01/05/2026: Excellent cuisine, using local ingredients. You can tell the dishes are carefully crafted and meticulously prepared. Refined dishes are reasonably priced, especially if you choose the tasting menu (the four-course one), which gives you the opportunity to try everything. The wine list is superb! I completely agree with the restaurant's choice to offer only local wines...obviously, we're talking about excellent wines. The staff is very knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous. 01/05/2026: I found this place by chance, but it was a success in the end. The appetizer was superb, two first courses and two second courses were excellent, and the dessert and coffee were also excellent. The view was stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive to their guests' needs. My daughter isn't much of a meat fan, so the manager happened to overhear her and ask if she wanted some aged cheese with polenta. No sooner said than done...it arrived promptly, and we were all satisfied. I highly recommend stopping by this agriturismo if you're passing through, because it's truly worth it. 10/02/2026: I already knew this place from previous management. It's a small villa in a very quiet location with minimal furnishings. I tried them for both lunch and dinner. They're very thoughtful, but sometimes, perhaps, for my personal taste, the flavors of the herbs accompanying the dishes are a little too strong. The ladies in the dining room are very attentive, but I'd say they put a little too much pressure on the timing. The second courses are the ones I loved the most. I'll definitely be back to try their creations again.

The atmosphere was small and charming, though a small complaint about the upstairs being a bit unclean. Parking in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant was a bit difficult to find.

She was asking about allergies and got very mad at people who admitted they had an allergy to things which weren't included int their order. Please let people decide for themselves if they want to risk it, some people can stand "traces off".. The food was good, the rocket salad really bitter though.

07/05/2026: First of all, I give full marks because initiatives like these should always be supported. Cascina Gervasoni is a farmhouse that has undergone a conservative and authentic restoration. Few comforts but plenty of authenticity for a beautiful, clean yet rustic house in the woods. That said, it's a shared experience where you sit around a large table with other guests and eat natural, organic products. Unfortunately, the prices are completely out of line for a plate of pasta with butter and herbs and an egg omelette with water. Asking €30, or €35 for a dry grilled chicken breast at a shared table, in my opinion is way too much. With wine and a polenta to share, we came to €42 each. I understand that the home restaurant is more expensive, but let's be serious: preparing casoncelli with butter and sage and a pan-fried chicken breast doesn't require a Michelin-starred chef or a team of cooks. Of course, prices are displayed, and everything is transparent and fair, but reviews also serve as suggestions. More work needs to be done on the food side, both on the selection and the prices. The next day we left and at a trattoria on the road we ate tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and rabbit Bergamo-style with polenta and vegetables for €20, including wine. The message I got was this: organic is something I can't afford. And this, in my opinion, is counterproductive. That said, I hope the lovely and hospitable owners, who truly put so much heart and soul into it, don't be offended. I know you're not profiteering, but the business won't be able to reach its full potential if you don't address certain aspects. I hope these suggestions are appreciated and not seen as an attack.

The weekend at Max's was incredibly enjoyable, thanks to the serenity of the place and his wonderful company. The onion soup (recommended on the menu) didn't convince me at all; it lacked the typical caramelization and the pieces were too large. The tiramisu was also a huge disappointment: the flavor was unpleasant, with a distinctly off-putting note. The prices are quite high for the quality offered. Personally, it doesn't meet the expectations raised by the reviews. In short, a place with potential, but it needs to rethink some of its dishes and, above all, its value for money.

The experience was simply wonderful in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth, professionalism, and attention that immediately made us feel at ease. The staff was impeccable throughout the day: always available, smiling, and attentive to the guests' every need. The food was truly exceptional. Each course was prepared with extreme care, with high-quality ingredients and refined flavors. You could clearly taste the passion and expertise behind each dish. All the guests thoroughly enjoyed it, offering sincere compliments for the deliciousness of the menu and the elegant presentation of each course. The organization was also perfect: everything ran smoothly and harmoniously, creating a warm, welcoming, and truly special atmosphere. It was clear how much effort and attention went into making such an important day unique. We even needed a needle and thread for a small emergency, and with little hope, I went to the lady for help. She magically had what we needed and arranged for me, the bride, and my cousin to sit in a room so we could "fix the damage." FANTASTIC TO SAY THE LEAST I sincerely thank all the staff for helping make my sister's wedding an unforgettable event, not only for the bride and groom but also for all of us guests. It was a wonderful experience that we will cherish forever.
