17/02/2026: As non-italian, I was really surprised how Italians enjoy their lunch. The place is very busy, meals are probably Italian standard. It was very tasty for a reasonable price. Finally, a coffee at the bar as you go is the top :)

11/11/2025: Great location with lovely views - especially from the room’s balcony. However, in general the hotel is very tired and in need of renovation. The facilities in the room were quite poor, very old shower, not even a kettle. The food was also average at best. A steep walk down to town (and back up !) and no shuttle offered, except on arrival and departure. No help with baggage to the room either (and no lift). All in all, a disappointing stay.

15/09/2025: A lovely hotel to stay in for a few days during your holiday on the Italian coast. Try to get a room with a balcony. The view of the bay and the hill is fantastic!

23/08/2025: Excellent beach resort in the beautiful Oasy area of ​​Fiumaretta. Clean and well-kept surroundings, well-distributed umbrellas. A special mention for the restaurant. Quick and punctual service....wide menu selection and superb seafood....but the specialty remains the legendary and famous Ivana beach focaccia. 👍🏻

16/08/2025: This beach is among the best on the Apuan Versilia coast for its all-round quality of service.... The restaurant is excellent and top-notch.

20/02/2026: Mixed seafood menu, 7 courses, or rather, small plates... too bad each plate was for one person, so we had to split the shrimp between two people, and the other small plates were also poor and not very good quality. Two seafood appetizers, €40... not worth it. The stuffed mussels were decent, the seafood lasagna with béchamel sauce. It's truly an osteria, so €83 for two, including pinot noir, is way too much.

15/02/2026: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. The setting was beautiful, the view was beautiful, but that's all. I ordered an appetizer, octopus tentacle and cod popcorn, the octopus was totally tasteless and tasted burnt. The only downside was the first courses, the sea bass ravioli with scampi sauce... they tasted like cooking cream and not scampi, and the seafood risotto... (I'll start by saying that I never complain... but I sent the dish back). I repeat, I'm sorry to leave negative reviews, maybe I had a bad day, but it was truly inedible, totally tasteless, the rice was overcooked... I'm truly sorry, I've been there other times and it wasn't like that at all. We weren't charged for the risotto dish... I repeat, I'm sorry.

23/10/2025: I've had the pleasure of eating here a few times. The owner, an exceptional chef, is kind and welcoming. The menu changes daily, sometimes offering interesting delicacies. Marco's goulash is a must-try, revisited without cumin, yet it's every inch the same as the traditional Hungarian recipe. I'll definitely be back.

24/02/2026: This is a lovely little restaurant run with passion and skills by a young team. We visited on a Saturday lunchtime in February. We secured our reservation on-line. The host presented and explained the menu to us giving us the history and philosophy of the restaurant. Our choices followed a complimentary (and delicious) amuse bouche. We couldn't be happier. This is a little gem worth a detour. A note on getting there... The train is the obvious way... Driving is possible but there is extremely limited parking (one multi storey car park) and it would ruin your day if you went in mid-to-high season. We will definitely go again.

22/02/2026: The staff were very friendly and helpful; even though we arrived half an hour before opening, they still seated us. The ingredients were excellent, both for the pizza and the fish entrees; we even requested some modifications to the dishes on offer, and they accommodated us without a problem. The price was fair for what we ate. Last but not least, as we were leaving, we chatted with the chef, who had just baked a delicious farinata, and who offered us a piece. Highly recommended in every way!

26/10/2025: Very helpful. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent dinner and breakfast. The location has a spectacular view. The only downside is that since we were there by motorcycle in October, the road isn't easy.

14/12/2025: We went there for lunch on the son's recommendation. The portions were generous, the flavors delicious, and the fish tortelli were superb. The staff was very kind and friendly, albeit very busy. We had a small problem with the battered vegetables that accompanied the fried fish; they never arrived, and the fried fish itself was smaller than the others we'd seen. But the staff and the owner were able to make up for it in the best possible way, with a sincere smile of apology and without offering a complimentary dessert.

05/12/2025: Decent for business lunches, average value for money. Avoid on holidays; same quality and quantity at a higher price. Service needs rethinking.
