22/08/2023: After over a week in Italy we had been really disappointed with the bread we had been served in the restaurants so the fantastic rolls in La Cantina del Macellaio made us very happy. I believe the restaurant was once a butchers shop and it has a slightly rustic feel with some of the meat hooks still hanging. We ordered a couple of pasta dishes and some beef/steaks, everything was cooker perfectly and the friendly service added to the experience. I would have liked just a little more mashed potato with my beef. This was our favourite meal in the Cinque Terre, we would go back tomorrow if we could.
