The best pizza I've ever eaten. Soft crust, excellent dough, high-quality ingredients.

Nice place, the fried food was a bit dark, and the spaghetti with clams didn't blend well with the sauce. The sea bass was good, but the side dishes were sparse.

I think it's one of the best pizzas I've ever tried (excellent ingredients from start to finish). Without exaggeration, I'd say it's truly exceptional...as the old slogan used to say...try it and believe it!

Very good pizzas with good ingredients

The pizza is really delicious with a nice variety of toppings. The place is in the historic center and can be a bit chaotic at times. The staff is friendly.

Lunch at the end of August, booked at 50% off with The Fork. The food is divine, with highly hydrated pizzas that have been leavened for at least 48 hours. They all have very unique flavors and prices range between €12 and €16. The appetizers are delicious, and the fish-based first courses are spectacular. Everything at full price might be slightly (but really only slightly) more expensive than average, but it's definitely worth it. 1) Classic dough pizza, Norcia prosciutto, mozzarella and buffalo stracciatella, fig mustard (€15) 2) Charcoal dough pizza, salmon, cream of zucchini, buffalo stracciatella, flaked almonds (€16) 3) Tagliatelle with seafood ragù and atomic aroma (€18) 4) Spiced mussels (€12) 5) Cacio e pepe frittata with shrimp and lime tartare on top (€6) 6) Mixed berry cheesecake (€6)

Then the show was the delicious mortadella, absolutely divine.

One summer evening, I wanted to enjoy a proper pizza, and thanks to The Fork's recommendations, we ended up here. The pizzeria is located in the historic area of Albegna, a very charming place to visit, full of little shops and eateries. Once we arrived, the pizzeria, with its many outdoor tables, had a lovely atmosphere, and the very friendly staff welcomed us immediately with courtesy and professionalism. We ordered two Gurmè pizzas for something different from the usual pizzas, and both the taste and the ingredients were spectacular. Trust me, it's a lot of goodness. P.S.: the same goes for the tiramisu, which they make themselves!

I stumbled upon it by chance with my husband. Among the myriad of restaurants in the area, the menu at the entrance inspired us. We ordered fries, which turned out to be amazing—they were made with fresh, not frozen, potatoes. My husband ordered potato croquettes with truffles, which were truly delicious. He then ordered pizza, which was truly an experience. He let me try a piece, and the crust was truly excellent. I opted for the fried seafood and garden... well, I was thrilled to taste it. The fish was incredibly fresh and tender. It was truly a delicious dinner. The staff was extremely kind and courteous. Very satisfied.

Very good food, charming place in the Albenga janitor's house. Service a bit chaotic but manageable. A slightly negative note is that we asked for a dish from the kitchen (stuffed calamari) and it was out of stock, the cacio e pepe omelette was out of stock, and the French fries were out of stock (they cut us some potatoes into slices themselves). I repeat, good pizza, but on July 12th it's the second shift, so you can't run out of stuff.
