09/11/2024: Vintage place, as required in a place where they serve the best meat around, blocks of steaks, tender and tasty, served on a stone that keeps the meat always hot, and gives you the possibility of increasing the cooking if you want , the service is excellent and the owner of the "house" is very friendly and nice.... and I would say see you next time...

08/07/2024: We went here for a dinner while staying at Lo Zafferano. Amazing food and an incredibly friendly host that spoke great English and even German! The cheese/meat platter is to die for (especially the honey). Would always come again, thanks for having us.

09/08/2024: Pretty hotel with romantic Italian flair. The hotel management is super nice and helpful. For breakfast there are homemade cakes in many flavors. A quick walk to the promenade.

06/08/2024: Magnificent, beautiful rooms with terrace and private entrance, family and friendly welcome and service. Magnificent cozy terraces with sea view. Beach and bar opposite and Albisola 5 minutes away via seaside pedestrian path. Usually I like to change places and discover others but I will have stayed there and I will return. 24/12/2024: Domenica 22 dicembre, abbiamo festeggiato un compleanno in famiglia al Frantoio, con un menù diversificato. C’erano alcune specialità che avevo richiesto e altre nuove portate, proposte per le feste, eccole. Spuma di orata su Kiwi, gamberetti con crema di patate e cipolla di Tropea, acciuga al limone, quattro mini “gratinati” con ostrica, scampetto, mazzancolla e seppiolina nostrana, baccalà alla Carrarina, rosbif di tonno con cipolle caramellate: tutti buonissimi, il baccalà eccezionale. Per primi una fantastica lasagna di mare cotta al forno, bavette con cannolicchi e pachino giallo, spaghetti “agricoli” con vongole veraci, tutti buonissimi, le lasagne strepitose. Per secondi, il nostro solito branzino al sale, per i bimbi, polpo in guazzetto con crostoni di pane casareccio, specialità del Gian, Tonno scottato in padella con cipolla. Per non sbagliare, Prosecco Astoria a tutto pasto. Dolci, della casa: Patatrac, pastiera Napoletana, fiordilatte guarnito con macedonia di frutta secca cotta al forno: speciali, il fiordilatte con la macedonia cotta straordinario, non per diabetici! Caffè, cicchetti. Qualità e prezzo, senza sorprese.

08/12/2024: .... Spaghetti alla chitarra fatti in casa con gamberetti , cime di rapa e granella croccante di pane..... assolutamente da provare ! ! Muscoli ripieni IMPERDIBILI . Deliziose e sfiziose frittelle di gamberetti . ... Come al solito qualità e gusto premiano l ' eccellenza di questo ristorante .. Un grazie sentito al Signor Riccardo per la sua squisita professionalità . Grazie da Rossella e Gianluca.

25/12/2024: Amazing gem. We found this place by accident. It was full with locals. The owner himself found a place for us and just served us food (all seafood). Food was AMAZING!! We tried different starters and fish as a main - all superb + tried their panacotta - mmmmmmmm :D~~

08/12/2024: We discovered this place by chance and since then, every time we come to Liguria we stop by for lunch or dinner. The food is excellent, there is a choice between fish or meat dishes and the staff is friendly. The price is very honest. Highly recommended

01/11/2024: Amazing new management. Renovated, dynamic and inaugurated on the occasion of Halloween, the historic Miramare bar is officially reborn. Impeccable and customer-oriented service at all times, excellent and plentiful cocktails 🍸 and aperitif platters. Located facing the sea on the main street of Varazze, it is immediately recognisable. Parking is not exactly as easy as in all of Varazze but in less crowded moments you can try in the Saturday market square which is a two minute walk behind the restaurant. I had a great time and I think that every time I happen to be in Varazze I will definitely go back.
