Naturally over the years the menu has changed several times even if some dishes appear unchanged over the years because they are excellent.

11/03/2025: Pranzo giornata feriale con amici . Già l'accoglienza è tutto fuorchè empatica :un cartello sulla porta avvisa minaccioso "prima di accedere alle sale attendere ". Alla domanda c'e posto si può pranzare risposta"se avete la pazienza di aspettare....". Fatti accomodare chiediamo dei piatti tipici :" bisogna ordinarli con largo anticipo", Ripieghiamo su sciatt (ordine minimo per 2 persone ...ma a dieta) tris di primi dello chef( 2 ravioli di numero verdi + 2 ravioli DI carne con qualche tagliolino in bianco /panna : per la verità buoni). Involtini con bitto + altra portata di scaloppa : forse questi piatti originali si possono mangiare anche a casa magari con porzioni più adeguate (pasta al ragù o pomodoro l alternativa ?? ). Tovaglia in carta . L'unica nota allegria e positiva la ragazza giovane garbata che serviva al tavolo Locale pulito ma freddo e triste : in una zona ricca di ristoranti con piatti tradizionali chiedere di "prenotare con anticipo i piatti tipici mi sembra scelta fuori dal tempo "! Per carità ognuno ha le proprie politiche aziendali Forse se pranzo al ristorante voglio qualcosa di originale e tipico

08/04/2025: Come ogni anno siamo andati alla nostra cena al Fopel: si conferma come ottima qualità, ristorante semplice ma con personale molto gentile e attento. Posto perfetto per chi vuole assaggiare i sapori della tradizione e dei prodotti tipici di Livigno. Consigliato

30/12/2024: They reserved the room for us for a surprise birthday party. Everything was impeccable, very available for organizing the surprise in the previous days, excellent buffet for 40 people, the cook "Rapi" outdid herself by receiving the complements for everything. Handmade sciat and pizzocheri, ditto all the stuffed savory focaccias and tartare. Warm, spotlessly clean and welcoming rooms, everything was perfect. Thanks to all the staff, especially Elisa and Chiara!

07/02/2025: Semplicemente ottimo! Vera cucina tellina senza troppi arzigogoli. Il signore che ci ha servito è stato veramente professionale e molto gentile.

04/02/2025: Ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante per mangiare i pizzoccheri tradizionali e non siamo stati delusi. Davvero ottimi i pizzoccheri, come la bresaola e i formaggi serviti con gli sciatt nel menu degustazione. Cibo quindi di qualità, ma locale datato che necessiterebbe di una svecchiata. Personale cortese.

29/03/2025: Una tappa fissa quando passo in zona. Sempre una certezza ma questa volta il pizzocchero, solitamente meraviglioso, mi ha deluso: è stato usato un formaggio a mio giudizio troppo forte che sovrastava gli altri sapori. Non pareva essere nè Bitto nè Casera… Gnocchetti di pane meravigliosi, guanciale non degno di nota… ottimo il servizio e l’ambiente come sempre. Comunque ci tornerò sperando di ritrovare i pizzoccheri che ricordo.

02/02/2025: Al Crotasc si mangia (e si beve) bene, c'è poco da dire. Il locale è meraviglioso e l'accoglienza ottima. Da provare gli gnocchi di Mese ed il tagliere di selvaggina, spaziale. Servizio molto gentile, caloroso ma professionale, solo un po' troppo lento: su questo aspetto c'è da migliorare. Ci tornerò senza dubbio.

02/03/2025: Servizio veloce. Piatti abbondanti e buoni. Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto. Comodo per chi si trova alle piste di Aprica.
