A true hidden gem! The da Bianca restaurant is an authentic paradise for lovers of home-made Ligurian cuisine. I tasted with pleasure all the courses on the fixed menu which are not abundant, but are well cooked (you can request an encore). The environment is homely and non-formal: it feels like eating at your mother's house. It was an amazing dining experience that I can't wait to repeat.

It's been 30 years since I stopped there it seems like time has always stopped few things but good Ligurian cuisine excellent first courses kind and helpful people recommendable

Are you looking for a family environment where you can eat wholesome food? At Bianca's you will feel like you are at your aunt's house! Excellent and plentiful food at an extremely modest price! Highly recommended!

14/12/2023: siamo stati il 9 Dicembre a cena sempre gentilissimi, abbiamo chiesto un cambio tavolo perchè avevamo il cane e ci hanno accontentato. il fritto leggerissimo, spaghetti alle vongole favolosi
30/10/2023: Locale intimo, ben arredato, con ottima cucina , nella via principale del centro storico di Loano.Noi siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima padrona e ,nonostante non avessimo prenotato, è riuscita a trovarci il tavolo . Cucina di mare e di terra, menù scritto sulla lavagna , buona scelta tra piatti della tradizione ligure, ottimo servizio al tavolo , personale molto gentile e professionale . Noi abbiamo cenato scegliendo il branda , le acciughe fritte con panizza ed un ottimo fritto di pesce e merluzzo . Per dolce il tiramisù al pistacchio ( il loro must) ed una strabuona crostata di mandarini e mandorle servita con il passito. Tutto veramente ottimo!
