31/03/2026: Exceptional lunch. Table for five. We ate the six-course "Trattoria delle Miniere Menu." Hospitality, prompt service, customer care, and top-quality products. Truly everything was impeccable. The wine list was carefully crafted to showcase the local area. The quality/quantity/price ratio is unrivaled in the area and beyond. A fantastic family-run restaurant. A BIG APPLAUSE!

26/03/2026: Phenomenal experience! My husband and I dined at this restaurant twice while traveling through Italy. (We stayed in Lenna as the town is close to where my grandfather was raised.) We found the food exceptional and the best we had in Italy! Would very much recommend!

01/05/2026: I found this place by chance, but it was a success in the end. The appetizer was superb, two first courses and two second courses were excellent, and the dessert and coffee were also excellent. The view was stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive to their guests' needs. My daughter isn't much of a meat fan, so the manager happened to overhear her and ask if she wanted some aged cheese with polenta. No sooner said than done...it arrived promptly, and we were all satisfied. I highly recommend stopping by this agriturismo if you're passing through, because it's truly worth it. 10/02/2026: I already knew this place from previous management. It's a small villa in a very quiet location with minimal furnishings. I tried them for both lunch and dinner. They're very thoughtful, but sometimes, perhaps, for my personal taste, the flavors of the herbs accompanying the dishes are a little too strong. The ladies in the dining room are very attentive, but I'd say they put a little too much pressure on the timing. The second courses are the ones I loved the most. I'll definitely be back to try their creations again.

21/04/2026: The food was excellent, the ingredients top-quality, and the service was friendly and professional. Excellent value for money. The atmosphere was small and charming, though a small complaint about the upstairs being a bit unclean. Parking in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant was a bit difficult to find.

She was asking about allergies and got very mad at people who admitted they had an allergy to things which weren't included int their order. Please let people decide for themselves if they want to risk it, some people can stand "traces off".. The food was good, the rocket salad really bitter though.

07/05/2026: First of all, I give full marks because initiatives like these should always be supported. Cascina Gervasoni is a farmhouse that has undergone a conservative and authentic restoration. Few comforts but plenty of authenticity for a beautiful, clean yet rustic house in the woods. That said, it's a shared experience where you sit around a large table with other guests and eat natural, organic products. Unfortunately, the prices are completely out of line for a plate of pasta with butter and herbs and an egg omelette with water. Asking €30, or €35 for a dry grilled chicken breast at a shared table, in my opinion is way too much. With wine and a polenta to share, we came to €42 each. I understand that the home restaurant is more expensive, but let's be serious: preparing casoncelli with butter and sage and a pan-fried chicken breast doesn't require a Michelin-starred chef or a team of cooks. Of course, prices are displayed, and everything is transparent and fair, but reviews also serve as suggestions. More work needs to be done on the food side, both on the selection and the prices. The next day we left and at a trattoria on the road we ate tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and rabbit Bergamo-style with polenta and vegetables for €20, including wine. The message I got was this: organic is something I can't afford. And this, in my opinion, is counterproductive. That said, I hope the lovely and hospitable owners, who truly put so much heart and soul into it, don't be offended. I know you're not profiteering, but the business won't be able to reach its full potential if you don't address certain aspects. I hope these suggestions are appreciated and not seen as an attack.

The weekend at Max's was incredibly enjoyable, thanks to the serenity of the place and his wonderful company. The cuisine is simple and authentic, perfectly in keeping with the atmosphere of the place, so much appreciated. Thank you, Max, for welcoming us and sharing your story with us! 😊

You can really feel the attention to detail and passion for cooking. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive; we felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The fast service and pleasant atmosphere made everything even more special. A place you’ll gladly come back to and one I highly recommend! 🍝✨

16/02/2026: Wow. I can't think of a better word to start this review. We found La Palma by pure chance. We visited the venue for our wedding and it was love at first sight! Truly beautiful and everything was in the right place. The food was an indescribable experience, every dish was delicious. Definitely worth trying!! The owner, Alessandro, is an indescribable person!! He's expert in his work, but above all, he puts his heart into what he does. We were enchanted when he made us "experience" our wedding. KEEP UP THE GOOD LOOKING!!!! I'm attaching a photo of the Valentine's Day menu. Unfortunately, I don't have photos of the dining room or the outside. But it's a good reason to visit.

17/04/2026: For my first time in Bergamo, I relied on the Osterie d'Italia guide for dinner. As always, it confirms how much easier it is to find a restaurant that not only offers good food but, above all, a place that makes you feel welcome. Es Al Gigianca does this very well, first and foremost with the attention to detail—as soon as you enter, you sense a serene and intimate atmosphere—and then with the entire dining room staff, who are courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Angelica, a rare gem, and the owner, Luigi, a wine enthusiast, together were able to advise and guide me throughout the meal, offering truly impeccable service. The cuisine was excellent, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients in traditional and seasonal dishes. I loved the Casonsei and the poached egg with polenta and truffle. The wine list was extensive, and finally, very interesting desserts, but the most surprising was their Tiramisu. Something extraordinary, however, was the Malvasia Passito wine, which I ordered to accompany the desserts. So, thanks for brightening up a solo evening in a new city. If I ever find myself in Bergamo again, I'll definitely be back! Greetings from Frascati Fabio.
