in Livigno, I stopped for lunch with my family. The outdoor seating near the pedestrian street was lovely. We ate well and paid a fair price. Since it's a place with plenty of seating, it gets quite busy.

21/08/2025: Great place for a great break. I got a ham and cheese crepe for €7 and a Nutella crepe for €5. Very good.
