20/08/2025: There are places that leave a lasting impression, and others that leave you with only one certainty: you'll never go there again.
We order an appetizer, three main courses, water, wine, and three coffees.
There's no menu, neither displayed nor available in paper form; we trust the person who orders.
The cold cuts are good, but the main courses aren't up to par:
The grilled capocollo is inedible.
The sliced steak is overcooked and also bordering on edible (medium rare requested).
At the end of the meal, we discover from the tables next door that the restaurant actually has a fixed menu, including a first course, second course, and dessert, and yet we had paid double the fixed menu price.
When I asked for an explanation (as calmly and cordially as possible), one of the owners rudely told me, "We know they have a fixed menu there, and we're fine with that: it's better to lose customers like us."
Surprised, we turn on our heels and leave.
I've never been treated like this in my life...and I go to restaurants often.
So many good things.

06/08/2025: Excellent experience. We booked a table for dinner and were given the one closest to the beach, just as we'd hoped. The pizza is very good; the dough is light and easy to digest, and the crust is thin. The toppings are also good. The desserts are also excellent. The place is clean, and the staff are very friendly young people.

19/08/2025: We went to Black Bull and had a great time. The staff is really friendly, mostly young, and all helpful and knowledgeable.
We had two bruschettas as an appetizer and two pizzas: generous portions and excellent quality. The pizzas are really large, with a tasty sauce and a thin, crispy crust. The wait to be seated was a bit long, but that's to be expected given that they don't accept reservations and the place is always very busy, a sign that the food is good.
The menu is extensive, with appetizers, first courses, second courses, focaccias, and pizzas. As a vegan, I found little in the way of a vegan option, but it's still possible to adapt some pizzas by removing the mozzarella. It would be nice to see at least a couple of vegan options on the menu to please everyone.
We spent €35 for two (two bruschettas, two pizzas, four waters, and a coffee), a price that's absolutely reasonable.
I recommend the place for a casual dinner with friends or family. I gave it 4 stars only because of the lack of vegan options, but it was definitely a positive experience.
19/08/2025: Rude staff who refused to accept international customers: we wanted to eat in, but they told us they were closed and offered to take away, which we did. We sat at the outdoor tables and were asked to leave, even though the other tables were occupied by locals (despite having a 7-month pregnant wife with us).
Regarding the pizzas: very disappointing!

08/07/2025: Go there, no need to say anything else....never think the staff isn't friendly... sometimes having to serve a lot of customers with exceptional food quality/price ratio is not so easy and maybe that pampering is missing for the customer but it is the customer who must understand... dau vescu doesn't need pampering, the food is great and that's fine and then you meet a lot of nice people to have a nice chat. Thanks

03/05/2025: We went for breakfast after dreaming of coming here for a long time, convinced we would find gluten-free products. With bitter surprise upon our arrival at around 7.30 in the morning we were told, somewhat bewilderedly, that there were no gluten-free products, although the words "gluten-free brioche" were also displayed on the menu. What a disappointment!
The brioche with gluten was very good, but the celiac person was left without breakfast.
27/04/2025: You don't simply enter this pastry shop to buy a dessert: you enter a small world made of passion, care and authentic love. Simone and Alessia, with their sincere smile and their dedication, lead with heart and competence a place that stands out in every detail.
Each product tells a story: the monos are small masterpieces of taste and balance, with attention to every detail. The brioches, fragrant and scented, speak of stratospheric breakfasts, while the cakes are the most elegant and innovative expression of a pastry shop that looks to the future without forgetting the importance of emotions.
In addition to the indisputable quality of the raw materials and the technical skill, there is the soul of this place: the love with which Simone and Alessia, together with a close-knit and attentive team, build an experience every day that goes far beyond the simple dessert ♥️
Highly recommended for those looking for real desserts, made with the heart.

16/06/2025: I stopped for dinner at this starred restaurant a few days ago. The experience was inebriating. The food was of the highest quality, nothing like normal restaurants. I recommend anyone to go and eat there, a sublime experience.
02/03/2025: Ci sono esperienze che non si limitano a soddisfare il palato, ma che modellano il cervello e corrompono l’anima. L’esperienza “Alla scoperta dei sapori” proposta da Paola, instancabile padrona di casa, è esattamente questo: un viaggio attraverso le eccellenze liguri, tra saperi antichi e gusti autentici, in un equilibrio perfetto tra cultura e piacere.
Le due ore trascorse nella Bottega dei Sapori volano in un susseguirsi di racconti appassionati e assaggi straordinari. Paola è irrefrenabile, un fiume di conoscenza e passione che trasforma ogni prodotto in una storia da ascoltare e, soprattutto, da gustare. Ogni boccone è un’esperienza, un’esplosione di sapori che non si limita al piacere momentaneo, ma lascia un segno indelebile.
E quando credi che il viaggio sia terminato, arriva il gran finale: un aperitivo in compagnia dello staff, con la presenza speciale di Alison e Alessandra, in un’atmosfera che unisce convivialità e condivisione autentica.
Un’esperienza che va oltre il semplice assaggio, un rito da vivere e ripetere. Se non l’avete ancora provata, prenotatela. Non ve ne pentirete.

28/08/2025: The restaurant is located inside a campsite, and although there's often music and entertainment, dinner is a relaxed affair.
The menu features seafood and pizza.
For seafood lovers, this restaurant is addictive, not to mention the desserts.
We tried practically the entire menu, including the pizza (we dined there 7 or 8 times in 15 days).
The prices are low for the quality and abundance of the dishes.
Michele and Rosa are super nice and friendly people, as is all the other staff.
We haven't eaten this well in a long time!!!!
How lucky we were to meet them at the beginning of our vacation!
