The place, don't expect anything, is very simple and rustic, but don't let that discourage you; the food is excellent.
The pinsas have a good, light dough with good-quality ingredients. It's a shame the base of the buffalo pinza was burned, but it was still good. It wasn't sent back to the kitchen.
The fresh pasta (tonnarelli) is really good, and tastes great when cooked al dente.
Pistachio carbonara is very good, but not very carbonara-like.
Cacio e pistacchio is good, but after a while it gets boring because the dishes are deliciously generous.
Classic amatriciana is excellent.
Zozzona imperiale, 200g, a spectacle of flavor.

The place is a bit sparse, as is the menu, but the quality and deliciousness of the food are excellent. Although I wasn't impressed at first glance, I'll definitely be back for the food. The waitress was lovely, polite, and very good.

Unfortunately, despite the good food, I'm forced to give it 3 stars. Everything is good, but Romano's dishes are the only ones you'll find, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, and they have nothing to do with a Roman trattoria.

From the outside, it looks like a disused place; the "For Sale" sign on the door made us think we were in the wrong place! But once you enter, it's much better maintained.
Our goal was to eat Roman first courses, especially since the menu makes it seem like they do a bit of everything.
If you're just looking at the outside, it's not your place, but I can assure you, the Roman first courses ARE EXCEPTIONAL. We ordered four different "abundant" first courses to try a bit of everything. Very tasty, the pasta was cooked just right, and it was certainly made by someone who churns out a lot of it.
They also have the option of having fresh pasta. Well done!
I definitely recommend trying it.
