03/08/2024: Een dagtour in de omgeving van Balestrino bracht ons rond lunchtijd hier. We hadden gelezen over dit restaurant en besloten het te bezoeken. Geen verkeerde keuze. Er is geen menu, de gastheer, chef kok en eigenaar lepelde uit het hoofd op wat er die dag op het menu stond. De starters en de nagerechten werden op een trolley gepresenteerd en geserveerd. Het eten was super smaakvol en de porties van de juiste omvang. Al met al een zeer goede en gezellige ervaring.

22/08/2024: invece simone, chef giovane e creativo, 5 pallini se li merita proprio tutti. abbiamo provato il menù di mare, divertente e sorprendente. si nota la forte influenza piemontese, con ricordi di bagna cauda, di salsa verde, di aglio, di acciuga, di nocciole, presenti in quasi tutti i piatti, che noi abbiamo davvero molto apprezzato. i 2 secondi alla brace, ombrina e secreto, grigliati davvero a regola d'arte. un piccolo consiglio: se il cremoso di cioccolato, invece che col cioccolato al latte, da buon piemontese, lo fai col gianduia, spacca! carta dei vini interessante con parecchie proposte locali (e anche diversi nebbioli e derivati!). ottimo anche il servizio, gestito con attenzione da una ragazza simpatica, competente ed appassionata. adeguato e moderato, una volta ogni tanto, perfino il conto. bravo, anzi, bravi!

13/08/2024: Let me start by saying that I am not a fish lover, in fact, quite the opposite. But at La Risacca I found an intriguing menu, not overflowing with dishes, which spoke of territory and modernity, of high-quality raw materials, attention to detail and passion. The kindness and warmth of the staff then makes the experience of dining at this restaurant even more pleasant. Recommended just as the tagliatelle with sea urchins and truffles are absolutely recommended. If you are in Celle Ligure, go there.

06/08/2024: Very nice discovery, good food: Pasta with sea urchins and grated Alba truffles, dried black pasta etc…fennel salad, cheesecake dessert with red fruits. Delicate flavors and freshness of the products welcomed by the very friendly couple of owners! A lovely evening, I highly recommend it!

05/09/2024: The staff was very kind, electric oven but very good pizza

24/08/2024: We wanted to eat there, but unfortunately the pizzeria was on lunch break. The owner was still very friendly and let us use the toilet. The restaurant looked very tidy, it's a shame it was lunch time.
