13/10/2025: The best place for ravioli - it was a phenomenal experience. We did the 8 course and the local wine was really tasty. Impressive prices, great service and beautiful mountain farm setting, go visit - you will not regret it

06/10/2025: We had dinner on a Sunday evening. The two of us didn't have to wait. We enjoyed both the abundant and tasty seafood spaghetti and the tagliata. Prices were reasonable, and the friendliness was appreciated. I recommend it and would gladly return.

02/10/2025: Born as an ice cream shop... In addition to establishing itself as such in La Spezia...it has managed to expand its offerings for its customers! Lots of pastries for breakfast...savory options...and even gluten-free! Bar counters for excellent coffee! Of course, the ice cream and ice cream cakes are the stars!!! So many flavors to try!!! The place also has an outdoor terrace... I must emphasize that, thanks to the kindness of the owner and the quality of the products, this place far surpasses many bars in the city center!!! Congratulations...

30/09/2025: We happened upon this place by chance, looking for a birthday cake. They were super friendly, but as an ice cream parlor, they also had Sachertorte. We were able to order it the way we wanted, in a heart shape with a personalized inscription. And it was absolutely delicious. I didn't write this review until the cake was gone, so no photo.

18/10/2025: Excellent choice, extraordinary food, and even better service. I mentioned the service because I noticed in my 30 days in Italy that service is generally poor. And when we did get good service, well, I wanted to highlight it. The girl who served us last night was very professional and, above all, attentive. Both my food (fish) and that of the rest of my companions were top-quality, very fresh, and accompanied by a very welcoming atmosphere.

08/10/2025: Four of us spent four evenings at the restaurant because we were completely satisfied from the very first night. The food, wine, and service were excellent.

22/07/2025: This delightful little restaurant is set under the trees in the pretty little village square. An interesting menu features some local specialties which is nice to see and the family are friendly and welcoming. I had the ravioli which were delicious and my friend had the lasagne, which is unfortunately where it went all went wrong and stopped me from awarding 5 stars which is a shame. The lasagne looked lovely when it arrived but when my friend took a mouthful it was stone cold, un fact it was bordering on still frozen in the middle! The waitress apologised profusely and returned with a piping hot version, but surely this is a very basic error that should never have left the kitchen. To be fair they were very apologetic and offered us complimentary coffee but such a shame.

14/07/2025: This little restaurant is a gem. We had a nice long lunch in early July 2025. The food was fabulous. Extremely fresh creative salad. We also had a type of homemade pasta that was very different and terrific. The food was so good that we had desert, which we usually don't do for lunch. Both homemade desserts were also terrific. An added plus was that this restaurant is run by a very hard-working family with an interesting back story. Lastly, also our server (daughter of the owner I believe) had a big smile, and every request was met with "of course" and her great service to go with the great food.

21/10/2025: Very good pizza! Super friendly waitress even though we don't speak a word of Italian. She immediately provided us with a high chair for our baby. My 4 cheese was amazing! 👍

13/09/2025: Five-star seafood risotto. The atmosphere is refined, even though it's labeled as a trattoria, it's actually a seafood restaurant. The house wine, a Vermentino, is also good. Friendly staff.

13/10/2025: I happened to be in La Spezia by chance, it didn't even cross my mind that you were right there..... Walking around the center with my girlfriend, we were looking for something to eat, and I see NANA 😱😱 (the place where you make burgers)..... Oh God, I'm shocked, and where is NANA MEAT??? .... I look on Google Maps, I rush over, my girlfriend was looking at me thinking I was possessed, I see the windows, I go in, ask the waiter if it's possible to eat and at the same moment I see the MAESTRO at work..... I can't believe it.... It's him.... The super kind waiter takes us to the table.... I have to go and say hello to the MAESTRO..... We order two extraordinary appetizers, due to a small mistake they bring us the wrong appetizer (we didn't notice anything) they point it out to us and bring us the one we ordered, all three spectacular, because yes, they even left us the wrong one..... ALL 3 AMAZING..... We move on to the strong stuff, beef fillet and diaphragm..... I felt like I was talking to angels.... Then, oh well, the side dishes were really spot on and the desserts were crazy..... I won't even mention the coffee, amazing.... I was finally able to talk to the MAESTRO and what am I supposed to do, I'm 25 too I've been working in the kitchen for years, and even longer as a pork butcher... But at NANA we felt pampered like at home... Review from a pork butcher by passion and a professional chef... Thank you so much

