03/06/2026: I had dinner here with my partner and a couple of friends. We each had a first course and a second course to share. The portions were generous and the food was amazing!
The place is very cute and intimate, and the service was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. We also really appreciated the chef's check of the tables.
Highly recommended. We hope to be back very soon!

08/10/2025: Possibly the best pizzeria in Framura. Super tasty pizzas and excellent ingredients. If you're looking for a thin, crispy pizza, La Tana is the place for you. Excellent selection of regional beers and local wines. A truly unique location in the Setta district. Open late and super helpful staff.

25/06/2026: Had dinner with 8 colleagues in the outdoor area. Everything was very clean and tidy. Excellent and well-presented food, with some very unique and much-appreciated appetizers. The mixed fried food was sublime, and the grill was excellent. The wine matched the menu. The staff was helpful and courteous. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend it!

08/06/2026: Typical and authentic restaurant, funny owner/waiter who didn’t speak English and us italian but we managed to understand each other! You can see the nonna cooking from a small window and the food is simple and delicious.
Bonus point for the authenticity and the prices I would recommend this 100% instead of a shitty tourist restaurant down in Manarola

09/05/2026: I went there for the first time a few days ago with my wife and some friends. The place was welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had truly excellent testaroli and panigacci, and the cured meats and cheeses were excellent. We'll be back to try the meat, which was tempting. Highly recommended.
03/05/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, and they found us a spot at the last minute! We tried the jar-cooked parmigiana, a lighter version of the classic, and it was truly delicious. Our main choice was the mixed grill for two with side vegetables, which was also absolutely delicious. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is casual and friendly. If you're in the area, give it a try!

We were almost amazed to find such superior quality.
We often visit the Ligurian coast and have had lunch and dinner at excellent restaurants.
Meri 1956, without offending anyone, surpasses them all, from the presentation of the dishes to the quality of the ingredients used, to the unique execution.
Our enthusiastic compliments to the chef and the lady who served the dishes, also for the suggestions on the excellent wine served.

18/06/2026: What can I say... you eat right on the sea, just a centimeter from the water, with a splendid view of the pier. Don't expect sunset, but the atmosphere is magical as it gets dark.
The service is fast and friendly; I'd suggest a smile and a few more words with the customers. The food has excellent ideas, but it's lacking in flavor and lacks a strong seafood flavor. I expected more, considering it's right on the sea.
