19/12/2025: Being downtown with the option of parking in the restricted traffic zone is a great convenience. The room, unfortunately, is so small it's almost unlivable (there's a gap of about 20 cm between the bed and the shelf). 4 stars is a lot!

03/12/2025: Unfortunately, I only stayed one night with a group of friends, but it was enough to understand that this hotel is what I was looking for: comfortable, clean, beautiful, with exceptional staff who made us feel at ease. ☺️ The chocolates were also delicious. Excellent anyway. Four stars well deserved. I will definitely be back.

01/01/2026: Terrible. We ordered a cured meat appetizer that arrived with two hairs on it. I pointed out the inconvenience to the waiter, and he brought back the same plate of cured meats without a hair (but left the other hair, so they didn't notice there were two). The third time we tried it, the platter was fine. There was also a hair on the coffee spoon. No discount or apology at the checkout for what happened. Excessively expensive for the amount of food. I gave it one star, but if I could have given it even less!! Not recommended; there are better places in Livigno.

04/09/2025: Whenever I come to Livigno, this is my go-to place for aperitifs. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. As for the food, everything is very good in a homey atmosphere.

02/02/2026: We've been coming here for over 20 years and are still very happy. The restaurant is decorated in a cowboy style with a jail cell – really cool! The restaurant has been expanded, and the new area is also made of wood – we love it here! The rooms and apartments are always lovely and very clean. Excellent value for money! We highly recommend it.

20/01/2026: The pizza was absolutely amazing — the kind of flavor you remember for years. Excellent quality and a wide selection of olive oils to choose from, which really made the experience special. The staff was friendly and welcoming. 01/01/2026: The restaurant would actually be good… We made a reservation on site, and they asked us several times which table we would like. We eventually chose one. However, when we arrived in the evening, that exact table was already occupied, and we had to wait 20 minutes until it became free. The menu is very extensive, and we were really looking forward to the food. The appetizers were really good. However, we waited at least 30 minutes for the main course. We ordered three hamburgers medium and one steak. All four dishes arrived burnt. The steak was completely burnt on the outside, and although it was supposed to come with béarnaise sauce, it was only herb butter. All three hamburgers were not medium but well done, and additionally, all three buns were burnt. The waitress, however, was very friendly. Considering the rather high prices, the quality of the food was not worth the cost. When we mentioned the problems with the burnt dishes, we received a 10% discount on the four meals. While this was something, it felt rather weak given the circumstances.

04/01/2026: We are coming for the third night in a row, excellent beer selection, food one of the best in Livigno, and the staff is young, cheerful and smiling. Prices are more than fair. Ten

03/01/2026: Whenever we arrive in Livigno, we regularly visit this restaurant. Unfortunately, this time it was a huge disappointment(29.12.2025) We ordered, among other things, three steaks with mushroom sauce. As soon as the food was brought to the table, there was a strong and unpleasant smell of spoiled meat. Two of the steaks were clearly rotten, the smell was impossible to ignore. The third steak was covered in mushroom sauce, so the smell was not noticeable at first. We immediately informed the staff, and later they brought us new steaks, which were finally fine. Unfortunately, one friend had already eaten part of the steak covered with sauce and a few hours later suffered from food poisoning. I am surprised that the chef sent this food to the table. And how did the staff handle the situation? They didn’t. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to resolve the issue. They felt aggrieved. After this experience, we will only come here for a beer — definitely not for food. A real shame, as we used to enjoy coming here.

11/08/2025: Il locale si trova in centro. Bella la parte esterna fronte retro, stupende le parti interne accoglienti, pulite e le tavole apparecchiate con gusto. Credo di aver mangiato il miglio piatto di pizzoccheri della mia vita, avrei fatto il bis. Dolci meravigliosi! Le porzioni sono buone e l impiattamento stupendo, complimenti alla cucina. Il personale cortese e molto accogliente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Alla prossima tappa a livigno ci torneremo sicuramente.

09/08/2025: Il ristorante è sempre molto bello e accogliente, con un’atmosfera piacevole che mette a proprio agio. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, pronto a venire incontro alle richieste dei clienti. Purtroppo, però, ho notato che la qualità del cibo non è più quella di una volta, e questo ha reso l’esperienza meno soddisfacente rispetto al passato.

04/01/2026: I stayed at this hotel for eight days during the Christmas holidays this year. The main problem with this establishment is the owner, a very strange and unreliable person, and the waiter service (not all of them, but most of them). The buffet is practically non-existent, so the solution is to order dishes from the restaurant menu above, the one outside, rather than those staying there, which fortunately are included given the high price. And in fact, this price is absolutely not calibrated for a hotel that is only 3 stars, while the price is made to feel like a 4-star. However, the pool is cold ("that's because the hotel is 3 stars," says the owner, so go ahead and take a cold dip), the restaurant service is disgraceful (with a waiter who is probably always tipsy and drinks while serving), they don't set the table for breakfast (there were four of us, but sometimes the cutlery was only for one or two), and the waitresses are the same ones who clean/change the rooms. The ski storage room is old, unheated, and every time you enter, the automatic light goes off in an instant, while you're standing there with your boots in your hands. As for the stube, only that is on, but the rest of the room is cold because they either don't turn on the radiators behind the seats or leave them on low, so you have to stay close to the stove to stay there. Not to mention the annoying customers who were there every night, shouting loudly and drinking steadily, making the place very uncomfortable (you couldn't hear the TV). The rooms were clean and warm, thankfully. The location is excellent, but that's not due to the building. The pub is rarely open and is also under the owner's supervision, so it's of little use. A very mediocre experience for Livigno, the price absolutely unfair for the lousy service, but it's only increased for being in this ski resort. Stay away, choose another place.

03/01/2026: A plate of raw vegetables as first course. Two fried eggs as main dish. The loud scream of children in the microphone. A group of drunk Italians yelling at a karaoke. Pure chaos. What a fantastic New Year’s Eve we had. One star for the good story I can tell my friends.

15/07/2025: Cibo ottimo, soprattutto la polenta taragnaaaaa. Ci sono anche dei giochi per i bambini, gli asinelli,escursioni e poltrone per prendere il ☀️

10/07/2025: Dopo le passeggiate lungo e sopra il Lago di Livigno, dà soddisfazione il pranzo in questo caratteristico locale, dove sostanzialmente tutto è buono e gustoso ( dalle zuppe ad un semplice uova e bacon, ai più elaborati spatzle con noci e speck, fino ad un eccellente strudel). Bene così.
