I went there for a business dinner. Excellent welcome and service. The pizzas and appetizers we ordered to share were really good. There were 10 of us and we opted to share everything. The very professional and helpful waitress guided us through our choices and how to create our dinner. They have vegan options. I can't comment on the price because the company offered us dinner. Parking is difficult to find nearby; for example, I looked for a parking spot before going to dinner and was lucky.

Nice, simple place with a lovely veranda. The service was a bit slow, and I expected more from the desserts. The pizzas were excellent; I expected the Cossack to be a little more robust, but the parmigiana and the buffalo mozzarella were simply top-notch!

Thanks to the tasting menu, we were able to sample the various options, and it was spectacular! The flavor combinations were always well-balanced: you can see the commitment and desire to innovate... the excellent service was friendly and attentive... a wonderful experience in a beautiful setting... Congratulations!... We'll definitely be back...

The pizza was delicious, rich, and well-leavened. Excellent ingredients! The dessert was fantastic, too! The lavender on the ice cream was phenomenal!!!
The Jerusalem artichoke entree was a real treat!!

The pizzas are really good, there's not much more to say.
Highly recommended!
PS: The only thing I'd like to say is about the menu: we found it a bit confusing, especially when it came to choosing the tasting pizzas.

I wanted to try this place, intrigued, I admit, by their participation in the Quattro Ristoranti program. The pizza selection is very limited, but that's not the point. I think there's a flaw in the idea of transforming a simple and genuine product like pizza into something highly refined just to justify its excessive price. So if a pizza with buffalo mozzarella costs €16, it's outrageous, even with excellent ingredients. There's a good selection of craft beers. I was surprised by the coffee, which was delicious. Yes, the €2 price is justified because the passion and love for the ingredients was evident in the cup.
My curiosity has been satisfied, but I'm not tempted to return for more.

The pizza was amazing, the best pizza I've ever eaten. The service was excellent and informative, but not intrusive. The atmosphere was nice, but not exceptional.

Superb experience! The quality of the pizza and ingredients was excellent, and the dough was truly delicious. The service was attentive and courteous, and the desserts also deserve a special mention (torta delle rose and Basque cheesecake).
The prices were fair!
