02/05/2026: A couple of things to consider about this place to prepare anyone who happens to go there. The food is good, fresh, nothing to complain about. I have many reservations about everything else. First of all, the tables and chairs. Embarrassing. The service is a complete mess. But the real highlight is the owner. A character you can't tell if he's real or just pretending. No separate bills. No Coke, because it's American, it has Mole Cola (I was expecting Chinotto, given the character). No bulk wine, it's a bottle that arrives open. Glasses that don't even exist in museums anymore. Don't ask about a dish because he'll beat around the bush to avoid saying anything. He takes your order and openly conveys the annoyance he feels while doing his job. To the waitress who said, "What's your name? I don't even remember your name!" in front of customers... And then, dear owner, try wearing something clean, because you don't belong in the kitchen, you don't even have the excuse of having worked. This is one of those places you only come across once, but if you come back, it's your own fault.

02/05/2026: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE The staff, especially the waitresses, are rude (except for the very polite black girl). All the others are really, really rude and have no respect for paying customers...

09/03/2026: A simple, very crowded place on a Saturday night. We had pizza, and given the large crowd, we were honestly expecting something more.

The ravioli with amazing mushroom sauce are delicious, and the cold cuts and cheeses on the platter are also excellent and authentic. Super friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

05/09/2025: Beach restaurant for dining by the sea. We had lunch there. Fast service, excellent food, generous portions. Friendly, fast, and attentive staff. I've had the pleasure of dining at their restaurant a few times and have been pleasantly satisfied. The menu spans the culinary traditions of Piedmont and Liguria, with dishes that change based on the seasonality of the ingredients. Everything is prepared with the freshest, local ingredients, and it shows. I thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes, and the appetizers deserve a special mention. The atmosphere of the inn is warm and familiar, perfect for a dinner with friends or a romantic getaway. The service is attentive and courteous, and the location, surrounded by greenery and a lovely garden, offers a sense of peace and tranquility that contributes to total relaxation.

02/11/2025: We ate very well and the staff was very friendly. €40 with just a main course and wine on tap seems a bit high.

22/02/2026: The food is good, but the cleanliness of the place leaves a bit to be desired. The glasses were dirty, and we had to clean the table ourselves. There are boxes piled up everywhere. Despite this, the experience was positive.

26/07/2025: Bel ristorante proprio all'inizio della zona pedonale del paese, con bellissima vista sul mare. Piatti di pesce molto buoni, servizio giovane, attento, molto gentile e disponibile.

20/07/2025: Buon ristorante nel borgo con vista sul golfo. Piatti classici liguri nella norma e buon servizio. Prezzo un po’ eccessivo…ma si paga la posizione.

23/03/2026: Among the Ligurian hills, you wouldn't expect anything better than good food, and that's exactly what you'll find at Fiume Restaurant. Valentina and Franca put passion and care into their cuisine and are the heart of this small restaurant. Traditional dishes, prepared with love, tradition, and top-quality ingredients. If you're passing through Pontinvrea and love simplicity and good food, don't miss it.

18/04/2026: The scallops were a bit saltier, the spaghetti with clams were good with average portions, and the tiramisu was a bit too revisited. They had ordered two glasses of wine instead of one. The restaurant was average.

28/04/2026: We wanted to thank you for another memorable dinner last night: thoughtful appetizers, singing ravioli for starters (the best I've ever had), Ligurian-style rabbit and roast beef for main courses (both extraordinary), and a trio of panna cotta, tiramisu, and cream tart for dessert. We have to say, the ravioli and panna cotta were legendary (even after all these years!) See you soon!

12/04/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff, and the menu reflects the true tradition of Western Ligurian cuisine...I personally really enjoyed the ravioli, excellent!!! I highly recommend it.
