12/05/2025: Last night we went to the Osteria dell'Assonica and chose the vegetarian menu: a really nice surprise. Well thought out dishes, interesting and never banal combinations, with an attention to detail that is perceived without being forced. Professional service, present but discreet. Nice, sober and welcoming environment. A solid and well-constructed proposal, which is definitely worth the visit. Experience to be repeated. Thank you 🙏🏻

10/05/2025: I went there for lunch a few days ago with some friends. We had had very mixed reports about this restaurant. Of course the evaluation always depends on the expectations of those who enter. On our side the opinion is a narrow "good". Certainly overestimated by most. Unfavorable value for money despite the lunch offer, wine cellar with very high markups. We won't be back.

26/05/2025: We were at this restaurant yesterday evening, today after lunch we returned to taste two desserts that we absolutely wanted to try before leaving for Milan. Each course is special and delicious. I think it is one of the best restaurants I have tried. From the typical cold cuts and cheeses of the valley to the very tasty first courses, from the delicious meat stick to the desserts that absolutely must be ordered! The rosemary panna cotta is incredible! The Luigia digestive is also delicious, which I regret not having bought in a bottle to take home. Maybe next time! The decor is also beautiful and the staff is very kind. Highly recommended!

Since our arrival, we have been welcomed with warmth and professionalism, in an environment that combines elegance and familiarity. The food was simply excellent: every dish, from the homemade pasta to the meat main courses, was prepared with high quality ingredients and presented with care. The atmosphere of the restaurant made the day even more special. The panoramic veranda offers a breathtaking view of the valley, creating a perfect setting for celebrating important family moments. Special thanks to all the staff for their attention to detail and willingness to satisfy our every need. They helped make this day a precious memory that we will carry in our hearts. We highly recommend Il Tagliere to anyone who wants to enjoy an authentic culinary experience in a welcoming and refined context. We can't wait to come back!💛🫶🏻

24/05/2025: Great place surrounded by nature, well-kept environment and attentive staff, large private room with access to the garden.. eaten buffet style with a varied menu of meat and fish, pizza, cold cuts etc.. bar service with cash register with music.. even the guests were enthusiastic about the location and meal..

23/05/2025: First of all, the owner is absolutely worth mentioning: very kind, great welcome, excellent service! We also had a chat at the end of the dinner and it was a really pleasant moment! As for food, I had an appetizer with fish (octopus and calamari, very tender!) and a first course, all delicious!! Even the polenta gnocchi my partner had as a first course were very good! The environment is welcoming, well-kept, simple without frills and excesses, with details such as the 2 tables and the wooden shelving and the chandeliers that make it clear how much the owner cares about quality. The strong point, the view!!! I chose it randomly in a few minutes searching on the internet and it was a great discovery! We will definitely be back!! And we will definitely recommend it!

26/04/2025: Pranzo pasquale in un ristorante che è sempre una certezza. Proprietari gentilissimi, un ambiente sempre caldo e accogliente. Menu di pasqua ottimo e vario, particolarmente apprezzato il cestello di robiola e scalogno. Difficile trovare di meglio!

07/05/2025: We visited the famous restaurant last October on the occasion of my 50th birthday after many friends and acquaintances had recommended it to us as a starred restaurant that was really worth it! I must say that the welcome is truly a feather in the cap of the place: they are very attentive. The only exception is the maitre d' who hastily takes the order and equally hastily charges... I didn't find any exciting dishes except the tuna spaghetti. The Pacchero scene complete with gagging is a shocking fall in style: that's all I'll say about this! The environment is classic and sober… nothing particularly fascinating! The scene of the little girl with the box of chocolates is beautiful! With the same money we can spend two days in a beautiful resort in South Tyrol! Goodbye!

07/05/2025: Hidden in a busy street of the city there is one of the best restaurants in Bergamo (perhaps the best) for the quality of the products put on the table, kindness and professionalism. Absolutely worth trying and trying again.

20/05/2025: We had a wonderful time. Although there were 8 of us and the restaurant was almost full, they found a seat for us. The service was friendly. The staff speaks English for tourists. The ravioli was excellent. A great place for a small village inn.

08/06/2025: Ristorante accogliente. Buoni piatti. Ottima la polenta. Bello mangiare in veranda: ci si sta bene, ma se c'è molto sole, anche d'inverno, a qualcuno potrebbe anche dare un po' fastidio (si possono però anche tirare le tendine...). Consigliato.
