I've been to Fà Fümme several times, and the pizza has always been truly good, as have the rest of the dishes. The dough is light, well-cooked, and the ingredients taste fresh. The farinata and desserts are also excellent, especially the chocolate one with a paddle.
Lately, however, the service has been a bit lacking: I've heard that some waiters have left, and it's clear they're struggling. It's a shame, because one of the owners, Valeria, is incredibly fast, kind, and reliable, and the rest of the staff, when they're full, is also very good.
I hope they find new talent soon, because the place deserves it. The quality of the food is high, and the atmosphere is refined, with that Ligurian, vintage touch that makes it pleasant.

We dined there this evening, the only good thing about this place is its location in a village square. The pizza I ordered wasn't what I'd ordered and requested, it was poor in ingredients, and the staff were kind but not very friendly with customers. The quality/price ratio was high, and even the other diners agreed with me. We noted that for health and hygiene reasons, it would be helpful for the female staff to tie their hair up tightly, especially when frequently entering and exiting the kitchen.

The quality was good, and the service friendly. However, we were shocked by the price afterwards, especially the drinks. Two bottles of beer for €14. A total of €75 for lunch is quite steep. But as mentioned: the quality was good!

We had two pizzas made with spelt flour and five grains. We've never had pizzas this good...I'd say they were stratospheric...compliments to the pizza chef and all the staff...we'll do it again on our next vacation! I should point out that we didn't take advantage of the The Fork discount.

Excellent pizzas, excellent beers, and delicious desserts, but the service leaves much to be desired. It took more than half an hour to get the pizzas, and more than half an hour to get the dessert. It's best to order everything at once with your first order, otherwise you'll waste hours. I even had to wait at the cash register to pay, and no one bothered to come. A bit chaotic. Nothing to say about the food. The service is lacking, and definitely needs improvement.

The food is decent, but we didn't like the pizza dough.
The service is too slow, the staff is friendly but disorganized, and the noise is too loud. You even have to wait to pay at the register, especially on weekends.
The atmosphere is nice because we're in the historic center and there are also outdoor tables.

Welcoming place, good food, and a wide menu. It's a shame about the unwelcoming and poorly organized staff. As I've read in other reviews, I too arrived on time with a table reserved for 7, but the table was set for 6 and an extra seat was improvised, so it was a bit cramped. The service is a bit lacking, but other than that, it's a good place for good food.

Amazing pizzas, crispy and well-cooked whole grain dough, rich, original, and tasty ingredients—even the farinata is perfect! The service is friendly and the setting is delightful; they've recreated a Ligurian alleyway inside the restaurant. Next time, if it's warmer, we'll try the outdoor seating in the charming Piazzetta delle Erbe. We'll be back soon!
