22/10/2025: This hotel isn't worthy of a 4-star rating. The rooms are okay, but the service leaves something to be desired (you have to hurry at dinner because the staff seems to want to finish early). It's changed a lot for the worse, which is a shame, because I used to be a regular.

21/10/2025: Very good hotel, warm welcome, beautiful room with access to the lakeside promenade. Good breakfasts. PS: Just improve the signage around the hotel and reception.

09/11/2025: Rustic, well-maintained, and welcoming. Friendly and professional staff, very good food, made with selected local products. The risottos are truly, truly, delicious. A must try!

15/10/2025: Amazing hotel, lady at reception is very friendly. The hotel seems recently renovated and its very clean and modern. We really had no complaints other than a coffee machine would be nice in the room. Parking is available in front of the hotel (White lines, blue is paid) Definitely coming back!

20/10/2025: I stayed at this hotel from October 13 to 16, 2025. The facility is tidy and clean, and generally well-maintained. Unfortunately, my room was in the exterior wing, with direct access from the outside, and the temperature inside was quite low (below 20 degrees Celsius). This negatively impacted the comfort of my stay. I asked to change rooms, but my request was denied—probably because the hotel was fully booked. The lady at reception was kind, however, and explained that the problem was due to a delay in turning on the heating, scheduled by the municipality only from October 15th. She provided me with an extra blanket. This allowed me to avoid sleeping in the cold, but staying in my room—especially after a shower or while working on the computer—was uncomfortable. I really appreciated the restaurant and the quality of its culinary offerings. Less convincing, however, was the decision to fill the reception area with designer items for sale, which somewhat distracted from the hotel's welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I would have expected more from a four-star hotel, especially considering the cost of 147 euros per night.

16/10/2025: Nothing to say, impeccable service, beautiful place, delicious food, the only flaw is the gardener who comes by every morning at 7 with a petrol leaf blower that makes a hellish noise and you can't sleep

21/08/2025: Business lunch. Nice atmosphere, informal, fast, and helpful staff. Quality food with a vegetable buffet. First course, second course, side dish, water, and coffee, €13. Excellent, nothing to complain about.

26/10/2025: Honestly, it almost felt like they were swarming us to order, and the person taking the orders wasn't an employee. A little peace and quiet, which is what one looks for in a restaurant, wouldn't hurt. But as for the food, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Beautiful location and well-cooked dishes.

13/08/2025: In a very charming setting, characteristically furnished, and in a pleasant little square in Bollate. We dined with a nice glass of Prosecco. The wait for service was a bit long, but that doesn't matter if the company is good. I'll be back; I liked it.

We could probably have spent a little less, but the place is worth the slightly higher price. In the castle in the center of the city... Spectacular. The staff was truly excellent, kind, and competent. Congratulations.
