09/11/2025: A historic osteria in Sestri Ponente. It offers traditional Genoese dishes, with excellent value.
Today we enjoyed the borage ravioli with a delicious slow-cooked ragù and the spinach tart.
The kindness and attentiveness of the manager and the waitress Carola complete the experience.
Highly recommended.

15/12/2025: What a beautiful place — we had the most wonderful weekend.
Everything about it is great: the rooms, the breakfast and the owners. I wouldn’t change a single thing and will be coming back every time I visit Liguria.
15/12/2025: Beautiful villa in the heart of Lavagna, short distance from the station and the beach, city centre.
Comfortable, impeccably clean and with excellent breakfast.
The best thing though is undoubtably the staff, attentive, friendly and overall excellent.
I’d recommend to anyone to enjoy the Ligurian coast and Cinque terre nearby

02/10/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance, having heard it mentioned several times.
The menu was ridiculous; I didn't know what to choose. Off-menu, no comment. I opted for the shrimp tartare with avocado; it tasted like a slice of cake with so much guacamole I couldn't distinguish the shrimp flavor and barely ate it. On the main course... I had the famous octopus alla diavola, which won some kind of award. It tasted like nothing; the only thing that was diavola was the name. The fried food was dry, and I barely found any fish among the vegetables.
I hate to write such a bad review, but I literally wasted my money, and that makes me angry.

Quality vs. Price... very fair!!!
And even if I have to travel a few extra kilometers, it's worth it!!
Be careful during rush hour, "which is 12:00," because it's packed!!!
And if it's not summer, the seats are drastically reduced!!!

24/10/2025: We absolutely loved the food. Everything was delicious, super tasty, and there's also a small, fantastic selection for vegans – something different from the usual pasta with tomato sauce. Highly recommended!
12/10/2025: The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant - the lady hosting was exceedingly rude and dismissive - I wouldn’t have her representing my business.
The food was below average and over priced.
A exceedingly bad experience I’ll remember for a long time for all the wrong reasons - ruined a good night.

01/09/2025: We arrived at 12:15 just to be told they open at 12:30, not being offered to look at the menu in the meantime or to sit down somewhere to wait (it was empty). The place is obviously charming, food was ok, very small portions for the price but ok given the location, however the coperto 5€ per person sounds like a scam for a simple trattoria without even proper tablecloths…not to mention there is lots of room for improvement in the service and the welcome.
24/08/2025: I'd like to give it 100 stars, but I can't! Last night I had dinner with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary, and thanks to the wonderful evening, the location, and the dinner, we had a wonderful evening! Excellent food and wine, very fresh fish, and friendly staff. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews that kept us from booking! Some people should do what they know how to do, not keyboard food critics, who probably don't know how to cook a hard-boiled egg! Thank you so much to the owner and our waiter for their kindness! 09/09/2025: The staff were very friendly and gave us a table on the promenade. My wife's meal was very good; I ordered a vegetarian hamburger with French fries. The fries were good, and they also provided me with plenty of mayonnaise and ketchup. Only the burger was a bit poorly done—a patty in bread—that was it. I discussed it with a nice lady, and she responded positively to my feedback. So if you want more in the veggie burger, just tell the waitress... I thought it was good that my criticism was handled very professionally.
07/09/2025: I stopped for an aperitivo with my partner and baby (with a stroller, so everyone can use it). The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's seating both inside and on the waterfront. Very nice, recommended.
