07/08/2024: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sant'Ambrogio in Milano, and I can confidently say it is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of amazing. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. It’s clear that the chefs here take great pride in their work. Sant'Ambrogio has truly become a staple in the neighborhood, and it’s easy to see why. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both locals and visitors. This place is a big local joint, always bustling with happy patrons. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Sant'Ambrogio to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Milano. You won’t be disappointed!

26/07/2024: We accidentally walked into this cafe. Really enjoyed the food and homemade wine. Not expensive, delicious! We came a second time, we will come a third time.

30/07/2024: At the end of a 2-week trip in Italy we had one day to spend in Milan, and this restaurant was the highlight of that brief stay in the city. Easily accessible from the central train station, the restaurant is warm and inviting, yet with a certain comfortable elegance. The food is authentic, delicious, and refined with a great selection of wines. And the tiramisu for dessert is the best I've had. The owners clearly take great pride in their restaurant - and they should - and they've created a warm and welcoming environment. If I return to Milan in the future, I will most certainly plan a meal - or two - at Noblesse Oblige.

09/08/2024: Good food, positive experience, shame about the complete disorganization of table service. I was in a very large company, which is why they divided us between two tables. The first table was served long before the second, mine, order was even taken. The same dynamic was repeated for the dessert, with the addition that the portions were not equally divided. For example, the people at the first table were served with large slices of sacher cake while those at the second table received slices of sacher whose width was less than two fingers together. I hate to say it but that's not how it's done. I hope, next time, to change my mind.

25/07/2024: Venerdì sera in attesa di volare in Sardegna. A parte la zona desolante, ma non è colpa del gestore, eravamo i soli clienti il che non è mai un buon segno. Cameriera gentile e disponibile ma il cibo dì scarso livello. Carne salada troppo condita e abbondante, pizzoccheri senza verza sostituita da patate, troppo formaggio. Così non va bene caro Max

15/08/2024: Era una tappa fissa.... Tornati dopo 35 anni! L'ambiente è rimasto, per fortuna, quello di una vecchia osteria che non ha ceduto il passo ai locali finti glamour di Milano. Risotti eccellenti come ricordavamo e anche gli antipasti e dolci degni di nota. Grazie per questo salto nel tempo

02/08/2024: Delicious risotto! Very particular combinations, but all of them are amazing! Definitely try this restaurant out. Don't forget the desserts, and starters that were also very tasty.

04/08/2024: I have been going to the Sidreria for a long time, last time it was impossible to talk because the table next to us (made up of many kids) were making a lot of noise, I had to ask the waiter (very kind) to lower the tone because the shouting was very loud . Too bad, terrible evening

17/08/2024: Sensazione strana quella vissuta durante la nostra cena. In una location bella, intima, elegante e tipicamente lombarda ci siamo trovati per i piatti scelti e i sapori, catapultati nel profondo sud della nostra penisola. Dall'entree e fino al dessert abbiamo degustato una cucina rivisitata e innovativa senza eccessi, dove la materia prima trattata dagli chef e il relativo impiattamento sono stati protagonisti indiscussi. Molto bene anche i panificati. Un plauso anche allo staff di sala davvero preparato (descrizione delle portate e della cantina scelta per il vino ottime), premuroso e gentile. Carta dei vini molto interessante con etichette di nicchia. Consigliatissimo.

09/08/2024: Ottimo il menù degustazione, tutti i piatti erano squisiti soprattutto il raviolo di zucchine e gli spruzzi di mare. Il dolce nel menù degustazione lo sceglie il cliente. Ottimi il cannolo e la cassata. Erano ottimi anche il pane e i grissini. Servizio elegante e contese ma senza troppe formalità.
