09/10/2025: I went to dinner at Matamà even though I'm not a meat lover, but I left very satisfied. They don't have any stars here, but you'll finish what they put on your plate with great satisfaction. Delicious and refined food, impeccable, fast, and efficient service, the place is a jewel of a place, meticulously maintained and very clean. It was a pleasure testing you, and we'll be back soon to try other dishes. I almost forgot, all the meat dishes I tried were perfect and made me realize that I love meat, as long as it's cooked properly, and at Matamà they know this well. See you soon, Brigata Matamà.

05/10/2025: We returned after a few years to celebrate a birthday, and the quality is still the same, if not even a step up. It can be considered a meat restaurant, and you can even find game. The cooking, the sauces, and what can I say about the crostini!!! I'm still salivating ❤️ We each tried a different dish to share, and it was all delicious. The wine selection was also excellent, thanks to the sommelier's recommendation. The staff was very qualified and courteous, and many compliments to the chef. The premises are clean, and even the bathroom is spacious and clean, accessible to disabled guests. Dogs are welcome 🥰 We'll be back again. Highly recommended 👍👍👏

14/10/2025: Superb! This is the best gelato in Genova, no this is the best Gelato in Italy. Creative flavors made in house with the very best ingredients. Pistachio, pineapple, DARK chocolate, cherry, banana and "poison apple", so far. We can't wait to go back for more! Rosa is an ice-cream alchemist.... every bite is pure magic.

Everything was excellent, you were truly excellent! The only reason I didn't give the food five stars is because the pasta arrived a little "al dente" and wasn't creamy enough. The rest of the dishes, including the desserts, were top-notch! I'll definitely be back. Bravo, bravo, bravo! 👏

17/09/2025: A typical hidden spot that will amaze you! The pesto and stracchino pinsa is AMAZING, and the swordfish tastes just like the sea! Great price! I absolutely recommend it!

21/09/2025: It was a dream! It couldn't be more Italian! Great hosts! Great location, and the food was simply fantastic! Lots of delicious little plates with homemade delicacies! If you want to truly experience the Italian feeling, you have to go there!
