22/09/2025: We had a tub of gelato yesterday. Terrible service, the guy was very kind, nothing to complain about, but he was absolutely incapable of making a tub of gelato. I've worked in gelato shops for many years and I know it's not easy to make it well (even if it looks like it). I don't know if this guy was in training or what, but he made a complete mess of the tub... I asked for three flavors and he basically filled half the tub with just one of the three. The last flavor obviously didn't fit any more gelato, so he barely put any in. He should be taught how to make tubs before putting him to work. The gelato isn't good at all; I know a lot about it, and it's truly awful. I definitely won't be going back, and I don't recommend it (at least for gelato, I don't know about the rest).

23/08/2025: Some bartenders' service is out of place, to say the least. They don't listen to you when you ask for something, and they even comment on what you order. They're really out of place and too full of themselves, making you put off staying there. The young women and the young men are very nice and kind. Overall, the food is okay. Reheated croissants are best avoided.

03/04/2025: Updated 03/04/2025 He invites you to do an experiment. Sit down in there and you'll notice that there's no machine that pays out. Take the bonus at (Bet at 5 euros) 👈 25 spins 👈 the bonus game paid out (0.60 cents). This is mathematically impossible... Same evening on the Novoline machines, 3 books at Bet 5 euros, winning symbol (Q), 10 spins completely empty, it didn't even award the free spins. Now let's move on to the coin-operated ones. Don't throw another euro in there because there's a gang of Chinese people who come, unload them all, and leave. Not to mention that even these, after the latest updates, don't pay out more than 20 euros if you're lucky. Instead, put €50 in gas and go straight to the casino in Switzerland. I guarantee you'll be more satisfied, with unlimited drinks, and at least have a great evening.
