07/12/2025: An old-fashioned trattoria with a few simple dishes of acceptable quality. Very informal and relaxed atmosphere. Fast service. Friendly and welcoming owners. Affordable prices. Clean. Being close to home, at midday, my wife and I sometimes say to each other: "Why bother cooking? Let's go to Baciccia."

21/11/2025: A small, homey trattoria with a single room, serving expertly prepared traditional Ligurian dishes. A magical place, rooted in Genoese tradition. Open only for lunch; in the evening, it's open to groups, subject to reservation.

31/08/2025: We returned after many years and found the same quality as always. The fish is incredibly fresh, especially the turmeric mussel sauté, which is truly original. The fried food is good, if a little greasy. The service was quick and courteous, although there was a small mix-up: we found an insect in one of the sandwiches, and instead of replacing the entire bread basket, only that one was removed. The prices are fair, in line with the quality of the ingredients and the setting.

20/02/2026: Good selection of beers and really good burgers worth trying. Very reasonable prices. There's also a small gym downstairs.

11/02/2026: I go there often, it's a strategic point if you're a little hungry and want to eat a sandwich in the afternoon, in the evening it's very chilled except when there are matches (there's a big screen) excellent for a cocktail in the evening, for working/studying on the computer during the morning⭐️

18/10/2025: Yesterday morning my current carer bought a jar of seafood ragù and a jar of pesto alla genovese from the legendary Trofiaio in Piazza Colombo 10 and 12 reds (watch out for the pen!): one better than the other, despite what some say on this website who vehemently maintain that the pesto from Trofiaio is prepared with parsley instead of basil, as required by the specifications for pesto alla genovese DOP.

17/10/2025: I discovered this shop a year ago and I'm very happy with it, lots of choice, everything fresh and of good quality at an unbeatable price.

24/02/2026: A well-kept restaurant, excellent food, and friendly, professional, and helpful staff. We ate there on Valentine's Day, actually celebrating a friend's birthday. The dishes, even traditional ones, were revisited with a modern twist, achieving excellent results. Recommended. We'll gladly return.

05/01/2026: Nice facility, but the dog management needs rethinking. The residence is truly lovely: clean rooms, an excellent location, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Nothing to complain about the facility itself... However, I must point out a sore point: the excessive presence of dogs in every area over the past year, especially in the breakfast room. Although I love animals, I believe that for reasons of hygiene and respect for all guests, dogs should not have access to the dining area, or at least there should be a separate area. Being surrounded by too many four-legged friends during the first meal of the day isn't ideal for those with allergies or who are afraid for reasons unknown to everyone. It's a real shame because we really enjoy the sense of freedom this place offers. A special mention for the staff: reception, housekeeping, and breakfast room (Laura is top notch).

02/01/2026: This residence is isolated from shops at the end of Albenga. The wooden windows are very worn, the chairs and table are old and very noisy—it would be enough to put felt under them—the blankets are old and have holes in them. You can hear the train passing by and everything being said in neighboring apartments. Located right on the seafront, but allowing dogs, the beach becomes a dog litter box (certainly not the dogs' fault, but their owners'), so you have to be careful where you step. The only positive thing is the view, overlooking the sea and Gallinara Island. Year 2025, end of December. improved, the PVC windows, an extra sofa, breakfast service a little worsened, for the rest it has a breathtaking view and is a quiet place for those seeking peace, silence and not wanting to see anyone, just the sea and peace, thanks to Laura for her friendliness and kindness and to all the staff, thanks

04/01/2026: A typical and authentic Finale Borgo spot. We had tuna tartare and vegetable soup for dinner, both truly delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was no frills, and the atmosphere was guaranteed.

06/11/2025: Last night we had dinner with some quality friends. I was immediately struck by Monica's warm welcome, which, after seating us, elegantly guided us through the selection of a good wine. The decor is comfortable yet refined. The vintage stools near the counter add a touch of class that doesn't go unnoticed. For those of us who are truffle lovers, you can see from the photos that the quantity is remarkable. I will definitely be back.

28/02/2026: Lovely and authentic family hotel in the historic part of Chiavari. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the pool area is nice and the restaurant has some good local options. The staff is of high level of hospitality, shoutout to Rebecca and Aaron. I was there almost an year ago in May 2025 but keep recalling the nice stay and good time I had in Monte Rossa.

05/12/2025: First and foremost, the wonderful staff deserves a mention. Everyone was attentive to the guests' well-being and very friendly. We stayed in a newly renovated room, which, while not very large, was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was wonderful, and the bathroom was also very nice. The hotel restaurant offers excellent food, and the breakfast buffet is very appealing and well-stocked, even in the off-season. We would definitely choose this hotel again in Chiavari.
