Trattoria di una volta, sulla strada principale del paesino di Barbariga. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Antipasti (tagliere di salumi, verdure grigliate, funghi) ottimi. Casoncelli di 4 tipi (erbette, carne, bagoss e zucca) superlativi. I miei preferiti sono quelli alle erbette. Ottimo vino rosso della casa per accompagnare il tutto. Dolci fatti in casa (ottima torta di mele) e caffè. Consigliatissimo!

No one leaves Trattoria Cavallino disappointed! Very courteous staff. Sofia served us, who was really so kind and nice. The place is in a simple but welcoming trattoria style furnished, with beautiful tables from the 1900s I presume.. They literally made us stuff ourselves with exquisite dishes.. Bariloca is a dish of rice, mushrooms and chicken, cooked divinely and with a scent that makes you hungry. It is a symbolic dish of the country and if you go there you must try it. There must be at least 6 of you to have this dish, and book at least 3 days in advance. As if there was no tomorrow we tried the Casoncelli with herbs, a delight.. And someone also said yes to the Cappelletti with meat, but just a taste before exploding... fabulous The greediest ones took a tagliatina to finish the wine... perfect! Price in relation to product quality and I add quantity...excellent! Absolutely to return. There's a chef with golden hands in there. Few parking spaces in front. Maximum capacity of the room 28 people. Anti-Covid rules respected. Place suitable for disabled people. Wifi yes. (the cell phone doesn't take in there) Go there, but in a hurry 🏃‍♀️

Prenotata cena per4 persone con degustazioni di casoncelli. Iniziamo come antipasto un piattino con salame affettato, poi il nulla ...mentre negli altri tavoli veniva servito un antipasto molto più ricco.... Arrivano casoncelli abbondanti e buoni e il morale torna alle stelle. Chiediamo il secondo, 2 opzioni tagliata con patate o tagliata con insalata...per essere un ristorante almeno 2 portate a scelta come al telefono mi avevano detto...ok va bene ordiniamo 3 tagliate, arriva piatto unico con 12 fettine piccole ( praticamente una tagliata porzionata) 3 dolci 3 caffè, vino abbondante Paghiamo 75€ a coppia..un pò tanto visto il menù e vista la location ...più che ristorante sembrava un home restaurant Peccato ,casoncelli buoni e abbondanti ma questo nn giustifica il prezzo.
