02/06/2025: Location carina sia interna che esterna, sarà stata per la domenica affollata ma il servizio è stato deludente. Lunghe attese a partire dall'ordinazione Buono il cibo anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa di meno turistico. Abbiamo chiesto il dolce ma è arrivata solo la lista. L'attesa prolungata ci ha fatto passare la voglia così ci siamo alzati e diretti in cassa.

25/05/2025: Bastano poche parole per descrivere la cordialità, l'ospitalità che ci ha dedicato il titolare. Posto magnifico, noi abbiamo solo dormito, ci è stata offerta una ricca colazione con prodotti fatti in casa. Sicuramente da tornare.

11/02/2026: Granted, we came during the Olympics, but paying 15 euros for a simple FROZEN diavola seems really excessive. Terrible pizza, a tourist trap.

10/02/2026: Horrible! The pizza was straight from the freezer. We paid 15 euros for it. We felt ripped off. The service was friendly, though.

13/07/2025: Excellent service, very kind and attentive staff, they make you feel at home, the coffee is excellent, the best in the whole area, lunches and set menus of excellent quality at honest prices in line with the quality, the interiors are very characteristic and well-kept, even if I recommend a small restoration, I end by saying that it is my favourite bar

20/08/2025: We stopped by in the morning to inquire about the menu and possibly make a reservation. We were told that reservations weren't necessary, but then, at lunchtime, we were told there were no seats available. Please train your staff better on the rules of hospitality.

10/08/2025: My parents were celebrating their anniversary with some relatives, pre-ordering some dishes. Aside from the owner's extremely rude attitude, they were served food that looked leftover and reheated, in completely inadequate portions. The unclear receipt read "6 restaurant portions," making it a non-transparent and difficult to verify receipt. When asked for an explanation, no one responded.

04/02/2026: I came here for dinner. The food was extraordinary, but what struck me most was the kindness and friendliness of the staff, especially Niccolò and Francesco, two delightful people. Thank you again, and I'll definitely be back next year!

02/02/2026: Excellent location in the center of the city surrounded by shops of all kinds, places to drink and eat nearby, very warm and clean welcoming rooms, restaurant in my opinion very well stocked (typical and non-typical dishes) both for breakfast (various both international and classic) and for dinner, a detail that made me very happy and that they were very attentive to my dietary needs (I am celiac), as for the staff I found it very professional, kind and always with a smile on their faces, for those who love skiing it is ideal because one of the exits is right near the slopes, this hotel also offers a wellness area with swimming pool and relaxation areas, Turkish bath and sauna, which after a day on the snow a little relaxation is nice I recommend this hotel to everyone especially for those with children

07/12/2025: Family-run trattoria where the kitchen is overseen by the lady. You'll feel right at home, with moderate prices and superb food. Highly recommended pizzoccheri and sciat.

26/10/2025: Homemade cuisine. Average dishes, but not abundant. No menu available. No receipt either. High prices.

10/11/2025: Sitting in the garden eating and delicious food with a wonderful view, I highly recommend it.

06/11/2025: The brioches are made with a very flaky dough, but with very little filling. The cappuccino is average.

06/01/2026: We ate here with the €35 deal for the ride up/down plus the meal. Considering that the ride up/down alone costs €18, €17 for that kind of meal isn't very affordable, as it only includes a trio of dishes with a first course, second course, side dish, and water (or a glass of wine). The food was good, but it was very crowded with limited seating.

09/12/2025: We went up for a snowshoe hike around Lake Palù, with a great deal on the return trip and lunch for €35. It's self-service. There was a bit of a line because there were so many people and there were two nice ladies plus one at the cash register. It was a little hectic, but it all makes up for it. For that price, they honestly gave us much larger portions than I expected. The ribs were really good, soft, flavorful, and just the right amount of greasy. I could have eaten three times as many. The fries and pasta with mushrooms were also excellent. The polenta taragna is simple, and the braised meat is also good. The deal was really good. The bathroom is large and clean, but you have to climb a few stairs. Highly recommended. It has just the right cabin feel.

11/08/2025: Il locale si trova in centro. Bella la parte esterna fronte retro, stupende le parti interne accoglienti, pulite e le tavole apparecchiate con gusto. Credo di aver mangiato il miglio piatto di pizzoccheri della mia vita, avrei fatto il bis. Dolci meravigliosi! Le porzioni sono buone e l impiattamento stupendo, complimenti alla cucina. Il personale cortese e molto accogliente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Alla prossima tappa a livigno ci torneremo sicuramente.

09/08/2025: Il ristorante è sempre molto bello e accogliente, con un’atmosfera piacevole che mette a proprio agio. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, pronto a venire incontro alle richieste dei clienti. Purtroppo, però, ho notato che la qualità del cibo non è più quella di una volta, e questo ha reso l’esperienza meno soddisfacente rispetto al passato.

28/07/2025: I stayed here once where I spent a night with a dinner/breakfast option. Dinner was poor, I'd say nonexistent, with no appetizers, which is usually found in buffet hotels. For my first course, I chose pizzoccheri, which was nothing good. In theory, a complete dinner should include a second course, a side dish, dessert, or fruit, none of the above. I asked for a second course, and there was no second course. They brought me a plate of bresaola. Breakfast was poor, with MD discount products. The hotel was nice only for sleeping, clean, and friendly staff. Otherwise, nothing good.

12/01/2026: We had pizza, wings, and burgers. The wings were good, but the pizza was awful! The tomato sauce tasted like canned tomato sauce... I'm not saying it can't be done, but not at this price. Even the burger meat was bland, tasteless, unlike other places I've eaten. The price is definitely not right for the quality of the food, but it's under the chairlift 🙃

08/01/2026: The food was of very low quality and taste. We tried a sushi roll; the rice was raw and tasteless. Then we ordered a Mexican burrito, which was also tasteless and very plain. The American hamburger was tasty, but the meat was very undercooked. Unfortunately, there were far too few waiters for the number of customers, and they weren't attentive. They just threw things at you without asking, and you had to wait a long time to order anything. The sushi sat on the table for 10 minutes without us being able to eat it because they didn't bring us soy sauce, chopsticks, or plates.
