I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Liguria

18/04/2025: Sono tornato con la mia compagna ieri sera eravamo di passaggio direzione Francia , serata umida e piovosa ma questo ristorante mi ha fatto passare il tempo della cena in maniera superlativa! Nel frattempo il Ristorante è stato rinnovato, sembra ancora più bello della visita di un paio di mesi fa. Abbiamo optato per due antipasti e due primi, capesante con Fois gras e Capponmagro, e poi scialatielli alla lattuga di mare con cime di rapa e vongole io mentre la mia compagna gnocchi con baccalà e guanciale. Tutto buonissimo!

06/04/2025: Siamo stati oggi in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati benissimo la titolare ed il suo personale ci hanno accolto davvero bene e super gentili abbiamo mangiato bene ed il tonno stellare era davvero delizioso il Miglior tonno che abbia mai mangiato a seguire tutte le porzioni erano veramente ottime sicuramente ci torneremo e ve lo consiglio vivamente a tutti ottima esperienza peccato avrei messo 10 stelle meritate

22/03/2025: Das Restaurant haben wir über Fork entdeckt. Wir leben schon einige Jahre in der Nähe, hatten aber noch nie davon gehört. Wir hatten das Menü Degustazione, es war unglaublich gut. Ist jetzt unser Lieblingslokal. Jedes Gericht war perfekt.

14/02/2025: Serata da dimenticare giovedì 13 febbraio, insieme a sei colleghi (a lavoro per il festival). Menù invitante ma qualità scadente e soprattutto cucina mediocre. Accoglienza stile mensa, gentilezza da parte del personale assente. Abbiamo ordinato spaghetti alle vongole veraci (18 euro) e ai ricci di mare (20 euro). Voto tre ad entrambi. Le vongole non solo non erano veraci come da menù ma erano di microscopiche dimensioni, nell'altro piatto c'era solo un vago odore e sapore di ricci. Niente a che vedere come esempio, con i ricci mangiati in Sicilia a San Vito lo Capo o a Terni al Convivio. Al momento di pagare abbiamo fatto presente al proprietario le problematiche riscontrate, anziché scusarsi e dare spiegazioni egli si è rivolto a noi con arroganza e superbia. Lo stesso cuoco è intervenuto in soccorso sostenendo le sue ragioni, secondo lui, le vongole erano veraci. Il cliente fino a prova contraria avrebbe sempre ragione perché paga il conto. La cortesia e il bon ton non sono di questo luogo

13/04/2025: Nice place, wonderful view, kind and friendly staff and tasty dishes made with love. The butter and sage ravioli were sensational.

29/03/2025: We were lucky enough to eat at this lovely restaurant on the opening day of the season. We had a very good wine, first on the terrace overlooking the beautiful, medieval village. Afterwards we had delicious ravioli with ragout and tagliatella with artichoke and ham. The dessert chocolate cake with pear was very, very good. Very nice reception, very nice service. Thank you for the lovely evening.

18/04/2025: Perfetto! Almeno per le nostre esigenze ( piatti tipici, locale semplice raccolto ma originale, cordialità, giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo) e’ sicuramente il ristorante di Spotorno dove ci siamo trovati meglio. Ci siamo tornati tre volte nei sei giorni di permanenza e l’impressione è sempre stata estremamente positiva. Alcuni dei piatti che abbiamo gradito di più: - Acciughe ripiene - Brandacujun di baccalà - Formaggetta di Rovirasca miele e marmellata di chinotto - Coniglio alla ligure - Zabaione con Stroscia Un’ultima annotazione, anche la musica di sottofondo (volume sempre contenuto) era particolarmente apprezzabile (anni ‘70-‘80)

31/03/2025: Ristorante caratteristico nel centro storico di Spotorno; locale un po' austero ma piacevole. Ho ordinato un primo perché avevo poco tempo a disposizione; scelta molto azzeccata perché le trofie con carciofi e piccolo polpi li ho trovati sublimi. Un vero peccato non aver avuto la possibilità di assaggiare altri piatti ma certamente ci tornerò. La signora gentile e professionale è un valore aggiunto molto gradito Ristorante certamente da visitare..

24/02/2025: dining at the tavern in via Peri was a real pleasure, starting with the welcome and the excellent dishes served and very well cooked. Trofie with pesto and clams, buckwheat pasta with gorgo and sausage, fried calamari and prawns, Ligurian sea bream, and an exquisite "wrong" tiramisu with custard. While waiting, a small appetizer with borage and omelettes was offered persimmons in oil. Also an opportunity to visit the beautiful village of Poggio, with spectacular views of Sanremo.

We ate here almost every day (we visited Santa Margherita for the 3rd time in the last year) and every time we were delighted - both with the delicious food, from appetizer to main course and wine, as well as the warm, family atmosphere. The service is always smiling, the dishes are tasty and prepared with love, and the prices are very affordable. I highly recommend it to all who appreciate a homely atmosphere, (a lot of locals eat there) and a real culinary feast! Delicious pizza!!!

23/03/2025: pretenzioso, ma non in grado, per qualità del cibo e per la presentazione, agli inizi,essendo un circolo, erano piatti più semplici e ricordo la qualità era migliore, lasciamo i piatti più raffinati ai grandi chef! Comunque gentilezza..

08/03/2025: Price of the first course 20 euros, error on the menu, raw grilled fish... mussels paid for prawns for a black garlic pasta without garlic. The price is not worth the dish.. no discount despite the errors. The view can also be seen from the small circle on the upper floor.

11/02/2025: Welcoming place, courteously helpful owner and collaborators, and as for lunch... they didn't make a single mistake!!! Delicious veal with tuna sauce, excellent mandilli with pesto (fresh pasta and decidedly good pesto), and what about the tiramisu, obviously homemade? We'll be back... soon!!!
