14/09/2025: Excellent food and very nice location, although you might need to make a reservation before going because they were completely full when we went.

09/08/2025: I went there with friends and parents to celebrate my birthday. The lunch was excellent.

19/10/2025: The location is a bit banal, but it's visibly clean and tidy. The pizza needs revisiting. The dough is dry and almost unleavened. The toppings are barely adequate. I can't say I ate a good pizza.

01/05/2025: Excellent Sicilian pastries, I tried the fried foil with ricotta... heavenly! The brioches with tuppo also have an excellent, soft consistency and a good flavour.

16/10/2025: A good café bar on the main piazza in Grumello del Monte, serving a range of sandwiches and other light dishes. Service was friendly and quick. There's a bathroom in the car park below – you can get the key from near the till.

24/08/2025: For breakfast, the place is beautiful and delicious. The pastries and desserts in general are very good (I'd add that their pistachio spread is top-notch). The only flaw is the drinks: they're too expensive for their quality. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it for aperitifs or after-dinner drinks for this reason alone. However, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it is. If they'd lower the drink prices, it would be 5 stars.

13/07/2025: Small village bar. The barista should learn to smile at the customer. It seems like she's doing you a favor by making you a coffee. I don't know.

11/10/2025: I went with a friend from Sesto San Giovanni, recommended by someone from Ronco B.NO. I don't think there are words to describe it all. Kindness, friendliness, helpfulness—words I'd long forgotten. The aperitif was incredible... served with a platter of mixed cured meats that, as they say, lacked words. With every bite, I shed a tear because it was running low. We'll be back. ... A heartfelt thanks to Giorgio for the tip...

05/09/2025: Lunch with friends on the go. The dishes were all delicious and plentiful. The final price was surprisingly fair. I'll bookmark it if we ever return to the area.

18/08/2025: Rude short guy would not even talk to me when l asked if they can prepare pizzas to go. And I asked in Italian. We arrived there from a long flight from US and we were hungry so we had no other option as it was already 7:30 pm. This place gave me the impression that tourists are not welcomed here, they mainly cater to locals. The following night we decided to give them another chance and made reservations to dine in. He was slightly more polite but the food was garbage and the service was horrible. They brought drinks and placed them in the middle of the table without asking who's drinking what. Overall, I did not like the service, the food, or the way they treat non-locals. Tourism is their main source of income in this fairly secluded town, they should be nicer.

08/11/2025: I went to this restaurant with friends a year ago and have already been back three times. The staff was friendly, the food was more than good, and the place was welcoming.

30/05/2025: the welcome was not the best and the dialogue between the dining room staff and the customers definitely needs to be improved, we didn't even know about the buffet that was suggested to us by other customers, that said, the food is excellent and it would really take very little for a further leap in quality. It would be a beautiful place if it had a little more character and a focus on a niche theme. I also have some suggestions. Guys, but the grilled diaphragm was super and the spaghetti allo scoglio very good.... 4 stars but could be 5 with your eyes closed...

26/10/2025: I stumbled upon this trattoria by chance. It was a wonderful experience. The prices are incredibly low; it's only open Thursday evenings and then during the week for lunch. You're really spending very little, but the quality of the food is worth much more than other trattorias in the area. You can find chickpea soup, pasta and beans, fettuccine with pesto ragù. Then, for the main course, every dish is fabulous, from the homemade meatballs, boiled meat, pork, oven-baked ribs, and grilled fish. And the side dishes are delicious, from baked French fries to boiled potatoes with green beans and parsley. The desserts are exquisite and homemade, from the warm strudel, pine nut cake, and finally a very special house liqueur, the agrumello. All for the simple price of €21, full menu. Thanks to the staff.

13/08/2025: We had dinner and ordered two pizzas: one with a thin crust...crumbly...it broke as soon as you touched it, so my wife ate it in little pieces... I chose the one with a sourdough starter...but it wasn't cooked well...there are photos on the walls of pizzas with a high crust, but it had nothing to do with that dish...so many ingredients on the pizza

30/10/2025: Strongly not recommended. Food was bad. Charged extra fee “coperto” which is usual in Italy, but not for the service they provide.

10/11/2025: The owner of the B&B where we stayed for the weekend recommended this place. It was very nice, with a relaxed atmosphere and a generous aperitivo with many options. I was with a friend who has a wheat intolerance and must avoid it at all costs; the chef, Antonio, gave us excellent advice and was very considerate. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: Bar with a small selection of cuisine. A wide selection of good-quality cocktails, starting at €8. If you'd like, you can add a dish prepared by the chef, choosing from pre-made dishes, for €6. We had sausage risotto, farinata, vegetables, black rice with vegetables, couscous with vegetables, caramelized onion, and focaccia—all delicious. We spent €30 for two for two cocktails and two dishes, and we left feeling full but not weighed down. The atmosphere is pleasant and intimate, perfect for couples or small groups.
