16/02/2026: Today I had lunch with a friend, for the first time, at this restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming. The menu is varied and the dishes are very good. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. The staff is very kind and friendly. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

03/02/2026: Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The staff was inattentive. They left us waiting a long time... 8 people arrived after us and were served immediately... We noticed that they give priority to Italians over foreigners... We were hoping for a different experience, but unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

The dining room features dramatic wallpaper that creates an almost cinematic atmosphere, with references to America's golden age. We ate very well: excellent local cured meats and cheeses, carefully aged, impeccable rice and polenta, and truly remarkable meat. And then the owner: a personality worth getting to know. Friendly, outgoing, and always available, he made the experience even more enjoyable.

The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a good meal in peace. The food is excellent, prepared with care and passion: every dish reflects tradition and authenticity. Max and his mother are wonderful people, capable of exuding warmth and hospitality, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

29/09/2025: Last-minute Sunday lunch. 8 adults and 4 children. Amazing both the welcome and the service. The caponata with chocolate shavings was outrageous, as were the homemade Sicilian desserts. A wonderful discovery. Well done.

03/12/2025: Outrageous!! A cold welcome: it seemed like coming in at 12:30 was a nuisance, but oh well, it could be a bad day. We ask for two glasses of bubbly: they serve us the glasses without letting us taste them, without telling us what they were serving. We're already starting to think it's not the wrong day, but the place! Menu: non-existent. The lady (wearing an apron from the neighboring bakery that she tells us she's just acquired) tells us we can choose between two first courses and two second courses...we ask if it's possible to have an appetizer: seafood salad, period, no other choice. An interminable wait between the appetizer and the main course (which was one of the four listed, nothing "off the menu"). Last but not least, I ask to go to the restroom...the same lady accompanies me...outside, about 15-20 meters away across the street! Yes, this is definitely the wrong place!!

28/01/2026: Excellent little place for a business lunch (and more) for €13. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, cushions on the chairs appreciated, napkins and tableware the bare minimum but the highlight are the dishes..... Enjoying my abundant casoncelli as a first course... and turkey with polenta and roast potatoes (excellent) I looked at the other courses on the tables and I must say that the plating and quality of the food far surpass some €50 restaurants... Excellent work by the boy/boys in the kitchen.... The owner is always present in the room, careful to make sure everything works for the best, always with discretion and elegance....... a little small (few seats but comfortable) BUT..... VERY BIG!!!!

28/01/2026: Returning after a year, I found more or less the same menu as the previous year, the place is still nice but the service is very inattentive and hasty, twice with the same dish the men were served before the ladies, the raw materials are always of good quality but the kitchen seems to have settled into the usual routine good wine list with honest markups, a shame because they could do better, overall the service and cuisine are slightly high
