10/08/2024: A little expensive for the service and what we consumed, however we were in the center of Monterosso and this certainly influenced the cost of the dishes. The food is decent, to give a proportion €4 a bottle of osmosis water 😅

10/08/2024: We had lunch in this excellent restaurant where kindness reigns supreme. Excellent value for money. I absolutely recommend the lemon sorbet with basil… it left us speechless.

13/08/2024: Nothing special. In our opinion, Adidas and Puma were the best stores, even if we didn't buy anything there. Everything else seems a bit bleak. The Lindt Shop and the ice cream there are highly recommended. Days later we bought an ice cream there without going through the outlet.

12/08/2024: "Pizza and spritz" refreshment area. We order a pizza and spritz (to see if we can taste the house specialty) but we are told that the spritz cannot be served due to lack of ice. We order a pizza and beer. THE PIZZA: 20cm by 20cm dried out and timidly reheated. The modest sum of €10: PER HEAD. P.s.: there is no table service..........

29/04/2024: Questo bar situato nell'outlet e molto raffinato e ben elegante. Lo staff è molto gentile e simpatico, almeno due volte nel corso dell'anno ci fermiamo qui per prendere un buon caffè e fare qualche risata con il gestore. Consigliato.

27/08/2024: One vegan option for main course: soup with chickpeas, spelt and mushrooms. It was very tasty though. No vegan dessert options. The waiter was very friendly and sorry about the lack of vegan options. My friends' primi piatti meals were also tasty, although the portion sizes were quite small.

17/08/2024: Typical place, simple and welcoming. Excellent food at more than fair prices but maintaining the quality of the past. The location is perfect and the patio is extremely enjoyable in summer.

12/08/2024: Lunghissima attesa , ma sarebbe stato nulla se alla fine ci fossero arrivate due pizze belle a vedersi e succulente. Purtroppo non è stato così. Delusione totale per l' arrivo di 2 misere pizze dall' aspetto " imbalsamato ", di cui una per giunta totalmente bruciata. È stata e l' ultima volta . Non ci torneremo più.

28/07/2024: Sono stato in questo locale con mia moglie e mio figlio, abbiamo mangiato nei tavolini esterni, sulla piazza, atmosfera piacevole.. il servizio è stato attento e svelto, personale gentile e cortese. Abbiamo ordinato una fiorentina con contorno di patate al forno e cipolle in agrodolce, la bistecca (circa 1,5 kg) era tenerissima e saporita, servita su pietra ancora rovente per chi volesse cuocerla di più... comunque era talmente tenera che era perfetta anche al sangue. Patate al forno buonissime, al posto del pane ci hanno portato una focaccia cotta al forno squisita, impasto leggero, se tanto mi dà tanto anche le pizze saranno buonissime, torneremo di certo per assaggiarle. Conto onesto. Una cosa migliorabile la proposta dei dessert, magari inserire qualche dolce fatto in casa...per il resto piacevole scoperta, ci siamo sentiti a casa.

27/08/2024: Bathing establishment in Fiumaretta, young and very helpful staff, great variety and choice at the bar restaurant. Prices in line with the moment: first courses around €15, second courses €20 and more, packaged ice creams around €2.50 on average, 1 umbrella + 2 deckchairs €550 per month. Parking in front available only for seasonal guests. Open from breakfast to after dinner, the Tropicana is a popular location for private events and parties with DJ sets. In summer, disco evenings are organized both for adults (usually on Tuesdays) and for young people, under 20 so to speak (on Thursdays). I came from another beach and honestly I've been improving! If I were to return to Fiumaretta in the same apartment I am in (practically next to the Tropicana), I will definitely come back here.

20/08/2024: Dinner at VIAMARE with great pleasure! recommended for celiacs! The barman is really good, the Mojito and Caipiroska are really excellent! Superlative black spaghetti with clams and fresh bottarga! The kindness and availability of the waitresses makes the evening a pleasure! Congratulations to all the staff.

13/08/2024: Avevo chiamato per prenotare ad un'ora possibile dalle 21; mi è stato risposto che non si accettano prenotazioni in "seconda serata" ma che tuttavia potevamo accedere in quanto ci avrebbero trovato il più possibile una sistemazione. Intorno alle 21.30 arriviamo e il gestore ci mette in lista per poi comunicarci che avremmo atteso circa venti minuti. Attendiamo sulla soglia (il dehors sulla via non offriva spazio); nel frattempo vediamo un'altra coppia (giunta dopo di noi) accomodarsi ad un tavolo all'aperto resosi libero. Poco dopo il gestore ci indica i tavoli all'interno (quasi tutti liberi) pronti a scelta per noi ma senza climatizzazione; il forte caldo non ci consentiva di accettare. Subito dopo ci dichiarava primi in coda per il dehors, dove però un tavolo per noi tardava a liberarsi. Alla nostra richiesta di chiarimenti sulla precedenza apparentemente non rispettata, ci rispondeva che l'altra coppia era PRENOTATA...(erano comparsi alle 22 circa). Abbiamo quindi salutato, cambiando programma ma riflettendo (per poco, non c'era tanto da meditare...).

13/08/2024: " PEOPLE WHO COME, PEOPLE WHO GO: "NOT TO RETURN, IT'S NOT FOR EVERYONE".... My husband had called to book at 9pm; he was told that reservations are not accepted in the "late evening" but that we could nevertheless access as they would find accommodation for us as much as possible. We arrive around 9.30pm and the manager puts us on the list and then informs us that we would have to wait about twenty minutes. We wait on the threshold (the terrace on the street offered no space); in the meantime we see another couple (who arrived after us) sitting down at a free outdoor table. Shortly afterwards the manager shows us the tables inside (almost all free) ready for us to choose but without air conditioning; the strong heat did not allow us to accept. Immediately afterwards he declared us first in line for the outdoor area, where however a table was slow to become available for us. To our request for clarification on the priority apparently not respected, he replied that the other couple was BOOKED...(they had appeared at around 10pm). We then said goodbye, changing plans but reflecting (for a little while, there wasn't much to meditate on...).

19/08/2024: They can close (very bad experience) I wanted to have a simple crepes with ice cream but when I made the request the answer was sure, after that it can't be done I'm sorry to which I say okay give me a normal crepes it arrives and I start eating it, my mother he had ordered a brioche with ice cream but this order was also unsuccessful because the waitress once again said that the brioche could not be ordered until it was over and then another waitress came and said that crepes with ice cream were possible . In the end we take a normal crepes and one with two scoops of ice cream we pay €19.90. €11 for a crepes with two scoops of ice cream without words. Never again.

04/08/2024: Lovely breakfast in La Spezia centre! The price is very reasonable and our waitress was super nice. We couldn't make a better choice!

11/07/2024: Unfortunately the location is not that good, but the rest is great, you can order in English or Italian and there are delicious different types of ice cream. We paid €10 for four large ice creams. Pistachio and walnut/fig are recommended 💕

11/08/2024: Very pleasant and helpful staff Fresh cuisine on demand! The pantondos are delicious!

10/08/2024: We arrived at 10 p.m., 4 of us including one of us who is allergic to lactose. The boss (who speaks a little French) was super nice and very accommodating. She offered him a revisit of her pantondo so that it suited his allergies (fries + thin dough, chicken, tomato, mayo salad). For the others we had the pesto pasta, the gnocchi and the bacon burger. It was very good. The quantities are not huge: either you order a dessert, or like me, you order another dish 😋 In short, I recommend. The atmosphere is chill and relaxing, the service is impeccable, the owner and servers are attentive & friendly.
