12/06/2025: I went on Monday 9th June around 7:30 for breakfast, I thank the gentleman who seated us and served us because he was really kind and professional The only flaw but Flaw is the lady at the cash register with glasses who wanted the coin when unfortunately I had no coin, then asks me to pay with the debit card, I'm sorry but you can't force me to pay with the debit card if you don't give me the coin in change The fact is that then after a bit of fussing she gave me the correct change! So the lady at the cash register needs to be reviewed

30/12/2024: Estábamos en camino a la estación de tren y paramos aquí para almorzar. Está en el centro de la parte baja de Bérgamo. Personal amable y comida deliciosa. Su almuerzo especial era pasta con jabalí. ¡Fue tan bueno! Muy recomendable.

26/04/2025: Birthday party with 13 6 year old children, super inflatables, less food, small quantities, slightly stale chips, sandwiches (1 each no more) which I was told smelled of alcohol. I asked for two bottles of water which, after a final bill of 226 euros, they had the courage and elegance to charge. I asked for a fruit tart from a pastry shop (I was told by the "lady" that they used a pastry shop in the village) and a cake arrived that looked like the ones my mother made for me in the 90s. 2.7 kg cake for almost €80. Good but ugly, I was expecting a nice cake, not a gray one... As soon as we entered there was a suffocating and embarrassing smell of fried food, I asked to have everything thrown open and I was also asked why... staff were visibly pissed off/annoyed and we had to go and look for them... because they have other things to do.... I think never again... the children left hungry... and then the smallness of asking for two bottles of water... ridiculous ps: cut the grapes on the cake in half (since children eat it)

08/05/2025: I don't understand the negative reviews, I have to say that they don't know what good food and hospitality mean, however a really nice place, a quiet environment surrounded by greenery, the place is very particular, furnished with taste and many things are absolutely collectible, excellent food, the menu is fixed and it is agreed upon booking if there are any changes among the proposals indicated, I went for lunch but it was still cold, which is a shame because it also has an outdoor space which is greatly worth it. Excellent food, right portions, well-made home cooking, friendly and fast service, in short, a quiet and satisfying Sunday. Absolutely RECOMMENDED, another note on which I comment on the various negative opinions regarding the road, it is a country road like many others that you have to take in the last stretch but a really short and absolutely passable route, I have also seen sports and low cars parked so I would say that it cannot be defined as a problem, those who live in the countryside know that they are very normal roads, with a few potholes, but I have seen even worse ones around. Bottom line, go there you won't regret it, I will definitely be back.

29/04/2025: Prima bediening. Tijdens ons verblijf 2 keer op het terras gezeten voor een drankje. Chips en nootjes van het huis aangeboden gekregen. Wijn en huiagemaakt bier is zeker aan te raden!! Cocktail iets mindere prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Pornstar/Passion martini niet zoals het hoort. Maar zou hier zeker wel terugkomen!

16/04/2025: Gran ubicación, pero creo que esto lleva a que el personal da por sentado a los clientes, ya que el servicio al cliente era muy pobre. La camarera no sonrió y solo dejó caer los menús y una bolsa de pan sobre la mesa y pasó junto a ella. Ella no dijo una palabra para saludarnos o sonreír. Nos sentimos muy desagradables. Pedimos y la misma camarera entregó nuestra comida y de nuevo no había calor ni sonrisa. Dejó las comidas y se fue. Comimos nuestras comidas y decidimos que no queríamos quedarnos de postre ya que no queríamos quedarnos en un ambiente tan desagradable. Bérgamo tiene un montón de opciones de lugares para comer que sí quieren que los clientes regresen y recomendar a otras personas. Este no es un lugar que recomendaríamos.

26/06/2025: We often go back during the year and it is a tradition with friends in the summer. I often come here with people from all over the world who appreciate, together with the beauty of Città Alta, the cuisine of this restaurant and the warm and familiar atmosphere. We were served by a young and very friendly girl while Mrs. Adele, the owner, is a beautiful person who does her best to find space for everyone so that everyone is well. Recommended.

19/06/2025: If you appreciate Northern Italian cuisine, this is the place for you. We thoroughly enjoyed the expertly prepared rabbit, beef brassato, polenta, and lemon sorbet.

16/06/2025: I was with a friend of mine and we were looking for a new pizzeria to try. Thanks to word of mouth, we tried to call and they did everything to find us a place (this is very nice). Pizzeria that can be seen from the street and an entrance accessible to everyone. Nice internal location and clean bathroom. On each table there is a lamp and a small cactus to create atmosphere. Menu viewable via QR code and some "delicacies" proposals can be read from the table thanks to a sheet of paper. Kind and welcoming staff, especially the lady at the cash register. Large and varied menu with traditional and innovative proposals, thus giving life to an experience in the choice of the dish alone. We opted for two pizzas with traditional dough: a diavola and a capricciosa. Both sublime: from the dough to the ingredients. (P.S. the word written on the pizza is on the paper and should not be eaten) The only flaw is the waiting time for the pizza, about forty minutes, but if this is the time to "build" the pizza, it's worth it. Correct bill (I've eaten in worse pizzerias and with more expensive bills). A greeting to the lady at the cashier. I'll definitely be back.

15/06/2025: more than a pizza experience it was a fight against hunger and thirst, arrived at 8:35 pm assigned to table 87, table 87 did not exist. once seated among the flies and the hood of their veranda (thank goodness they were kind enough to let US move the tables to put us near the air conditioning) we waited a good 40 minutes to have a drop of water (ONLY BECAUSE I GOT UP TO ASK FOR IT) after 50 minutes they came to take the orders, after 10 minutes from the order they come to ask us if it was right (also because it was already being prepared) at 9:48 pm an appetizer arrives (thank god). you have to review the times but overall the food is okay, maybe the cube too salty, but good food, would I go back? no, but once is fine, maybe having a great aperitif before going desserts leaving aside the fact that we argued because they were practically melted and finished, if they had been a little faster maybe we would have had more choice. in all this at 11:30 we finished eating, 3 hours for an appetizer, a pizza and a dessert .... (the place wasn't even full) no one apologized, they didn't even offer a coffee or something as an apology, but they even made us pay for the cover charge. instead of getting angry and taking it out on you by responding to reviews, take the criticisms as a point to improve that with €40 I went to Biga or Vitagliano and they even applauded me while I was eating. or at least they brought me water 5 minutes after I arrived at the table. but make instagrammable dishes, have a nice day

20/06/2025: I would like to point out that I have a vitatop membership (with the spa). The spa is very large with a hydromassage, two saunas, a Turkish bath, hydromassage circuit and various relaxation rooms but it is not accessible in July and August. Since the outdoor pool was opened, the indoor one has been closed and consequently you can no longer use the equipment for the water circuit. But you can only bring and use some small equipment. The indoor circuit is replaced by an outdoor free body water aerobics course in groups Entrance to the park is free for children under two and reduced for children under 14, so it is likely that you will find children in the pool while you are looking for relaxation. It is not an adult-only park. The structure is very beautiful and aesthetically cared for. It is large and spacious. From the photos you can already perceive that it is a place to disconnect from the city and you do not hear the noise of cars etc. The impeccable thing is the cleanliness and the staff. I have never found dirt or even a corner in disarray. The only flaw may be some employees who are not very polite. On the other hand, if you have any problem, as happened to me, you can ask the owner directly and he will try to explain clearly and show you a solution. It is better to "skip over" and go directly to the training from the management. The hours are a bit inconvenient on weekends in winter, while in summer the park is open from 6 to 19 and you can enjoy the pool at any time. The park is very large and well-kept, a great place to spend all afternoons in summer
