10/04/2026: Very very good food. Across three courses there was consistently excellent quality; baccala, polipo, coniglio, maialino, tiramisu. I would dine there again without a second's reservation. My only small disappointment is €23 for a cheese plate is an exaggeration; the 5 cheeses were OK but none were exceptional (not Bagoss or even parmigiano vacche rosse)

05/04/2026: First time in Sirmione, expectations low due to the tourism, but instead we found this restaurant at 10:30 PM. The place is elegant yet simple, and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable, above all! The dishes are refined in both their ingredients and flavors. We finished with a reinterpretation of pastiera and a dessert called umami... sensational. The price was in line with the quality, without hesitation.

19/05/2026: Simple hotels, food is fine and staff friendly, with a swimming pool.

10/05/2026: Great place! Fresh and quick! You can have a bite there or take it with you to eat with a view.

09/08/2026: We ordered the seafood pasta and the smoked swordfish carbonara and the prices didn’t reflect what we had. The flavours were very average and the portion sizes were on the small size.

08/08/2026: Truly a fantastic restaurant! I had a wonderful pizza, light dough and top-quality ingredients. Everything was delicious! Special thanks to Laura, the waitress, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. She made us feel truly at ease the entire evening. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

30/05/2026: A wonderful experience with great service and incredible views. But the food for this price point was just a little off. Nevertheless, I would still recommend it because if you're in that area, which is crowded as can be, this restaurant feels like a respite, and the service was impeccable. Could also be a great spot for just splitting a bottle of wine.

23/05/2026: Last night, we went with a group of six. Two tasting menus with limited choices. Spaghetti aglio e olio (garlic and oil spaghetti) and the only fish main courses to choose from were turbot and incredible sole. There were no alternatives, not even on the à la carte menu. A huge feast of bread of every kind and type.

03/06/2026: What can I say?! The service, the food, the ambiance—everything here is truly perfect. We had the turbot fillet, and it was simply superb. I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. We felt incredibly comfortable here and will definitely be back.

12/08/2026: This restaurant in the historic center of Sirmione offers a lovely menu with a wide selection of dishes made with flavorful ingredients and prepared with care. We ordered the fried white prawns as a starter, followed by spaghetti with lobster and pink tagliatelle with perch. The portions were generous, the value for money excellent, and the service very friendly.

17/06/2026: We ate at Caruso, right on Lake Garda, and were very satisfied. We started with antipasti – everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. You could immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. The prices might be a bit higher, but that's perfectly normal in such a stunning location right on the water. In return, you get good food, friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere with a fantastic view of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will gladly return on our next trip to Lake Garda. 😊🍷🇮🇹

17/06/2026: We ate here twice during our stay. First time for a quick lunch we both enjoyed a pasta course and the second time for dinner we as a fillet steak that was perfectly cooked followed by a lovely tiramisu. The location is beautiful and the staff were inviting, friendly and attentive. Hope to return soon!

23/06/2026: This is a bakery in the open countryside with a welcoming and modern location. You absolutely must try the tortelli in various flavors and the anolini. Their biscuits, available in many flavors, are also very good. They also have interesting bottles of wine from small local producers, fair prices, and perfect service.

06/06/2026: Great location and service, food was good but the potato wedges thats come with the burgers were not good. The chips we ordered as a side were lovely, surprised these didnt come with the burgers as it would have been a better rating. Our table unfortunately was right in the walk way for the waitresses/waiters which was unfortunate, felt very awkward sitting there.

I write these words with a hint of melancholy, after returning to what for me, since time immemorial, has been not just a restaurant, but a true refuge. I've been coming to Rucola since I was a boy; it saw me become a man, a husband, and a father. It's where I've celebrated the most important milestones in my family, from my children's first communion, with the certainty that we would be welcomed not as customers, but as longtime friends. Yesterday, sadly, I strongly felt the absence of what made this place special: Biagio's warm and ever-present welcome. The memories of Maurizio's Inter Milan that colored the shelves. That historic cuisine, made of unchanging flavors that tasted of home and security. Food is important, but the owners' smile was the secret ingredient that completed every dish. Entering La Rucola meant disconnecting from everything and feeling protected by a management team that put their heart and soul into it. ​I want to send a heartfelt greeting to all the people who have shaped the history of this restaurant and to all the customers who, like me, shared a part of their journey at those tables. 13/08/2026: The staff were extremely unfriendly, and the restaurant was clearly geared towards tourists. The food was mediocre and the service appalling: delays, forgotten dishes, and no apologies for the delay. The wine by the glass was truly awful. Furthermore, a line of smokers formed just two meters from the tables.

12/08/2026: Disappointed with this place ... far too expensive for what it is. Food is really not that great, our family had a mixture of different meals - both pizza and pasta dishes very bog standard with shop-bought-tasting ingredients. One of my little ones had the burger from the kids menu for 14 euro it didnt even come with fries. It also looked like it had just been dragged from McDonalds. Had way better food in other restaurants and for cheaper too. The place has a really nice setting but in the evening heat its not great to be sat outside. Its also not very nice to try to enjoy a meal when several other guests around you are smoking. Staff were friendly enough so service was fairly conventional. I get the impression this place goes off its aesthetics. I will say that the beef and fish dishes I saw come out looked pretty special so maybe their focus is on these and everything else is second-best. Really nothing to write home about at all unfortunately.

06/08/2026: Truly fantastic restaurant! 🩵 The food is delicious: pizza, pasta, Aperol (although my favorite is still the Hugo 😄), and the desserts... everything was just perfect! 🍕🍝🍹🍰 The staff was always extremely kind, and a special thanks goes to the lady who served us every time 🩵 She's a wonderful person: always smiling, friendly, and ready to chat with us. She made every visit even more enjoyable. It was the first restaurant we went to, and my mom and I have been going back practically every day! 😅 I highly recommend it 🤗 I will be back with great pleasure! Greetings from Poland
