07/09/2025: Compared to previous years when we came, it's gotten worse. Maybe it's the end of the season? Undercooked food, slow service, and unhelpful waiters.

30/08/2025: A gem in Livigno, a restaurant overlooking the bowling alley. Excellent polenta, tasty venison, and sausage. Average prices and fast service.

05/08/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante, abbiamo ordinato il piatto unico, pizzoccheri, salmi di cervo con polenta, tutto molto buono e abbondante, prezzo nella norma, camerieri gentili e disponibili, locale carino e con bellissima vista, lo consiglio. Due piatti unici, una bottiglia di acqua e due caffè, abbiamo speso 46€

11/07/2025: Locale molto bello con personale gentile e professionale, abbiamo cenato con la pizza max buonissima e con ingredienti di prima qualità. La pizza era formata da una pala grande per due persone che metà l'abbiamo portata via. I prezzi giusti per la quantità e la qualità.

08/12/2025: A lovely restaurant with a warm, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. In our opinion, the food was more beautiful than it was delicious. The staff was at times cold and aloof, but some were polite. The young cashier with dark glasses was extremely rude and impolite, and definitely unprofessional. When it came time to pay, my friends and I were met with disrespectful and rude behavior. In an arrogant tone, as if we were in the way, we were asked to provide our table number before proceeding. Unfortunately, our table number wasn't even listed. So, instead of accommodating us or simply explaining the situation politely, the response was, in our opinion, unnecessarily aggressive. In any case, once this incident was over, we asked if it was possible to issue separate bills, and once again, the reaction seemed even more irritated: sighs, an annoyed tone, and obvious nervousness, until at a certain point the girl turned to her colleague and said, "Listen, you do it," leaving us with the impression that we were being treated more like a nuisance than as customers. A shame, really, because the least we always expect is politeness and respect. I sincerely hope this comment can help management improve the quality of service, because this incident was saddening, to say the least, especially in front of other customers.

30/08/2025: Emanuela, the owner, is rude and uncouth (we think). The table was left dirty, with coffee cups and saucers. My wife, out of politeness, offered it to the cashier, but it was refused, saying she would come by herself. After a long wait, she arrives and we order. We serve ourselves, but the table remains dirty with stains, crumbs, and tea bags. I point this out, but she says she'll clean it up one step at a time. Even though she'd already put the cappuccinos down, after the remark, she's forced to take them back to the cashier and clean them, complaining loudly. Then she serves us again. At that point, she takes everything away from us, including the bar napkins. We get up to clean ourselves. I get ready to pay and politely approach the cashier, but she jokes that I should have stayed where I was. I pay €10.60 after the bill, I'm about to give coins, but she's already doing something else, breaking a glass, and I say, "Do you want the 60 cents there?" She stammers in her own language and explains that a glass had broken, but she would have gotten there one step at a time anyway. ZERO staff. Good food.

26/02/2025: Ottima cena servizio veloce e cortese, oltre ai piatti tipici hanno anche pesce e pizza. Antipasti golosi e pioda selvaggina ottima.. Prezzi corretti

06/01/2025: Locale in posizione non proprio ottimale specialmente in inverno ma molto carino e pulito. Personale gentile e servizievole, nonostante il pieno serviti con buona celerità. Pizze particolari oltre alle tradizionali buone e appetitose con ottimo impasto di buona digestione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato al locale e al periodo.

13/11/2025: I just returned from a 2-night stay and I have to say that everything was excellent. The hotel is located right in the center, right behind the town hall, and close to the slopes. ALL the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was warm, cozy, and harmonious, perfect for families. The spa was small but perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. At the restaurant, we ate delicious traditional Valtellina dishes. Excellent for quality and price. Highly recommended. My family and I had a great time and will definitely be back.

08/09/2025: Good ice cream, a wide selection of unusual flavors, decent portions, and prices lower than average for other ice cream shops, especially considering the store's location. We'll definitely be back.

30/08/2025: A disappointment; we stopped for an aperitivo, drawn by the beautiful central location, which turned out to be the only positive aspect. In addition to the various cocktails, we ordered a fruit-flavored non-alcoholic drink, which arrived with water, ice, and syrup (the kind used to make homemade popsicles, so to speak). To complement everything, a handful of chips, a dozen pitted olives still soaked in the brine from their original packaging, a jar of peanuts, and some croutons made from stale bread. I strongly advise against the experience.

11/11/2025: Not good for Livingo. The bread was frozen in the middle, the meat, ordered "well done," arrived raw in the burger. The meat tasted like old meat from the animal.

11/08/2025: Il locale si trova in centro. Bella la parte esterna fronte retro, stupende le parti interne accoglienti, pulite e le tavole apparecchiate con gusto. Credo di aver mangiato il miglio piatto di pizzoccheri della mia vita, avrei fatto il bis. Dolci meravigliosi! Le porzioni sono buone e l impiattamento stupendo, complimenti alla cucina. Il personale cortese e molto accogliente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Alla prossima tappa a livigno ci torneremo sicuramente.

09/08/2025: Il ristorante è sempre molto bello e accogliente, con un’atmosfera piacevole che mette a proprio agio. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, pronto a venire incontro alle richieste dei clienti. Purtroppo, però, ho notato che la qualità del cibo non è più quella di una volta, e questo ha reso l’esperienza meno soddisfacente rispetto al passato.

15/07/2025: Cibo ottimo, soprattutto la polenta taragnaaaaa. Ci sono anche dei giochi per i bambini, gli asinelli,escursioni e poltrone per prendere il ☀️

10/07/2025: Dopo le passeggiate lungo e sopra il Lago di Livigno, dà soddisfazione il pranzo in questo caratteristico locale, dove sostanzialmente tutto è buono e gustoso ( dalle zuppe ad un semplice uova e bacon, ai più elaborati spatzle con noci e speck, fino ad un eccellente strudel). Bene così.
