From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with rare attentiveness and kindness by Barbara, whose professionalism and warmth immediately set the tone for the evening. Each dish is a true ode to freshness: the exceptional quality of the ingredients, largely sourced from their own garden, is evident on every plate. The flavors are bold, authentic, almost vibrant. Even the meat reflects a remarkable commitment, coming from free-range animals carefully fed, a quality deeply felt in both texture and taste.
