05/01/2026: We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with a group, and I wanted to compliment all the staff for the excellent service! All the receptionists were incredibly kind, and the Maître d'Andrea was impeccable! He was attentive to all dietary needs and always available with a smile! Room cleanliness: 10/10! 22/12/2025: A nice hotel, clean and very well-maintained. Excellent service. Fantastic location. The only flaw is the windows that don't block out the noise from a beautiful square that comes alive at night. Still recommended.

07/09/2025: I went to this place in the evening for a drink and ice cream. I paid by card, and their shoddy POS system said the transaction was approved. My money was deducted, with a notification on my bank statement, but they never received the notification on their phone. With great rudeness and arrogance on the part of all three managers, they didn't want to give me what I paid for. They wanted me to pay again. I rightfully refused, and they, very pleased, told me to leave, taking the things from my hands, treating me like a nobody. There were many people in line waiting and witnessing this pitiful scene, but everyone agreed with me, so I contacted the local police, who came to the bar and agreed with me. So I got what I deserved. Scammers, arrogant, and extremely rude. Nothing like this has ever happened to me in my entire life. Be wary of this place.

18/10/2025: I went there several times with my wife and two children from 1990 to 1995, and it was our favorite restaurant. The food was excellent, and the owner was a bit unusual but very friendly. Then the children grew up, and we moved on to another vacation destination. We went again, with my wife, in 2003 or 2004, and the old owner wasn't there, but a young lady welcomed and served us, and we regretted not asking for the old owner...

31/01/2026: We asked for a table and waited for several minutes without anyone answering. When we asked for updates, noticing that those who had arrived after us had been given a table, the waitress told us we were rude. Just because the place is full doesn't mean you can treat people with condescension.

27/04/2025: Los camareros muy agradable y amable. Tuvimos un aperitivo solo y pedimos también dos platos pequeños y un postre con dos cucharas ya que no tuvimos mucho tiempo. Porciones y calidad de la comida súper buena. El vino recomendado también era de primera. El ambiente podría haber sido genial. Lo que molestó mucho fue el dueño estresado que trató a alguien en la cocina tan mal que lo escuchamos sentado afuera y arruinó el lugar tranquilo. Un comportamiento absoluto de “no ir” si usted es un anfitrión.
