A small but quaint seaside pub in Portovenere where you can enjoy excellent beer. Unfortunately, the service leaves a bit to be desired; when you need to order a certain type of alcohol, make sure you get it. At the bar, we ordered a barricade and a diplomatic rum. On the second round, despite having asked for the same, I was served a shabby Barceló, which, obviously, being a fairly knowledgeable rum drinker, I had no trouble recognizing. A simple oversight? I don't think so, since when it came time to pay, I was charged two Diplomaticos. Either they're used to foreigners, or they'd rather earn 5 euros and lose a customer. Never again!

Trattoria Da Oscar

19/04/2026: Upon arrival, we asked if we could choose a spot on the outdoor terrace. We were told that we could sit wherever we wanted. Afterwards, when paying the bill, it turned out that an extra €3 per person was charged for where we sat. This is not something that was told to us beforehand.
17/04/2026: Food was fantastic.The two Waitresses were rude which made the whole experience dreadful. We were asked what did we want olive oil for! Plate taken away before we finished. Very surprised by rudeness and abruptness. We are here for the past 4 days and everyone is very friendly. Not the customary Italian welcome we are used of. Restaurant came recommended by local businessman

Camping Gianna

04/11/2025: A fantastic experience in Tellaro and at the campsite. The site has been around for a while, and everything is beautifully landscaped on the hillside. The sanitary facilities are clean and renovated. The restaurant was delicious, and the staff were friendly everywhere.
22/10/2025: We were very satisfied. The campsite is dog-friendly, with lovely pitches (some with sea views). The beach and town are within walking distance. Unfortunately, the staff weren't very friendly.
