The quality-price ratio is really excellent: dishes with attention to detail, generous portions and honest prices. What I appreciate most is the attention to raw materials: you can clearly perceive the search for fresh and quality ingredients, enhanced to the best in each dish. The menu always offers interesting proposals, with authentic and well-balanced flavors. The service is courteous and attentive, and the welcoming atmosphere makes the experience even more pleasant. 14/02/2025: Premetto che veniamo da anni in questa trattoria da quando è stata ristrutturata e non avevamo mai avuto problemi. Stasera dopo aver chiesto cortesemente un cambio di piatto dopo aver ricevuto una guancetta di manzo ctb non cotta ed averla sostituita con un salmì di lepre duro come un sasso abbiamo potuto constatare la maleducazione della proprietaria che, invece che sdrammatizzare, ha utilizzato toni e modi decisamente poco consoni e ai limiti dell’aggressività. Oltre al fatto di aver fatto pagare uno dei due piatti non toccati e immangiabili facendolo passare per sconto. Avremmo potuto perdonare lo scivolone di classe sul conto, ma la maleducazione no. Peccato per la poca lungimiranza, han perso due clienti fissi e una buona pubblicità.

I book through the fork for a holiday with a 50% discount, probably discounted incorrectly, the reservation is first confirmed and then I receive the cancellation due to lack of availability. I return to book another date and I notice that they have corrected it, removing the 50% discount for that date but leaving the possibility of booking, therefore tables available! This is definitely not professional behavior on the part of a restaurateur.

11/01/2025: Returned to this hotel after 14 years... The Dubai suite is as beautiful as it was then... large jacuzzi, round bed and romantic atmosphere... recommended for those who want to pleasantly surprise their partner.
