23/09/2025: I've dined there several times. The dishes offered are good. Personally, I didn't appreciate the fried food.

16/09/2025: Outdoor seating only in a cozy, intimate square. Excellent food, friendly staff, and top-notch service.

15/03/2026: This is a place to avoid: small portions, exorbitant prices, and the receipt doesn't include the price of each dish.

08/03/2026: Huge disappointment!! First of all, look at the various reviews; you'll notice I'm not the only one complaining... which means they have valid reasons! The owner was rude, even reprimanded the waiter (and that's not something you do). No complaints about the quality of the gnocchi, and the sauces are beyond discussion. OVERPRICED!!! We had gnocchi with various sauces for €12.50 per person, and then we ordered a second helping for another €10 each for just the gnocchi, as the portions were so small!! Including a bottle of water, a portion of tiramisu, and two coffees, I'm looking at a bill of €87.50 for the amount we ate. It's way too much! Isn't it customary to display a price list at the table anymore? They've probably already taken enough money; it's better to choose another place!!

26/02/2026: We were there on Sunday, a nice setting on the Pietra seafront. Unfortunately, I didn't understand how the table service works: tables that arrived after us were served first, even though our order had been placed first, and more or less the dishes were the same. We found one diner eating his pasta alone, and two others, even though one was a child, had to wait forever. Meanwhile, other tables, despite arriving 15 minutes later, received their spaghetti with clams, fries, and seafood spaghetti much earlier. Regarding the food: Spaghetti with clams full of garlic, large chunks at the bottom of the plate. Spaghetti with seafood was okay, fried calamari and shrimp were poor, fries were okay. Tiramisu, I didn't understand the aftertaste, maybe not completely fresh. Panna cotta was ok if it hadn't been inundated with toppings. For the 81 euros spent by 2 adults and a child, no, in my experience, waiters are based on the customer's sympathy. In low season, no, in general.

22/02/2026: We booked through The Fork and notified the girl at the door. Everything was fine until it was time to pay, when they told us they were no longer registered with the app. The girl didn't know (she's the owner's daughter). I find this behavior very unfair and exploitative. If the owner is no longer registered with the app, he could easily put a sign outside.

02/03/2026: I stayed at the Hotel Rosa in Alassio from February 26 to March 2 for work and had a great time. I'd start with the very positive experience preceding my arrival, with customer service directly on WhatsApp. I explained my situation regarding the uncertainty of my arrival time, and they were very willing to offer me flexibility. Upon my arrival, another pleasant surprise: they upgraded my room! It wasn't necessary, as I was traveling alone, but it was a very welcome and friendly gesture. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. The hotel's location is excellent: close to the train station and the city center, yet in a quiet area. You sleep well. Breakfast was also varied and plentiful. Last, but perhaps most importantly, the price was competitive! Super! There was also a gym, but I didn't have a chance to try it (though I did inspect the property, and it had plenty of equipment, something you don't usually find in hotels at this price). It is highly likely that for my future stay in Alassio, I will return to this hotel.

28/02/2026: Manager Zangrandi Domenica of the Pieve Porto Morone (PV) group, qualified staff, comfortable and clean rooms, large superior balconies with sea view, excellent breakfast, elegant and spacious hall.

08/03/2026: I'm writing this review from the toilet, where I've been sitting since 4:00 a.m., after a dinner that was expensive in every sense of the word. The place is cold. The bill is steep (three dishes, two puddings, a glass of wine, and a coffee cost more than seventy euros...). The staff is courteous, but if I may offer one piece of advice, look for other options.

18/01/2026: I usually write reviews with great respect for the work of others, but unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant in the days immediately preceding Epiphany did not live up to expectations. The restaurant, despite being heated, was extremely cold: we had to wear jackets to our meals, an uncomfortable situation for those who want to enjoy a quiet lunch. The service, despite the staff's great kindness and courtesy—the only truly positive aspect of the day—was very slow. The restaurant was not crowded, yet the wait was excessively long. As for the cuisine, we were not convinced by the quality of the dishes: the food seemed pre-cooked, and the pasta, in particular, arrived decidedly overcooked. Even the wine served suggested it had been open for a while, with a vinegary flavor, a detail that further detracted from the overall experience. I hope this report can serve as a constructive starting point for improvement, because the kindness of the staff deserves to be matched by excellent service and food.

10/11/2025: A nice place. We had an appetizer and a first course. Three of us had a bottle of wine, a coffee, and a liqueur. 130 euros. The quality and flavor are good. Perhaps a little too expensive.

