08/07/2024: Local in the center of Crema, fortunately a little away from the central square and thanks to this feature it is possible to consume in peace. The aperitifs are special and the list also offers high quality wines. The internal restaurant is large and you can either dine or organize an aperitif, they have an evocative piano bar. The courses are of good quality and the composition is refined, with even daring combinations, the opening appetizers for dinner and the bread with oil are excellent. The fish is well cooked, and the beautiful presentation of the dish is striking. You have a different and decidedly pleasant experience, which lives up to the name Laboratorio. The cost of the dishes is slightly higher than average. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at ease.

03/04/2024: Nice place, if it weren't for the attitude of one of the waiters, the short one: he places us next to the oven where it was dying of heat, we get up and choose a further table since there were several free tables; right from the start he was pushy, not at all friendly, almost annoyed. The owner, on the other hand, is very friendly and also another waiter, the thin one. The first: soup with asparagus didn't convince us, we couldn't feel it; it tasted more like potatoes. Second voucher: turkey with side dish, a complete dish. However, good value for money.

06/08/2024: Informal environment even if not "scrauso". Attentive and kind service. Good food and in the right quantity and quality. Ideal for a lunch break (and this is the target) but also for a quick lunch with a friend. Excellent prices in relation to the quality, you spend less for a first course, second course, wine, coffee and bitters than for a pizza and water in the centre. Highly recommended

13/07/2024: Cercavamo un posto per assaggiare la cucina tipica cremasca e lo abbiamo trovato -salame, salva cremasco (formaggio tipico della zona) e tortelli cremaschi. Siamo rimasti sodisfatti, anche della professionalità del personale. Forse il periodo estivo non era quello più consono per queste pietanze.... ma questo è colpa nostra! prezzo in linea con quanto mangiato. Lo consigliamo a chi ama le tipicità padane.

11/07/2024: Qualità eccelsa nei piatti del Balurdu un ristorante che consiglio caldamente.. il cibo è ottimo accompagnato da un vino rosso Sangiovese squisito…conosco bene i tortelli di Crema che ho già mangiato in passato ma anche i primi e secondi sono di ottima fattura e ben cucinati… merita anche il caffè e l’amaro jefferson che non conoscevo.. ottima professionalità del personale si tavoli.. complimenti!

02/06/2024: Prima volta in questo ristorante, esperienza positiva da ogni punto di vista: a partire dalla location, intima e curata, passando per il servizio, attento, cordiale e professionale. La cura per i dettagli si ritrova anche nel menù, con buona scelta di carne e pesce; per le due alternative vengono proposti anche due percorsi degustazione. Carta dei vini ben fornita. Tornerò sicuramente!

At the same time, having chosen their proposed menu, what can I say: a nice environment, but not at all hygienic, despite loving animals, I didn't appreciate the cats on the tables while we were having lunch, and in the kitchen, you would expect a kitchen based on km0 however unfortunately it wasn't. Low quality and low quantity food, distracted waitress, often forgets what you order, and above all at the time of payment she didn't want to make three transactions with the POS to avoid commissions, forcing us to collect the cash, or have a person pay for everything with the pos and then we can make do among ourselves. By the way, everything without a receipt obviously. Never again! Not recommended
