Personale ottimo e gentile, dopo un paio di volte, puoi chiedere "il solito" ché si ricordano anche a distanza di tempo, prezzi leggermente sopra la media, ma giustificati dal servizio superbo. Un locale dall'ambiente accogliente e pulito con ampia scelta di consumazioni.

22/07/2025: Chosen for our wedding reception about twenty years ago, and it's no coincidence...the food is excellent, dishes made with quality ingredients and creatively prepared. We've never stayed, so we can't comment on the hotel, but the restaurant is highly recommended. Refined in its simplicity.

02/09/2025: Fabulous tartare and first courses. The Florentine steak is a sure bet: no weighing, just a caliper... I'm a bit hesitant about the 1.5 kilo, but the price was right. A pleasant evening with friends. If you're passing by, ask for it to be weighed before cooking! The weight determines the price. Ciao!!!
02/09/2025: Pappardelle were very good, and the wine was fine, but unfortunately the meat left much to be desired. I ordered a 1.5 kg Florentine steak, cooked rare, and it arrived with the fillet charred and generally medium rare. It looked more like a rib-eye steak, and despite my attempts to point this out, there was no response. €98 for just the rib-eye steak/Florentine steak, I'd say way too much for Tuscan standards, let alone presented in this way. Only on the way out did I notice that it said 100% Piedmontese meat, decidedly unusual for a Tuscan trattoria.

With simple but well-prepared dishes in my experience, I recommend the skewer with polenta made to perfection, equally tasty appetizers and first courses, without neglecting the wine list, I personally appreciated an excellent Groppello, I will definitely return without waiting too long, enjoy your meal 😎
16/08/2025: We booked for four people, driven by curiosity to try dinner after being invited to a wedding and for a quick aperitif with friends. The location, both inside and out, is very pretty, rustic yet welcoming. We ordered a Morso46 platter for four people as an appetizer, with mixed cured meats and cheeses and a small portion of giardiniera. The quality was good, the portion was small, but for the price it was fair. For four of us, we ordered two first courses and two second courses, two melted cheeses with polenta, and a side of potatoes with a bottle of wine. The first courses were very good, the portions just right. The two ribs were served with different cooking times; we reported this and it was corrected. We unfortunately noticed that the cut of meat was different, despite the kitchen claiming otherwise, but the color of the meat was obvious. In any case, good quality. Two desserts and we asked for the check. Total €40 each. The price is fair for some dishes, but the rib-eye steaks are a bit high, in my opinion, considering they're on a farm and for the portion size. A spoonful of polenta and a slice of melted cheese are overpriced at €9. Since they're on a farm, everything should be scaled down a bit. The service was good, the staff friendly. I probably wouldn't go back.

28/05/2025: If you want to know what a risotto should be like, you have to dine here. All the risottos are excellent, excellent appetizers, excellent wine list. I have never tried the second courses because I was literally enraptured by the risottos. In company we opted for the choice of risotto in different variations that we then all tasted. The courteous owner exudes Milanese-ness, so I can even speak in dialect. Clean and simple environment, without frills. Highly recommended

13/09/2025: I've watched this "unconventional" place come to life ever since it was just Davide and Marco's idea. Years have passed, and many things have changed. But always, always, researching. I'm not talking about new scenes from posts with thousands of views, I'm talking about substance. I'm talking about ingredients, I'm talking about flavors and aromas. Nothing is left to chance. You should stop and listen to Davide speak, a raging river when it comes to cooking. You can hear it in his words, you can immediately tell even without being an expert (I'm a mechanic with a passion for good things) that Davide puts his heart and soul into what he does. Years ago, he explained to me that for his risotto (an ingredient in a sandwich dedicated to the city of Milan), he doesn't use powdered saffron, the kind you can buy in a bag at the supermarket, but uses the saffron still in its threads, jealously guarded in a box, almost pampered and obviously rare, of the highest quality, and as we all know, good and special things are expensive. The meat is also refined because he leaves nothing to chance. Ingredients and combinations I never would have imagined. The open kitchen, nothing to hide, within sight. It's a pleasure to watch him work. The space is small, almost minimalist. Without ostentation, he doesn't try to overwhelm the customer with lights, mirrors, glasses, or cutlery that could mislead. He goes straight to the point, offering flavor, products, and experience. He doesn't show off his personal achievements, but he has nothing to envy of the Chef we keep seeing in every "sauce" on television. It's been a while since I've been able to taste one; I had to, I was forced (not by prison), but now I can't wait to sink my teeth into one of his burgers. And in my opinion, simply calling it a burger is an understatement. It's more of an experience.
