01/03/2025: I had dinner two nights in a row in this pizzeria during a business trip, I ate pizza both evenings, the pizza is super, they have various doughs, I finished it all without any problems from how well the dough is stretched, it didn't leave me thirsty and above all the staff is really courteous and hospitable. I had two dogs with me, well behaved, and everyone there welcomed kindly. Excellent value for money.

17/02/2025: I go to Tanino quite often on Saturday evenings, also due to the presence of gluten-free dishes for my celiac girlfriend. The place is very warm, welcoming and not very noisy. The service is really good, especially due to the presence of a very friendly waiter who knows how to handle customers well. The food is normal, respecting the quality/price ratio. (Slightly lower than average) The Neapolitan dough is very distant from the original one but all in all it is quite pleasant. Some desserts are better than others (the cheesecake is average, the hot cake is evidently frozen and heated in the microwave, the mascarpone is delicious and the homemade tiramisu is highly recommended). Objectively, for the province of Mantua, it is an interesting place to spend a quiet and unpretentious Saturday evening.

08/12/2024: Exquisite dinner with excellent dishes, local wine recommended at the top! Impeccable service. And what about the place? Nestled in the hills of St. Gallen with spectacular views. I highly recommend it and I want to go back in spring💖

29/11/2024: Nella serenità le linee sono facili, gli occhi guardano il panorama, le dita stringono lo stupore ! Non serve un castello per perdersi, ma basta calore per ritrovarsi . Non so di preciso cosa sia la magia ma so che inizia sempre quando non te ne vuoi più andare ! Località senza pari, staff super * cucina sublime ! Andateci che troppi “poi” diventano “mai”! 20/10/2024: A wonderful place with delicious food and kind people. We arrived after a bike ride 🚴, tired and wet. They set us up near the fireplace, allowing us to warm up, and served us a delicious meal. I highly recommend this place to all travellers🔥. A true refuge that you want to find after a difficult day

06/04/2025: The place is furnished with ancient, expertly distributed vintage souvenirs. Very clean and cared for in every little nuance. The staff were friendly, smiling and helpful. Homemade food with excellent raw materials. Last but not least, the bill is accessible to everyone after enjoying generous portions. You can't ask for more or expect better. 07/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante in diverse occasioni. Era un po' di tempo che non ci andavamo. Il cibo è sempre stato buono e il servizio più che sufficiente ma stavolta è stata un esperienza davvero brutta. Partiamo dal servizio che è stato davvero scadente. Ordino una bottiglia e mi servono 3 calici. Devo chiedere la bottiglia perché non me la lasciano. Ordiniamo 2 filetti alla senape con contorni diversi ma alrrivano con gli stessi contorni e ci portano dei contorni extra mai ordinati. Li rimandiamo indietro. La cotoletta alla milanese arriva immangiabile. Troppo cotta. Era una suola da scarpe. Lo faccio presente e la rimando indietro. Mi danno ragione scusandosi per la cucina. Acqua finita ma nessuno se ne fa carico. Quando è il momento di pagare mi fanno il conto e includono 35 euro di cotoletta...senza nemmeno un euro di sconto. Lo faccio presente ma sento solo scuse e pago 254 euro del totale. Voglio precisare che le mie rimostranze sono state fatte con educazione e dopo aver pagato il conto. Beh, che dire. Una profonda delusione. Ci sarebbe voluto poco per non perdere un cliente ma hanno preferito agire così. Peccato. Si sono dimostrati davvero poca cosa. Sarebbe bastato un piccoli segno...

26/03/2025: Hotel VIU was the best 5 star I have ever stayed at! From the greeting when you walked in the front door to the employees looking sad when we left. 🙂 We only stayed 3 nights and one of them being Valentine's Day. They upgraded us to a suite and it was beautiful and spacious. The modern feel was beautiful. The room also had night lights at night so if you got up you could see. The espresso coffee maker was a nice feature. The bathroom had robes and slippers. All updated. On our 1st night they bought us fruit, cookies, & champagne. On Valentine's night they dropped off sparkling water and cookies. They went above and beyond our entire stay. Breakfast every morning was amazing with fresh fruit, juice, muffins, & eggs anyway you wanted them. On Valentine's Day we ate at the restaurant downstairs. The food was amazing. The bar had everything you could ask for. Our stay was the absolute best time. We will be back again. I would highly recommend Hotel Viu.

23/03/2025: 4 of us looked for a place on a winter Sunday without having booked, but, obviously, given the high turnout that always characterizes this refuge of which many are fond, there were no free tables. However, we rightly adapted to an arrangement on the outside tables, which are not used in winter. The dishes were very good, even if the staff used ways that were not always kind to deal with customers, and we had to wait inside for plates and cutlery to be delivered to us to serve ourselves independently: so far, no problem, if you don't consider that they made us pay for four covers. Among other things, the refuge is certainly not difficult to reach even for the supply of various materials, because it overlooks a road that is almost always clean and passable, which is why I would have expected lower prices.

03/03/2025: I have known the place for some time but for the first time I stopped to eat at the restaurant of the Monte Avaro refuge. I had a wonderful lunch, large portions of excellent quality food. I had a starter for 2 and pasta with ragu. fully satisfied. I praise the staff who, even with a lot of people, offer good service suitable for families and children. I recommend trying the bombardino! Exceptional!

20/04/2025: Just back from Easter lunch, excellent decision to keep the à la carte menu. Tasted large plate, mixed grill of meat, polenta gnocchi and excellent desserts!!! Attentive service and quiet location. Definitely recommended place!
