We arrived in the evening in the beautiful little square where Nicò is located. Dining here is a true experience of food and human contact. The service is attentive, professional, yet friendly. The food is exquisite, and among the many high-quality options, the fried fish was truly delicious. A small setback was handled so beautifully that we returned for lunch the next day, welcomed and pampered like two VIP guests. Thank you, Gabriele, for your kindness and professionalism.

We were a group of six for a day trip to Sanremo. We stumbled upon Irises, a very good fish restaurant. Whether freshly caught fish or homemade pasta: everything tasted excellent and was beautifully presented. Top-notch service – highly recommended!

Excellent cuisine...they recommended the first course of the day, fusilli with fish ragù...sublime, truly delicious...ditto for the desserts, not a classic dessert but something innovative.
I'd also like to compliment the service, everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. Sincere compliments.

I was drawn to dinner at this restaurant by the numerous positive reviews, but the experience was overall average.
My opinion is based on what I ordered. For my appetizer, I chose a seafood salad: a generous portion and decently seasoned, although it was clearly a mix of fresh and frozen fish.
For my first course, I chose tuna spaghetti all'amatriciana, which unfortunately turned out to be completely flavorless and not very salty. I didn't leave it alone because I was hungry. However, I calmly mentioned this to the waiter.
For my second course, I chose tuna with caponata, which was overall decent. The wine list, however, was good, quite varied and interesting.
The desserts were pre-packaged, well-displayed in the window, but nothing special.
A decidedly negative note was given to the payment method: prices differ depending on whether you pay in cash or by card, which I find untransparent and unfair.
In short, a restaurant that didn't fully convince me: neither good nor bad.

Food was great. Local seafood. Started with lightly fried calamari and fish soup which was loaded with mixed seafood. Service was prompt and friendly.