16/09/2025: End-of-season treat. Yesterday, the last day of the establishment's opening, and this morning I realized I had a token left over for the paid hot showers. I asked the staff busy cleaning and tidying up the bar if it was possible to return it. The answer was yes, but we don't have €1.50 to give you in return. They were obviously in a foul mood, as Ligurians are always true.

31/08/2025: Amazing food! The seared tuna, spaghetti with clams, and mixed fried fish were delicious. Spectacular view of Bergeggi Island. Fast and friendly service. Fair price!

01/02/2026: Excellent aperitif! We had two glasses of Pigato wine with fries and opted for the plate option, which really surprised us. The fragrant and fragrant bread, with cheese and pancetta, served with a drizzle of Ligurian extra virgin olive oil, was delicious, and the oil perfectly enhanced the flavor. The focaccia we requested is the authentic Ligurian variety, soft on the inside and full of flavor, truly appreciated. The tartine with soft cheese, tomato, and olives was very pleasant, with a nice balance of sweetness, acidity, and saltiness: I loved it. The very thin cheese frittata was also excellent, served hot and truly delicious. The place is very well-kept and clean, and the service is decidedly professional as well as friendly. Every time we're in Spotorno, we always return: a guarantee for a quality aperitif. 🍷✨

25/11/2025: A wonderful restaurant with outstanding seafood! The service and waiters are top-notch – attentive, friendly, and very professional. The sushi and appetizers were exceptionally delicious and fresh. We had a fantastic time there and highly recommend the restaurant!

25/11/2025: I go there every time I'm at the seaside since I'm not that far away since I have a house in Borgio Verezzi and the food is GORGEOUS I recommend it to everyone. A big hello to the boss and very kind staff, now since I live in Milan I'll also go to Gallarate.

22/02/2026: The service was extremely slow: we waited an extremely long time for our dishes, and it was clearly evident that the waiters were not working together at all. They seemed disorganized and not very attentive to the tables. The kitchen also took too long, so much so that several people got up and left without even eating. Cleanliness was mediocre: not a serious issue, but certainly not up to the standards of a restaurant that wants to make a good impression. The bill was incorrect. Overall, a negative experience. I hope they can improve their organization and timing. At the moment, I wouldn't recommend it.

15/02/2026: A truly disappointing lunch, both for the Venere rice with fish and the fried fish, which were overpriced for the quality and quantity. Luckily, we only had one dish.

31/12/2025: Very nice and romantic place, unpleasant service, very rude staff, we asked for two aperitifs, they only served us drinks, subsequently at my request we were brought (always rudely) some appetizers that were nothing short of awful, savory tart produced in 2020, which I then kindly offered to some needy pigeons, also the price was out of the ordinary to say the least, a lemon estathe with two rotten savory snacks, cost 5 euros, never again.

04/11/2025: This beachfront venue features a wealth of flowering plants that add a touch of class. A bit pricey, but it's quality.

01/02/2026: It's really nice to find a place by the sea where you can eat well for lunch for 15 euros.

04/01/2026: Tables are free, we enter at 1pm, we ask for two places, they tell us they don't have any seats

30/06/2025: Il locale, pur informale, è molto ben organizzato e curato, il personale gentile e professionale e, soprattutto, materie prime di alta qualità perfettamente preparate con cucina a vista. Adottano una formula con diversi menù, tutti rigorosamente a base di carne, vino DOCG del Chianti, dolce, caffè, digestivo, pane (veramente buono), apripasto (sempre diverso) e coperto inclusi (anche l'acqua, ma con la carne...!). I prezzi sono equilibrati, impossibile uscire non soddisfatti. P.S. Sembra incredibile ma hanno anche, su prenotazione, il menù vegetariano ;-))) Se avete dubbi guardate le foto per farvi un'idea.

30/06/2025: Menù, vino e cibo deliziosi, per chi piace la carne, con una occasione vegetariana, ma l'ambiente è insostenibile, basta una tavolata di maleducati tamarri per non riuscire a sentire chi ti sta di fronte con cui sei, un vero peccato che ha rovinato tutto

25/10/2025: I asked for a package of 18 "borghesini" (as they're called here) to give to my guests, and I ended up with 14 in the package, resulting in a huge embarrassment. Also, the chocolates are much smaller than those found elsewhere. I hope this wasn't intentional, especially since the price paid was for 18. Chaotic and disorganized place
