12/06/2026: We loved this place! The people that served us were very friendly and helpful we would eat here again just for them. Also the aged t-bone my bf and I shared was cooked perfectly and super tasty, with a delicious chimichurri sauce. We also really liked that it looked classy but still had a cosy feel to it. Definitely make a stop here we were very happy we did.

I write these words with a hint of melancholy, after returning to what for me, since time immemorial, has been not just a restaurant, but a true refuge. I've been coming to Rucola since I was a boy; it saw me become a man, a husband, and a father. It's where I've celebrated the most important milestones in my family, from my children's first communion, with the certainty that we would be welcomed not as customers, but as longtime friends. Yesterday, sadly, I strongly felt the absence of what made this place special: Biagio's warm and ever-present welcome. The memories of Maurizio's Inter Milan that colored the shelves. That historic cuisine, made of unchanging flavors that tasted of home and security. Food is important, but the owners' smile was the secret ingredient that completed every dish. Entering La Rucola meant disconnecting from everything and feeling protected by a management team that put their heart and soul into it. ​I want to send a heartfelt greeting to all the people who have shaped the history of this restaurant and to all the customers who, like me, shared a part of their journey at those tables. 15/06/2026: Cocktails were great! View was great! The fried seafood was delicious. The focaccia was a complete disaster! Way too dry! It was just slapped onto the plate without any care. The bruschetta was also a disaster! The bread was dried out to crispbread with a single pickled tomato on top.

14/06/2026: Beautiful place with three locations, where you can enjoy a unique and delicious cocktail or a good lunch/dinner. The staff are super elegant and professional, friendly, and above all welcoming. A place where you can eat really well. I highly recommend it.

10/04/2026: Very very good food. Across three courses there was consistently excellent quality; baccala, polipo, coniglio, maialino, tiramisu. I would dine there again without a second's reservation. My only small disappointment is €23 for a cheese plate is an exaggeration; the 5 cheeses were OK but none were exceptional (not Bagoss or even parmigiano vacche rosse)

05/04/2026: First time in Sirmione, expectations low due to the tourism, but instead we found this restaurant at 10:30 PM. The place is elegant yet simple, and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable, above all! The dishes are refined in both their ingredients and flavors. We finished with a reinterpretation of pastiera and a dessert called umami... sensational. The price was in line with the quality, without hesitation.

02/05/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant, and I have to say it was an incredible experience. The staff was courteous and helpful. As for lunch, the food was of the highest quality, made with top-quality ingredients. Delicious desserts. This restaurant offers a menu that's different from the usual. I couldn't find anything negative about it; I'd go back 100 times over.

30/04/2026: Very nice hosts and everything was wonderfully clean. Unfortunately, we found the prices a bit too high for what was offered, so the value for money wasn't quite right for us. Otherwise, though, the service was friendly!

15/04/2026: Very small, hot room with no air conditioning; noisy—you can hear the entire hallway and neighboring rooms. Bathroom without soap; no complimentary water. Breakfast was average, staff were friendly, and the location was good.

30/05/2026: A wonderful experience with great service and incredible views. But the food for this price point was just a little off. Nevertheless, I would still recommend it because if you're in that area, which is crowded as can be, this restaurant feels like a respite, and the service was impeccable. Could also be a great spot for just splitting a bottle of wine.

23/05/2026: Last night, we went with a group of six. Two tasting menus with limited choices. Spaghetti aglio e olio (garlic and oil spaghetti) and the only fish main courses to choose from were turbot and incredible sole. There were no alternatives, not even on the à la carte menu. A huge feast of bread of every kind and type.

11/06/2026: Delicious, authentic Italian ice cream! The lemon and pineapple flavors are an absolute hit – incredibly refreshing, natural, and full of flavor. The portions are generous, and the service is friendly. Definitely worth stopping by Colombare. I highly recommend it 🤌

05/05/2026: Great food. I ordered the Milanese cutlet, it was very good, although it lacked a side dish or sauce. The salmon with avocado was perfect.

04/05/2026: We chose the restaurant without high expectations and were very pleasantly surprised. We ordered the tagliolino rosso al persico e limoni del Garda and the chitarra mantecata ai crostacei, crema all’aglio e tartare di gamberi as primi, in addition to the involtino di branzino e gamberi e salsa ai crostacei as secondo to share. Everything was very tasty, but the chitarra deserves special mention — truly incredible, very well executed and with a distinctive sauce. In the heart of Sirmione, where touristy options predominate, it was a pleasant surprise to find a quieter place with quality food and without that "tourist trap" feel. We left very satisfied; it was an experience that exceeded our expectations.

17/06/2026: We ate here twice during our stay. First time for a quick lunch we both enjoyed a pasta course and the second time for dinner we as a fillet steak that was perfectly cooked followed by a lovely tiramisu. The location is beautiful and the staff were inviting, friendly and attentive. Hope to return soon!

17/06/2026: We ate at Caruso, right on Lake Garda, and were very satisfied. We started with antipasti – everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. You could immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. The prices might be a bit higher, but that's perfectly normal in such a stunning location right on the water. In return, you get good food, friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere with a fantastic view of the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will gladly return on our next trip to Lake Garda. 😊🍷🇮🇹

06/06/2026: Great location and service, food was good but the potato wedges thats come with the burgers were not good. The chips we ordered as a side were lovely, surprised these didnt come with the burgers as it would have been a better rating. Our table unfortunately was right in the walk way for the waitresses/waiters which was unfortunate, felt very awkward sitting there.

10/06/2026: A beautiful bar right on the shore of the lake, the service is okay, it has its own parking lot. However, after the delicious Appetizers arrive: sea bass with cold vegetables. That's why the food rating is 3.
