24/08/2024: We were there some time ago on the occasion of a graduation celebration. Their availability was impeccable which determined the success of the party. The quality of the food was excellent. What can I say... absolutely recommended!!

17/03/2025: A good place to grab a typical sandwich and eat quickly before continuing your stroll through Milan. There's quite a line to order, but they're fast and orderly. There are no restrooms or tables, but nearby there's a plaza with steps where everyone sits to eat.

22/04/2025: Unfortunately my experience at this ice cream shop was disappointing. The lady with short white hair who works there was extremely rude, both to me and to other customers who were simply trying to purchase ice cream. His surly and unhelpful attitude completely ruined the atmosphere. It's a real shame, because the ice cream might be good, but such service turns customers away. I would not recommend this place to anyone, precisely because of this person's behavior.

20/04/2025: Surya Gelateria - Bergamo While walking through the charming streets of Bergamo, something attracted us to this ice cream parlor. Quite spontaneously, we decided to enter - and it was a bull's-eye! Surya Gelateria is a place that definitely deserves your attention. There were three of us and each of us chose a different flavor of ice cream. We unanimously agreed that this was the best ice cream we had ever eaten. The flavors are expressive, natural, and the consistency of the ice cream is perfectly creamy and velvety. Additionally, the portions are really large, which, combined with high quality, makes the price-quality ratio extremely favorable. The service also deserves special mention. The gentleman who served us was very nice, cordial and eager to help us choose flavors. He patiently listened to our questions, advised us and made sure we were satisfied. He welcomed us and said goodbye with a smile, which further emphasized the positive atmosphere of this place. Surya Gelateria is definitely a must-see for anyone visiting Bergamo and craving truly delicious, natural ice cream. We will be happy to return there on our next visit to the city. I highly recommend it!

12/03/2025: Confermo quanto rece sito da altri clienti nei commenti precedenti, ci tengo solo a evidenziare che pur scegliendo un antipasto e un primo dalla proposto del menu Business esposto in vetrina a €23 , dopo aver precisato che avrei forse ordinato un secondo dopo il primo, cosa che ho fatto, sempre del Menù Business, mi è stato fatto pagare come se fosse un secondo fuori dal menu business e ho pagato un totale di €36. Errore? Svista? Mi spiace educatamente ho pagato e non mi vedrete più.

13/04/2025: Locale molto piccolo e caruccio in una bellissima zona di Bergamo. I clienti (anche con prenotazione) sono invitati (abbastanza) gentilmente ad attendere fuori prima di essere fatti sedere, evidentemente per evitare ingorghi di persone che impiccerebbero il passaggio del personale di sala che serve le colazioni. Siamo fatti sedere rapidamente. Ai tavoli non c’è alcun essere umano che prende ordinazioni, bensì è possibile evaderli esclusivamente da un QR code. Non lo capisco, visto il numero basso di coperti, ma domenica mattina il locale era molto affollato. Quindi compromesso accettabile. Consulto da smartphone un menù vastissimo, di ogni tipo di cosa. Ma non è possibile ordinare un piatto di semplici uova strapazzate, pur essendo queste presenti in molteplici menù brunch, in combinazione con ogni frutto esotico, cereale, frutto e pesce marino. Intercetto la cameriera per chiedergli se fosse possibile, e questa nega la mia richiesta piuttosto piccata. Ordiniamo altro, un porridge e un espresso. Il bere arriva velocissimo, la torta di un mio amico pure, il cucinato “espresso” ci mette più di 40 minuti ad arrivare. Ma comprendo che una cucina forse piccola, forse con personale ridotto, potesse essere stata sotto stress. Il porridge, quando arriva, è abbastanza buono e caldo, ma la frutta ornamentale presente, in particolare i kiwi, avevano una consistenza più adatta al gioco delle bocce o del bowling, richiedendo dei denti particolarmente forti per masticarle. Al momento della mia richiesta di pagamento, non funziona l’unico poss presente. Ho deciso di aggiustarmi io con i miei amici, che sarebbero permasi più a lungo di me. In generale: sconsiglio (la domenica alle 11 in particolare), ma gli ridarò un’occasione in futuro.

06/04/2025: Stamattina siamo entrati in questo locale con l’intenzione di fare colazione, ma purtroppo non siamo nemmeno riusciti ad accomodarci. La signora bionda all’ingresso si è subito distinta per una totale mancanza di educazione e modi. Non ci ha praticamente rivolto parola, ma ha comunicato solo con gesti bruschi e un atteggiamento visibilmente infastidito, come se stessimo dando fastidio semplicemente per essere entrati. Quando abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti su dove poterci sedere, ha reagito in modo scortese, mettendo addirittura in discussione la nostra attesa come se fossimo noi nel torto. Un’accoglienza del genere è inaccettabile, specialmente in un locale che dovrebbe offrire un momento piacevole per iniziare la giornata. Siamo usciti subito, con l’amaro in bocca e la voglia di fare colazione completamente svanita. Di certo non torneremo, né lo consiglieremo a nessuno. Peccato, perché bastava un minimo di cortesia per rendere la situazione completamente diversa.

09/02/2025: Truly stunning hotel and restaurant. As read in other reviews you feel right at home, the staff is very helpful and super friendly. Lunch, breakfast and dinner were really excellent, they even satisfied my super complicated girls with food (thank you very much). What I would like to underline is that the hood at breakfast is a real hood, I have come across many hotels with hot drinks served from classic vending machines. Really excellent value for money, for the services offered I thought I would spend a lot more. It is definitely a hotel or restaurant where we will definitely return. Thanks again

17/04/2025: Nice little crotto, upon arrival they offer you a welcome glass of wine.., excellent white pizzoccheri, accompanied by cold cuts and their typical products. In the cellar below the restaurant they sell their products and liqueurs, it is worth a visit.

18/04/2025: Exceptional meat, with a truly remarkable variety of dishes and proposals. I appreciated less the attempt to sell a cut of meat that no one at the table wanted, but everyone does their own job, the attempt is more than understandable. I like the environment less, a little dark, but it's a matter of pure taste. Excellent picanha, exceptional filet, excellent cuts of wagyu.
