Very very good food. Across three courses there was consistently excellent quality; baccala, polipo, coniglio, maialino, tiramisu. I would dine there again without a second's reservation. My only small disappointment is €23 for a cheese plate is an exaggeration; the 5 cheeses were OK but none were exceptional (not Bagoss or even parmigiano vacche rosse)

First time in Sirmione, expectations low due to the tourism, but instead we found this restaurant at 10:30 PM. The place is elegant yet simple, and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable, above all! The dishes are refined in both their ingredients and flavors. We finished with a reinterpretation of pastiera and a dessert called umami... sensational. The price was in line with the quality, without hesitation.

A fine dining restaurant. Whether fish, meat, or desserts, everything is expertly prepared and impeccably presented. The staff is friendly and attentive. The wine list is extensive and varied. This is the ideal place to spend a special evening.

We had dinner at Tavernetta Maria Callas in Sirmione and were very satisfied.
The dishes were generous, well-presented, and of high quality. We were given excellent advice on our selection, and the service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant, with background music making the dinner even more relaxing.
Good value for money.
A special mention for the desserts: absolutely worth trying! Truly delicious, you can tell the kitchen puts great care into the pastry making as well.

We were here on a Friday evening in February. The atmosphere was quiet and very welcoming. The food was excellent. I had the cod with cavolo nero. As a vegetable lover, the cavolo nero was a real surprise! Super flavorful. We don't like large quantities, but we also hate those restaurants that serve two tortelli on a beautiful plate. Here we found the perfect balance between quality and elegance!

Very nice and refined place, excellent food and excellent service. The waiters were really nice, helpful, and cheerful. There were two of us and we ordered two tasting menus with wine, everything was very good. We had never tried pike or whitefish before, but it was a great discovery. The prices aren't cheap, but you can tell from the menu, and they're not excessive either and are in line with the offerings.