12/10/2025: Lunch with friends We chose from the menu. We had the platter as an appetizer. The meat and the burger (all very good). We had two steaks: an Angus and a Polish Friesian. Both were good, but the Angus was better, even though the Friesian was dry-aged. The waitress wasn't very cheerful, but she was good at explaining. The price was fair for what we ate. We had a great time.

05/10/2025: A very nice and elegant location, very good food and adequate portions. Service was average. My only complaint is that the prices for desserts and cover charge are a bit too high. Overall, though, I recommend it and I liked it!

17/10/2025: Hands down the most awesome place my partner and went for dinner in Italy. We had 2 appetizers, a slice of their margarita pizza and their individual pizza (seen in picture). We also tried their original recipe of this special type of savoury “pancake” (as I’ve forgotten the name) using a special kind of flour. It was delicious, and so was pizza. Service was fast and above all else, it was the most affordable restaurant I’d been to in Italy! To give you an idea, my pizza (in photo) was under 10€ and the 1/2L of wine was only 4€. The whole thing came out to around 35€ and we were both stuffed. While I can recognize it’s a chain, it’s for a good reason. This place has some real Italian history, tradition, and delicious (and incredibly, almost overly, affordable) food and wine. You won’t go wrong if you give this place a visit!

17/10/2025: Takeaway or eat in, a great discovery during our visit to La Spezia. Try everything, it's all good. The service and the food are super efficient!

02/10/2025: Absolutely amazing experience! We had the selection of seafood appetizers and it was absolutely delicious, probably one of the best ever! Also seafood spaghetti and mix of fried seafood were perfect!

21/10/2025: Literally so good. My wife said we couldn’t go back for every meal and I am sad about that. Edit: My wife caved and we went back again 2 days later. The server remembered us. It was as delicious as it was the first time in like, a completely different way. First time I got the seafood spaghetti (so much seafood!!) and the second time I got the black stuffed ravioli with the red mullet sauce. It was very light, almost herby. My wife does not like (hates) seafood, but they ordered the stuffed mussels again as an appetizer because they loved it and didn’t make a face at trying my stuffed ravioli.

21/10/2025: Best kept secret in Riomagiore. A definite must. The service was amazing and the food is something special.

21/09/2025: I went there on Saturday night, it's been a while since I've been there. Unlike before, I found that they've raised the prices, and the cold cuts for the panigacci were very poor. I don't think I'll go back.

01/09/2025: I went with friends. The atmosphere was quiet, the food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the price was right! Vegetarian friendly.

09/10/2025: Congratulations, the food was very good, the service excellent. The seafood risotto was delicious, and congratulations on the kindness of the initial gocaccia, with a drizzle of Ligurian olive oil it was fabulous. The sgabei with the cold cuts were very healthy.

21/09/2025: Evening of September 21, 25. We're about to enter and the waitress points to two tables to choose from. A man, I assume the owner, interrupts, desperate for attention. He tells me everything is already full and booked (I see two out of three tables free). Then he starts joking about everyone's physical characteristics. I ask him: "Will you make us pizza in the end or not?" With a smug expression, he peremptorily points to a table that isn't one of the two the waitress indicated. Almost as if he were offering us charity! I signal to my wife for us to leave. The guy stammers that he was joking. "No, dear, learn to behave and then we'll see." For the record: just a few steps away we find another pizzeria where we were very happy.
