11/05/2025: Ristorante che richiama molto gli anni 80/90. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, cinque antipasti buoni con la specialità dei Lisotti di Pallare, primi a scelta tra ravioli, tagliatelle, ecc., secondi non banali come ad esempio l'agnello e il coniglio ed altri, dolci fatti in casa e il sorbetto per dividere i pasti, servizio molto buono! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

04/06/2025: Esperienza terribile e comportamento inaccettabile da parte del personale Purtroppo la nostra giornata in spiaggia è stata rovinata da un episodio molto grave. Siamo stati letteralmente aggrediti e molestati verbalmente più volte da un “bagnino” con accento tedesco, solo per esserci momentaneamente poggiati sul bagnasciuga, zona che per legge è libera e accessibile a tutti, anche davanti agli stabilimenti balneari. Prima la mia ragazza e poi io siamo stati avvicinati in modo minaccioso, con urla e pretese di pagamento per “occupare” un pezzo di battigia. A turno si alternavano altri membri dello staff del lido, in un atteggiamento che definire intimidatorio è dire poco, chiedendoci 5 euro per poter restare al sole in una zona dove non erano nemmeno presenti lettini o ombrelloni. Alle mie rimostranze – sottolineando che gli ombrelloni erano esauriti, e che la legge non consente di occupare esclusivamente anche la battigia – il personale ha iniziato a insultarci pesantemente, con espressioni offensive e maleducate rivolte sia a me che alla mia compagna. La cosa paradossale è che in quel momento incominciava a piovigginare e il mare era davvero torbido e sporco: condizioni tutt’altro che ideali per passare una giornata piacevole. Nonostante ciò, siamo stati trattati come abusivi per il solo fatto di essere lì, senza alcun motivo legittimo. Trovo assurdo che nel 2025 ci si debba difendere per poter semplicemente stare in un luogo pubblico e libero per legge, e che episodi del genere possano accadere sotto gli occhi di altri bagnanti, senza alcun rispetto per le regole e per il prossimo. Esperienza profondamente negativa. Invito altri turisti a informarsi bene sui propri diritti e a non lasciarsi intimidire da simili abusi. Inoltre auspico che le autorità locali facciano maggiore vigilanza per tutelare la libertà di fruizione delle spiagge.

17/05/2025: When I read the negative reviews I don't understand if they are about the same restaurant, because they do not reflect our experience at all. Welcoming place, super friendly staff and very nice and good owner. Unfortunately we didn't eat much because they weren't very hungry, but the little we ate was fantastic. The pistachio cake was unique. We will definitely be back soon.

04/06/2025: The cuisine of the Veliero amabile is excellent, the fish is fresh and tasty, the taste is emphasized by fragrant spices, I tried the spaghetti with clams and the octopus Greek style, both excellent! The service is impeccable and the table by the sea completes an experience to remember.

01/06/2025: Io e il mio fidanzato ci siamo fermati a pranzo al Ristorante Il Veliero Amabile ad Alassio e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti! Il locale è molto carino, in una posizione comodissima vicino al mare. Abbiamo scelto di mangiare all’esterno, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo: atmosfera rilassata e vista piacevole. Il personale è stato gentile, attento e disponibile, con un servizio veloce che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più gradevole. I piatti erano davvero buoni, curati nei dettagli e con un giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente se ci capiterà di tornare ad Alassio. Consigliato per una pausa di gusto in un’atmosfera accogliente!

25/06/2025: We discovered the lido by chance while walking along the seafront in search of an umbrella on Sunday and Monday last. Mrs. Raffaella first and all the staff were always very kind, professional and super nice with our 2 year old child. Our son had a lot of fun with the inflatable pools and the games available. We ate at the lido for our entire mini vacation always having a great time, having lunch at the restaurant on the beach both days with excellent fish first courses while in the evening, once we took take-away pizzas, very good and on Monday we booked dinner for the feast of San Giovanni with fireworks right in front of the lido. We will definitely go back there in case of other weekends in Vado. Highly recommended.

16/06/2025: For work in Savona, on the advice of a colleague I stopped to enjoy a catch of the day at this restaurant that overlooks the small tourist port and offers an enchanting atmosphere. The fresh and well-cooked fish is worth a stop. Just one piece of advice: offer water in glass and eliminate the plastic bottles that do not do justice to the dishes offered and carefully cooked by the chef. Recommended.

On weekdays, in addition to the à la carte service, a "workers" menu is also offered with a truly excellent quality-price ratio. On holidays, the "workers" menu is not available but rather a very wide range of dishes for all tastes, with an eye to those of the Ligurian tradition, such as tripe, Ligurian rabbit, panissa, Genoese top and snails. We particularly appreciated the sliced ​​meat, the mussels, the grilled prawns, the fillet with mushrooms and the ravioli. Note that the menu changes often and that there are always dishes that satisfy all palates and with generous portions. The staff is always very courteous and helpful, and the environment is familiar. In the summer months the external dehor is also available.
