23/03/2025: So-so….. the pizza is very good….. while the meat….. they don't know how to choose or cook it!!!!! Besides the fact that it was hard, I complain about the fact that it was cold!!!! Cold inside…. The meat should be put first in the oven and then on the grill….. because if you serve the meat lukewarm on the outside and freezing on the inside…. it's not good!!!!!! Then the meat must be served on a hot plate with a burner underneath and then it must be served with smooth and not serrated knives otherwise you won't cut it... YOU WILL STRIP IT!!!!!! So beautiful place…. Very good pizza...good/discreet service, but they don't know how to make meat!!!!! We will return because we always need to give a second chance, maybe the cuisine is excellent as is the pizza.

11/03/2025: Classic restaurant from Val Bormida between Liguria and Piedmont. The fame given by the house's specialty "homemade" ravioli has certainly not been usurped. Few things for vegetarians (sic) but I ate a delicious rattatuia and a really excellent dessert. Reasonable costs and maximum kindness and availability of the owner.

09/11/2024: Premetto che sono frequentatore di ristoranti stellati non assiduo ma costante. A mio modo di vedere in questo caso abbiamo toccato livelli altissimi. Location meravigliosa, attenzione all’ospite davvero meritevole di segnalazione (come essere presenti senza essere invadenti), menù “incontri” delizioso. Non voglio soffermarmi su nessuna portata per non fare un torto a quelle che potrei dimenticarmi. Piatti dove gli ingredienti si distinguono e dove emerge un risultato finale delizioso. 05/10/2024: No se puede pedir un escenario más mágico. Villa Pergola, la mansión Hanbury está rodeada por un jardín legendario. Los hoteles Relais y Chateau son únicos en su clase. Las estrellas Michelin se ganan no se regalan. El chef actual es claramente bastante talentoso. Cada plato y micro plato es atractivo. Algunos, pero no todos, saben tan bien como parecen. Agradecimos tener la opción de pedir a la carta, así como la elección de varios menús degustación. En cualquier caso, esta es una comida muy cara y uno tiene expectativas que van junto con eso. Si bien mi última reseña del restaurante fue hace tres años, con un chef diferente y a medida que vadeamos el Covid, los mismos defectos no han desaparecido. Solo había dos mesas (incluyendo la nuestra) servidas en una tarde de sábado encantadora. Perdí la cuenta, pero teníamos al menos 6 camareros. Nuestro vino fue colocado a unos buenos 6 metros de nuestra mesa. Tal vez el racionamiento del vino y el agua que compramos fue para mantenerlos a una temperatura óptima. El efecto neto fue molestia. Mantenga la copa de vino llena o deje que el cliente lo haga. La descripción de cada plato era minuciosa, pero con una variedad de repartidores, un poco inconexo. El chef salió y nos recibió al final de la comida, y eso fue positivo. No nos alojamos en el hotel. Desde el momento en que llegamos en taxi, y del mismo modo nos fuimos, nunca fuimos recibidos o reconocidos por ningún personal del hotel (que no fuera la tripulación del restaurante). Estos últimos fueron cordiales y sin pretensiones. Quizás a los dueños no les importan tanto los clientes de restaurantes. Sin embargo, ese mensaje no genera negocios repetidos en este punto de precio. Así que nos fuimos, como llegamos, esencialmente extraños, a pesar de que hemos estado aquí 5 o 6 veces a lo largo de los años. De la experiencia pasada, es poco probable que la (mala) administración lea esta revisión. Así que no hay lecciones aprendidas ni explicación dada.

10/04/2025: They recommended this place to us and it really met our expectations. Excellent food, not to mention the desserts, fantastic. Courtesy and smile, two qualities that cannot be taken for granted. We will definitely be back

22/02/2025: Very good wood-fired pizza. Family business. Friendly guest contact. Good value for money. Open wine good; a little too expensive. Ambience rather cool - canteen flair!

08/04/2025: Very well-kept and carefully furnished location. Very kind, knowledgeable and welcoming staff, with an excellent selection of raw materials. The wrapped dishes and the burgers are delicious and highly recommended, with the sauces made by them (and also the wraps). Furthermore there is also a very good choice of vegetarian and vegan dishes: highly recommended, all surrounded by a sea view.

22/03/2025: La vera forza del locale è sicuramente l'ambiente intimo con 7tavoli e una trentina di posti a sedere. Menù scritto a parete così da poterlo cambiare con poche portate ma cucinate ottimamente. Il vino ligure consigliato risulta azzeccato per accompagnare le pietanze di pesce. Competenza e gentilezza da parte del personale completano la bella scoperta fatta per la scelta di questo bistrot.

22/02/2025: Dunque, si mangia bene, e non è una scoperta, ma anche il posto è delizioso, pochi tavoli con pochi coperti (sempre pieni) e silenzioso. Mangiato spaghetti alla chitarra con seppie carciofi e mandorle, e un sontuoso fritto misto di acciughe, calamari e baccalà. Per finire ottimo cremoso alla ricotta con amarene.

02/04/2025: Today 2/4/25 at approximately 18.30 I entered the Ipercoop il gabbiano shopping center in Savona, leaving my dog ​​in the hall before the entrance to the supermarket (tied up with a leash). Since my dog ​​has a tag with a cell phone number, shortly after a security guard called me, harshly scolding me, saying that the dog cannot be left there. I have always left the dog outside various stores, NEVER RECEIVED SIMILAR TREATMENT. I specify that the dog weighs 15kg, not a pitbull. I will hardly return to the Coop even if I WAS a member.

Già la location mi ha messo di buon umore (c'era al tavolo vicino una bimba che disegnava), gentili, servizio accurato e qualità del cibo eccellente.Il prezzo corretto.Lo riproverò con amici e naturalmente con Oliver (il mio architetto a 4 zampe)

14/12/2024: Every time I go to Calizzano I drop by. I recommend the desserts made by them to be excellent, paired with herbal teas from Nerulè, a local producer. The staff is friendly, very helpful and professional. Well done, some bars on the Riviera should come to you for lessons!
