04/04/2024: Quite a unique experience, we chose it together with my children for Easter lunch, arriving, as booked, at 1.00 pm, after some welcome croutons and drinks, wine and water, we saw the tables around us filling up with dishes , people coming and going, but not even ordering at our table... after about 1 hour the waiter finally comes, very kind, and lets us order, it was 2.00 pm well...... and while the neighboring tables they continued to empty our order nothing.......at 3.15pm we decide to leave, we arrive at the cash register to pay for the drinks consumed where Mr. Massimo, the owner, visibly embarrassed, apologizing a lot, asks us to give him another 5 minutes . We decide to stay also because at that time we would have had difficulty finding a valid alternative. Finally after a few minutes the dishes begin to arrive......everything is going well, during lunch Massimo tells us what had happened, an incredible series of negative combinations that had generated our problem. We completed lunch with satisfaction and arrived at the time to ask for the bill.....surprise, Massimo refused to GET PAID, he was very sorry for what had happened and wanted to offer us everything, there were 5 of us, despite our resistance, the work even if sometimes not 100x100 should be recognized, he nothing, today you were our guests. Incredible, a customer who disputes the bill in reverse...... Finally, after a few minutes of this incredible ballet, the wife intervenes, taking the situation in hand, decrees that we pay only €50.00 and in the end with quite a bit embarrassment on our part too, we pay, we wish each other well and say goodbye...... A situation never seen before, Massimo behaved with professionalism and foresight, sacrificing almost everything he would have earned but earning our satisfaction which is a precious asset for those who do this job. Thanks Massimo, we will be back...

02/04/2024: Best restaurant in Sanremo - we have been eating here for 25 years when visiting Sanremo. The pasta carbonara is just the best ever, the pizzas are crisp and delicious, the tiramisu is the best I have ever eaten.

01/04/2024: Sono stato con degli amici in questo locale del quale avevo sentito parlare da tempo. Bellissima sorpresa.... primi notevolissimi come i ravioli di borragine che mi hanno ricordato quelli della nonna....rostelle super. Chiaramente non è un locale elegante essendo all'interno di un distributore di benzina ma quando si mangia bene e il posto è pulito per me è sufficiente. Tornerò sicuramente con i ragazzi. Bravi

29/03/2024: Tavolata numerosa di amici. Locale molto rumoroso piccolo e mal organizzato. Tovagliette ( di quelle piccole) e tovaglioli di carta. Prezzi alti per la qualità proposta. Le rostelle sono buone, ma nulla di 'memorabile'. Menù molto corto e quasi interamente costituito da prodotti decongelati come evidenziato dagli asterischi presenti. Nota positiva il ragazzo che ci ha servito, cortese e disponibile. Su una scala da 1 a 10 il voto sarebbe 5.

14/01/2024: Una conferma! Cortesia, professionalità e ottimo cibo la fanno da padrone. Ostriche di ottima qualità. Tagliolini all'astice e spaghetti in crema di vongole strepitosi. Dessert pera ripiena di sorbetto e un cuore di gelatina al vino brulé strepitosa. Carta dei vini di livello. Amaro della casa offerto. Conto in linea con le proposte e la location. Ci torniamo sempre con molto piacere.

02/01/2024: Excellent à tout point de vue! Service prévenant et efficace. Nous n'avions pas réservé mais avons été chaleureusement accueillis. La nourriture était copieuse et excellente, bon choix de vins, Tiramisu en dessert à tuer!

05/12/2023: Locale molto carino, peccato poca gente, la domenica sera, prenotato con the fork, prezzi alti, qualità buona. Personale estremamente gentile, elegante. Pesce buono, piatti molto fini. Conto 5 piatti di pesce , 1 bottiglia vino 25 euro, acqua,3 coperti, 97 euro. ( contando sconto 50% ) Consigliato!

04/04/2024: Nice place, very well located. The service is welcoming and fast. No pizzas possible for lunch, but it allows you to try the delicious pasta. For dessert, the tiramisu is a marvel and worth tasting. Quite reasonable prices.

04/04/2024: Magical hotel with more than charming staff! A really very professional welcome. The history of the hotel is still present and the places are magnificent with a very very pleasant spa. Perfect stay I recommend. The only downside is that the room is not well soundproofed, you can hear the neighbors' conversations.

03/04/2024: Sehr fine Hotel, sehr hilfsbereit, schöner Spa, toller Salzwasser-Pool mit Restaurant und Bar, sehr schöne Lage, toller Blick und im obersten Stockwerk schöne small Terrassen, sehr gutes Frühstück und zuvorkommender Service! PS: Leider not vertrauenswürdig, da nach eingehender Search in diesem Hotel meine Lederjacke samt Hausschlüssel auf dem Zimmer geblieben ist und anschließend (zu 99 Prozent vom Personal) gestihlen wurde. Das Hotel streitet alles ab. A single catastrophe has been in 30 years and over 200 hotels have not been released!!! PS: Unfortunately I have to correct my rating because someone from the staff evidently took my leather jacket and house key, which were still in the room. When asked, they said the jacket was no longer there. But it must have happened here, because then I didn't wear the jacket in the high summer temperatures (logically), otherwise my car would have been broken into, which it wasn't. I'm really very disappointed because it's not the first time I've heard hotels deny these things. Hotels in this category simply must have reliable employees; things like that shouldn't get away with things. Of course there is a statement against a statement somewhere, and this ultimately means that the hotel is accusing the guest of lying. But: if this were not the case, which hotel guest would voluntarily claim that his personal items were lost in the hotel? After all, you get nothing, you get nothing in return and you get nothing back. In this case I can simply exclude with certainty that it happened in another way.

26/03/2024: Excellent restaurant with fresh dishes, the fact that it was crowded is synonymous with quality and despite there being a lot of people the service was perfect, very kind managers. We will definitely be back.

13/03/2024: Entering Da Mousta e Gloria is like sitting at the table in your grandmother's house, you will be listened to and served with kindness and courtesy and you will take a leap of memories. Whether you take a sandwich or a slice of cake, it makes little difference: excellence in the raw materials, friendliness of the owners and that feeling of pleasure in your mouth when you bite into Gloria's cakes!
