Gorgeous hotel, beautiful room, excellent indoor pool. A few more loungers could have been used, but everything was perfect. I definitely recommend it 100%.

Let's say the experience was average. I came here with my girlfriend with the smart box. The room was a bit small. The cleaning of the 124 is not even close to the left corner near the bed. There were some brown stains, but oh well, at this price we added a €30 difference. The smart box was free, the three-pointer, that's fine. The spa water was cold, not hot. Then we went out and came back at 3 in the morning. The girl in front of the reception told us they are open 24 hours a day. We rang the bell three times and no one answered. Then, thank goodness, I had the brilliant idea of ​​calling. After two calls, they answered and the girl said, "You know, at a certain point, we're going to bed. If they offer the service, they say they are open 24 hours a day, the gate is closed. They have to open for you immediately, especially in a four-star hotel, we're not talking about a two-star hotel. They can't make you wait 15 minutes outside!"

After complete ruin and abandonment, the oratory and residential house were restored, and on October 26, 2007, this place became the "Hotel Settecento," a prestigious reference point for the entire province of Bergamo and its surroundings.

A positive experience, the property, as the name suggests, is a historic building. The interior has been very creatively renovated with art installations and trendy furniture. The rooms, as well as the restaurant, reflect the artistic theme. Definitely worth a try.
