04/08/2024: Sono stato qui per pranzo d’estate. Sul terrazzo nel retro del locale si sta benissimo e c’è una vista bellissima. Io ho preso un piatto di polenta e spezzatino con funghi. Temevo mi arrivasse un piattone da alta montagna, invece le porzioni sono abbastanza “leggere”. Dal mio punto di vista è stato perfetto, magari chi arriva da una lunga camminata e ha voglia di sfondarsi, non è questo il ristorante giusto. La qualità del cibo è comunque alta. Il personale è cortese. I dolci nella norma. Le presentazioni di tutti i piatti sono spettacolari.

04/07/2024: Questo posto è ottimo sia per una serata informale che per altro. Cibo ottimo cucina curata e molto varia. Tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato era molto buono. Da non perdere. Noi ci torneremo.

21/02/2024: Eten was prima. Niet hoogstaand, maar wel erg lekker. Enorme wijnkaart met erg veel keuze. Heerlijke wijnen. Bediening is netjes en vriendelijk, hoewel zichtbaar te druk, maar je hoeft niet lang te wachten

06/01/2024: The reservation was given to a different group just because that group was from the same country. The restaurant never asked a name on the reservation to the other group who was given our table before seating them. After realizing the mistake they just said sorry and kept us waiting another hour…

18/08/2024: Everything is great! As the name says: smart! Delicious cappuccino with a super tasty croissant. Pistachio! The Hugos were also great and the staff is very nice!

12/08/2024: Nice place from the vision but this morning I stopped by to drink a juice.. which is disgusting hot without ice. without hello without professionalism at the service from a rasist blonde barrier who doesn't even smile .... badly behaved ... disgusting service of clumsy people . I'm so sorry...

22/07/2024: In un piccolo paesino, baita trasformata in locale, caratteristica ed accogliente. Cibo di qualità, squisiti bocconcini fritti con formaggio e farina di grano saraceno gluten free... Risotti dai gusti tipici, uno con selvaggina e uno con formaggio e mele, buonissimi. Buona anche la pizza Piatti curati. Personale gentile e preparato. Parcheggio. Se passate da Trepalle tappa obbligatoria

26/08/2024: Fake reviews on trip advisor, there are at least 10 with the same title: EXCEPTIONAL” I'm now sitting here and the food is microwave heated and poor quality. There's no one here right now, EMPTY 😐(Update: stomach ache after the burger 😡😡)

10/08/2024: Hotel itself is nothing special. not too bad nor very good. if you want to use it as just an option for passing the night its not bad. Food isn‘t special either. Cuisine is not too bad but pizza is imo quite below average italian pizzas. What was very good though were the young people from the staff; very forthcoming, helpfull and polite. while on the complete contrary the staff that is a little older is just bad. very inattentive to customers (took us 20 minutes to get an order for beverages placed on the first lunch although we were the only custumors during that time) very unprofessional handling of critique by customers: one lady was not happy with being moved from a table for 4 people while her and her husband were only 2. 10 minutes later another couple of only 2 people took the same table and no one told them to move. so she told the waiter that she was not happy with this and he told her that its just what it is and when she left he said to his coworker in italian that she could foff so that she could still hear it. pretty rude and unprofessional imo. hotel is though very well situated, everything you need is in walking distance and public transport to the cable car as well easy accessible.

27/07/2024: Conoscevo il garden quando 15 anni prima era da solo ( non dentro l'hotel alpina). Cosa dire: ottima qualità, buono il servizio, ma il fatto che sia aperto no stop, inevitabilmente lo fa ricadere nei locali super turistici dove non c'è la dovuta attenzione. Giudizio comunque positivo. Tagliolini al cervo top.

11/08/2024: Truly a fantastic dinner. A very nice place inside a well-kept hotel. External parking spaces available. We had a wonderful evening. We left with full bellies. We chose the 70 euro menu. For a vegetarian it's great to have so much choice. From the entrance to the dessert everything was delicious, attention to every detail, dishes presented very well. The staff is very knowledgeable, in fact for the wine we relied on them who combined various glasses with the menu. We will definitely be back for this experience.

Dinner with à la carte menu, 2 starters, 2 first courses and 2 second courses. abundant and varied "amous bouche" served before the starter using both local raw materials and those of the chef's origin, for example an incredible Umbrian oil.
