24/08/2025: We spent a wonderful week here as a family. The breakfast offers everything you could need or desire – the fresh fruit was particularly delicious. The view from the rooms is fantastic; even on the first floor, with its terrace and garden access, you have a fantastic view of the lake. The excellent location puts you just a few steps from a small stretch of beach, and the charming town center of Gargnano is also within easy walking distance. Our stay was rounded off by the indoor pool, which our children especially loved.

09/06/2025: Crispy and stringy arancini. They make them with different fillings, all to be tasted! Just book in advance, come in, collect, eat many real Sicilian specialties.

22/03/2025: Very good Sicilian place. The manager is from Palermo and you can feel it, both in the atmosphere and in the taste of what he offers. We were passing by and we were pleasantly surprised!

09/08/2025: Cuttlefish Romagnola-style with turnip greens. "UNFORTUNATELY WE DON'T HAVE TURNIP TOPDS. COULD WE BRING YOU ANOTHER SIDE DISH, SUCH AS ZUCCHINI?" It doesn't affect the final bill, but if you charge me 6 euros for a side dish because you didn't include it, it's a joke. I won't be going back.

22/06/2025: Sia dall’esterno che dall’interno le aspettative non erano alte. Tantissima gente per cui si poteva presumere si mangiasse bene Assaggiato antipasti, combinazioni strane: provola affumicata con tagliata di tonno crudo - terrina con gamberetti abbinata ad un gelato al limone talmente ghiacciato che non sono riuscito a mangiarlo - moscardini fritti , e poi un piatto di pesce crudo servito con una strana composizione di verdura e frutta (due pezzi a testa) . Mi spiace dirlo ma il pesce crudo va servito sul ghiaccio e pulito meglio. In totale per tre persone abbiamo preso 5 antipasti e le cruditè. Acqua e due birre. Prezzo da ristorante stellato Capisco che il pesce costa ma a quel punto me lo devi servire in un contesto diverso e con proposte non da trattoria, o porzioni più abbondanti . Personale però molto gentile

16/08/2025: Not a negative review, but a constructive one for the owners... In my opinion, several things aren't right. It's a shame, because the place has enormous potential and could definitely be better! The cuisine could be improved in some respects. The service needs revising. It's a classic, rustic place, but I can't navigate the bathroom in the dark without directions, and a little more light in the bathroom wouldn't hurt. The prices are a bit high for the food, but considering you're in Iseo, just 50 meters from the lake, that's acceptable.

16/08/2025: They say never eat on the promenade of a major tourist resort. But rules are made to be broken. We really enjoyed the typical Italian pasta here. Tasty, simple, and you KNOW you will feel good about it even the next day. Lovely. Maybe only the radio was a little bit annoying, otherwise 5*.

11/08/2025: Reservations recommended! A lovely restaurant with a view of Lake Garda. Prices are absolutely reasonable for lemons, the servers are friendly, and the food is delicious! Dogs are allowed

11/08/2025: We came with friends for lunch after seeing on Google Maps that the restaurant closes at 00:00. Unfortunately, we were shocked by the way we were treated. The staff member was neither welcoming nor polite, and did not even offer a smile. We felt we were treated without respect, which made the whole experience very unpleasant. Definitely not the kind of service we expected.

05/04/2025: Very spacious quadruple room, with double bed and bunk beds, large bathroom and balcony overlooking the main road, spacious and plenty of space to store suitcases, not to be underestimated. Absolutely largest room found in the various hotels visited. Impeccable cleaning service. 10 and praise. Very comfortable beds Rich breakfast especially in the dessert section, excellent pancakes. Decent buffet dinner and served meals, perhaps little choice between first and second courses, ok for us adults but little variety for the children even if on request they prepared schnitzel and chips and omelettes, delicious. Excellent room service by Ferdinando, professional but very friendly. He carries out his work with passion and dedication. Professional owners, a bit cold, did not trust customers or give advice on what there was to do or see. However, the service was impeccable. The structure is a little dated, but the rooms are renovated and accurate. You can feel that the building has a history, the managers have been ski instructors for generations, photos of Alberto Tomba everywhere who stayed here when he trained on the Presena. The strong point is the proximity to everything, super central, pharmacy opposite and a stone's throw from the ski rental (they have an agreement with By Maestri rental) and direct access from the rental to the Valena slope, night skiing twice a week (an experience to be had!) The wellness center didn't impress us but there are many facilities in the surrounding area with the possibility of access for external guests.p
