02/08/2025: What can I say? There's nothing better than spending an intimate evening or with friends enjoying excellent risottos. All are freshly prepared, and even if you have to wait a few minutes, the wait is easily spent enjoying a nice glass of Darietto. A refined atmosphere and impeccable service complete the picture. Seven stars ⭐️

25/07/2025: A very cute place, with a thoughtful and unique design. The girls in the dining room are kind and knowledgeable. The food is exquisite, from appetizers to desserts. There are tons of risottos, the one with wine and salami is sublime, as is the one with pistachio and crispy speck. The only downside is that for those sitting in the room near the counter, the door slams loudly, which isn't pleasant; adjusting the door closer will dampen the bang. Exceptional value. €50 for two with an appetizer, first course, and dessert, plus a glass of wine and water. I'll definitely be back. Congratulations!

29/08/2025: Everything was good, the prices were those of a restaurant, not a mountain hut (and I'm used to the prices in Milan and the surrounding area), but a mixed cold cuts/cheese platter for 3 people at €33 seems excessive to me.

26/08/2025: Very nice location, overlooking the reservoir. However, the service was very slow. We wanted a large cheese platter, as we're vegetarians, but we ended up with four small pieces of cheese and very dry bread, for which we paid €16. Unfortunately, the prices aren't listed anywhere.

26/08/2025: I was very curious to try the dry-aged fish, and from the very beginning, the experience was worth it. The flavor is very unique, perhaps not for everyone, but in my opinion it's worth a try. We tried the dry-aged raw meagre with citrus dressing (a very well-balanced combination, with the orange softening the fish's bold flavor), the swordfish prosciutto with stracciatella and grilled apricot (excellent), the grilled gnocchi with dry-aged raw meagre, and the grilled sea bass with glazed artichoke. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, and enthusiastically explains the dishes. The atmosphere is very charming, especially the terrace, well-lit and romantic. The live music was a real plus!

24/08/2025: The restaurant allows reservations for the fish-based menu (for example, with octopus). The cost is a flat rate of €75. The place is moderately elegant and welcoming. The service was slow, but the staff was friendly. I dare say that the price is excessive for the dishes offered (all seven in the photos) and their small portions.

25/08/2025: A welcoming, almost family-like atmosphere, a welcoming place with a history and mission (which the wait staff shared with us) that alone, regardless of everything else, are worth top marks. In any case, the lunch menu is simple yet appealing, the quality of the ingredients excellent, and the cuisine excellent. Special praise, as an insider, goes to the service: attentive and well-managed. Well done!

02/08/2025: I come here every now and then for lunch; I find the food good, and the dishes seem nutritionally balanced. Plus, they employ young people with disabilities. Despite this, the service is always quick and efficient, so congratulations!

23/08/2025: A pleasant discovery not far from the center of Varese. An intimate atmosphere, vintage details everywhere, and delicious cuisine. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside: parking is extremely limited!

01/09/2025: I ate there during my lunch break, ordering the €30 rib-eye menu. It's served with fries and vegetables as well as a focaccia (very good!). The meat wasn't anything special, tough and a bit stiff. I've had other rib-eyes for lunch at lower prices that were much better. I wouldn't order it again. Very friendly staff.

03/09/2025: Excellent lunch!! My husband and I went to this super cozy and traditional trattoria. We ate incredibly fresh fish, generous and delicious dishes. We will definitely be back.

27/08/2025: Truly excellent, you don't expect to eat fresh fish at that level, a truly Sicilian trattoria with excellent fish dishes, raw purple shrimp, red shrimp, gobbetti shrimp, etc. etc. all excellent and fresh, fish-based first courses with perfect and tasty combinations, definitely worth it, and to finish off the almond paste desserts are phenomenal! The price reflects the quality and deliciousness offered, no complaints, we will definitely be back!

22/07/2025: In terms of flavors, I had a surprising culinary experience. There were several flavors that were carefully thought, prepared, and presented to my tongue gradually. Five stars for the presentation of the dishes by Sara, who does it with great passion. The ambient is also very nice.

15/08/2025: A Como institution! The pizza is fantastic, as is the food. The entire staff is exceptional!

08/08/2025: 5 stars! Why? Because it's a tiny restaurant, very charming, one of those where time seems to have stopped! We saw they made pizzas, but that day we were craving pasta... of course! No problem! The lady told us very kindly! A few minutes later we had spaghetti with ragu, rigatoni cacio e pepe, rigatoni alla puttanesca, and spaghetti with tomato sauce just like the little one in the house wanted. They also gave us some slices of pizza to make the wait shorter! ...and all with a smile! I recommend this restaurant 100%! I would eat here every day of my life! Thank you so much! It's always a pleasure to eat well and meet such kind people like you!
